The 3rd floor was perfect. Parking deck bridge takes you right there. Elevators were never a issue like other places. Great views and enjoying music from Schooners next door.

This was the perfect spot for our big family. The kids enjoyed the beach and pool. I loved the ease of everything digital, we didn't have to go to front desk to check in. We did have to keep a phone to remember the codes. Sucks that we couldn't get a 2nd parking pass, but we made it work. The corner balcony was amazing and being on the 3rd floor was the perfect location. I will def try to book this room again.

Great location & ocean views wonderful. However, bring extra paper towels/toilet paper as not enough for a week provided. No spices to cook not even salt & pepper. Floors were dirty & dust everywhere. Lamps not plugged in.

Superb location!! Walk from your car directly to the room! No elevators or hassle! Amazing sunset views from the wrap around balcony. Music playing from Schooners next door was a plus!! Unit was nicely laid out with plenty of space. Unit could use a little updating but nothing major. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this unit.

The veiw was the best part everything was good only bad part is the codes to get the rooms I would find a better way to do that people were getting locked out and couldn't get help I even and to let a family of 5 stay with us one night because they locked everything in room and had no way to get help from staff to get back in because it was after 5 an office was closed

The condo is extremely spacious
When we walked in the condo it was break taking because of how spacious it is. As soon as you walk in the condo you have a view of the ocean which is beautiful. We enjoyed staying at the condo in Panama City Beach, Florida and loved the view of the ocean. The condo accommodates the number of people indicated in their rental agreement and I loved the ceramic tile floors. However, we are disappointed that the sink in the front bathroom was clogged. When we walked in the condo to look around to make sure nothing was damaged, we noticed the front bathroom sink was clogged with dirty water. The office was closed on Thanksgiving Day, so we had no one to contact. Besides the housekeepers saw that the sink was clogged, so why didn't they report it to maintenance, since we waited four hours to check-in at 4:00pm? We are aware that check-in was at 4:00pm, so everything should have been fixed and cleaned thoroughly. No excuses since checkout is at 10:00am.
We inspected the beds/sheets and in the master bedroom hair and stains were on the sheets, so we washed them again. The pull-out sofa had someone's fingernail or toenail on the sheet, so we didn't use it at all. The toenail or fingernail are probably still in the bed, but we picked up one on the floor that jumped out as we pulled out the bed. We should have taken pictures but what difference will it make?
In addition, the beds are horrible in the master bedroom and the twins’ beds are too. We felt like we were sleeping on a hard squeaky box spring. The living room furniture has too many stains, so please cover them or replace them. You did tell us that construction was being completed at the condo, but you didn't say anything about whether all the windows on the east side of the condo would be covered due to construction and there is no view. The master bedroom slide door lock needs to be fixed too. One more thing, the frying pans need to be replaced or bring your own and the television in the front room needs service. Other than what I mention above, I would stay here again if the repairs mention are fixed and housekeeping do a better job cleaning.

Pretty good. Few disappointments.
The home was great. We LOVED the wrap around balcony. Room size was great! The beds and bed frames in the king and queen room was outdated. Not the best quality and kind of uncomfortable. The washing machine was broke so that was a let down especially since we were not informed of that prior to arriving. The floors were extremely dirty upon checking in. So bad that we had to mop it ourselves that same night we checked in. But the location was great. Right on the beach. The pool was great. Loved having a restaurant right next to us!

I am awaiting a credit that was suppose to happen, but I will be making a call.
This location is HOA owned, but I guess rented by Vacasa and I will not be staying at this location again. I hope Vacasa will address the "HOA owners" about them caring for the property.

corner unit with parking garage does make it nice.
The condo was clean with beautiful view we did have one little blip with the washer but that’s to be expected when condos get rented out as much as they do, The room could you some more blankets I do agree with the past review someone left. The third-floor parking garage stairway elevator access made going to and from the beach and car a breeze, the resort itself could use vending machines for drinks, snacks and ice. The shave ice/snow cone cart that is stored out in the breezeway of the rooms that’s a little disgusting it is unattended all night long and then taken down to sell snowcones every day. The beaches are gorgeous and down on the quieter end. The parking everybody seems to have an issue with their second car, I can see that but there’s a real nice gentleman name Mark and I called ahead and he owns the parking lot on the same side of the street that’s within walking distance of the condo and you pay per day, he is very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant next-door has very good food but wait times are very long 1 to 3 hours. this is the most honest and accurate review I can give you. 😊

Family Vacation
Great location in a less crowded environment for the area. The condo needs to be updated and the parking issue needs to be addressed. We came back from dinner with no parking at all Available. The solution from the Management company was to park 4 miles down the road in a parking lot. That we would have to pay for. I guess we would have to uber, taxi or walk back? TV were out dated, lights didn't turn on in the front bedroom.

Weed resort
We couldn’t enjoy our balcony because of someone smoking weed. We told the manager on site and she just made out like it could be medical marijuana they was smoking and then she went on to say that it was a smoke free place. She said she would go knock on the door but nothing was done about it. Also all the reviews about the TVs not working well they’re true only the living room tv worked and it would go in and out being fuzzy. Had a radio in the condo well it didn’t work either. The front door was literally falling off the hinges. Other than that it was a nice place.

Great place to stay
The room was very clean and close to everything we needed. The room was large and the pictures provided on the site are spot on; its everything it shows and more. The condo property was very well kelp very nice overall. Loading and unloading is somewhat of a hassle, like getting a cart on the 3rd floor parking deck and having a place to park while this happens; its not a deal breaker. The only thing I had a problem with was renting a 3 bedroom then reciving only one parking pass? We did pay extra for another pass which makes no since when it's impossible to take 6 to 10 people with all the trimming on a vacation in just one car. I would still stay here again, only now that I know what to expect.

Panama Paradise
We have stayed lots of condos in PCB, but this one... WOW! Plenty of room, huge privacy balcony, and the panoramic views are spectacular. Very nicely decorated, comfy furniture, big kitchen dining combo with bar seating. It was a wonderful trip, we will definitely be back😎
