This house was amazing! It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was completely stocked with anything you might need. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were so nice. We loved the huge deck and lounge chairs and rockers. What a great way to start and end your day watching the sunrise and sunset.

Wonderful house, right on the beach! Close to shops and restaurants, and breathtaking sunsets. The house has everything we needed and was well taken care of. Bathrooms were clean and beds were comfy.

This was a beautiful home but not for the cost we paid to have so many issues. No HOT water, NO HEAT! no water pressure and dish washer broken! I shouldn’t have to boil water so I can hand wash dishes when I paid for working amenities! And when communicating with VACASA they were not helpful. The property manager said he was getting keys and never came back or called.
I really think I need to be refund some of my funds!

Wonderful stay with in-laws. Right on the beach and the view can’t be beat. Each room has an en-suite and a toilet by the front door. Neighbors have no concept of personal space, though. Will use your beach space if they want and let their dogs poop and not pick it up. Being so close to neighbors is the only negative. There was no heat so we had to buy a heater to warm our in-laws.
They have pretty much everything you need minus a few paper goods and cleaning supplies.
The water pressure is awful! Don’t expect any kind of pressure-you’ve been warned lol. But the view makes up for it !
You’ll see dolphins and OMG there was FOX that came up to us and seemed so tame. I’ve never petted a fox so it was a dream come true.
I do recommend this rental!

The beach house was very nice and Vacasa was very responsive when the weather changed abruptly and we needed a technician to come and check the furnace. Lovely decor, and even better views!

This home was so lovely and was so immaculately clean! Everything was perfect for a relaxing, beautiful beach getaway! The beach is literally right outside your door and how wonderful to hear the fabulous waves! The kitchen had everything needed for wonderful meals and how wonderful it was to sit outside on the balcony to eat our meals and look at the beautiful ocean! There is no other house in front or behind this beautiful home and that is absolutely fabulous for the views and the privacy!

This house has wonderful beach access, is well equipped, and in a great location. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice, and the outdoor shower a convenient addition. If there is any drawback it is the small shared living space which is not at all comfortable for watching TV. All bedrooms do have tv, however. I've stayed here for two consecutive years and will probably go back.

We've stayed at several different properties on Dauphin Island and this was by far the best maintained and it was extremely clean.
The living room was a little small especially for larger families but it is manageable. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice property. Bad water pressure in 2 out of 3 bathrooms. Otherwise property is as advertised and I would stay again.
All the cameras are a bit much. You almost feel like your privacy is neglected.

We’ve rented many homes all over the country and this is the first one we plan to stay in again. The location was great and the house was just what we needed.
The trip wasn’t without issues, but none were show-stoppers: We wished the neighboring house didn’t have flood lights that shined on us all night on the deck facing the ocean and ruined seeing the stars. The internet never worked and the dishwasher had an error code and didn’t work the whole week.

Clean, updated and wonderful view of gulf. Sights and sounds of the waves were mesmerizing. Large partially covered deck was great. Internet was spotty, not a problem for us. It was hard to view the TV from the couch. Definitely would stay again.

First time utilizing the VRBO/Vacasa system. Check in and check out went well with no problems. Nice, relaxing location. Close to the water to hear the waves crashing despite weather not always cooperating. Home was cute and laid out efficiently. Kitchen was stocked with most necessary items to keep cooks happy. Grill was old & out of propane but with a quick call, the tank was replaced almost immediately. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

We really enjoyed our stay! This place has a great layout- each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is an additional half bath. It's right on the beach, so the views are incredible! Updated kitchen and bathrooms. We can't wait to come back!

The house and location were amazing. Just enough space and plenty of kitchen items. The only negative is that there is no place to hang towels in the bathrooms. The management company should have left enough soap, trashbags, etc. for the long stay.

The rooms were terrific & everyone loved the ensuite bathrooms in each room. The house was very clean and neat and we made good use of the electric fireplace... Most everything was available in the kitchen for cooking in, including crockpot, instapot, all sizes of pots/pans/skillets.
Even the dolphins did not disappoint, with several appearances-even very close to the beach- during our stay. The neighbors were very nice, but there was a bit of traffic/squatters on the beach in front of the house, from the street over ( those staying on the bayside?), who seemed to not notice or care that my boys were fishing!🙄
Ghost crabbing with lots of kids was a blast & star- searching at night very cool; even the gas/oil platforms were beautiful at night...
Overall, a great & relaxing stay
and we would love to come back next summer!

Very soundproof. Couldn’t hear others in various private areas. Best I’ve every experienced.
Beds were very comfortable! Bedrooms and baths were very spacious. Plenty of room for our clothes, suitcases, and “stuff”.
Shared living space was not configured well. If watching a movie together is your plan, you are not going to be comfortable in that space. Unfortunately, we had some chilly, wet weather, so watching the tv was an unplanned activity.
It is advertised to support 6 people…yet there are only 7 sets of silverware. Tons of glass choices, double plates, but only 7 forks, knives and spoons, with no serving pieces. That meant we had to run the dishwasher more or hand wash silverware, all day. One other downside, which seems to be common in all of the rentals we have stayed in….there’s no place to put our food. Cabinets are all full of different options of equipment, but boxes of food had to sit on the floor.
Beautiful, quiet area. We would definitely stay there, again!
