Spacious, clean and conveniently located. There was plenty of room in this property for all eight of us.

There was no street parking so cars needed to park in the garage and fitting two cars in the garage was a little bit difficult but we managed.

Good location. Dead end street. Spacious for our family group. 2 washers and dryers. Roof top outside deck. Easy Uber pick up/drop off.

Roof top deck furniture needs cleaned, some cushions had a significant amount of green mold. Cleaned grill, needed it. FYI for owner (probably unaware) that toaster oven/air fryer doesn’t work. Instructions for finding extra sheets for futon sofas would have been helpful. Access to a small inexpensive crumb vac (Shark etc.) would benefit both parties.

Space was nice. Enough for me and friends.

We came home to the lights being shut off and the host was very unaccommodating. Very bad experience.

This is an excellent example of how prior updates and notifications could have prevented a lot of frustration. This house used a property management company (Day Drinking Properties) and, upon arrival, was clearly more oriented to college groups than families. Most of the bathroom vanity light fixtures had 1 or more bulbs out, and in some cases, that was 50% of the light. When you removed the sheets per the check-out instructions, there were lots of stains, hairs, and other debris on the mattress protector that left one feeling pretty nasty. Some pillows also had lots of discoloration on them, which we obvious once you removed the pillowcases. The floors were dusty and had not been checked before we arrived; my daughter found about 15 random pennies throughout the house on the floor. The diverter in the large bathroom with the tile shower was broken, and the frameless glass door to the shower was not aligned, making a really loud screeching noise when you closed it. The shower curtain in the tub/shower was not long enough, and this caused water to get all over the floor when you showered, so you had to clean that up to prevent any issues. When we went to start the laundry before leaving as requested, there was a giant wad of something in the front loader gasket that would prevent most of the water from draining out of the drum; when I contacted the property management company and expressed my concern about starting the washer, they said that I should run it and they were not worried. If you are going to charge a $200+ cleaning fee, then I would expect more. The home looks really nice in all of the pictures, but it was the most disappointing place on our trip.

The home was not clean, and there were many issues with the overall function of items in the home. This was brought to the attention of the property management company, and they were attentive in listening to our concerns; that being said, I think they were not really interested in hearing our feedback.

Every bed in every room was comfortable. 2nd floor living room and balcony were great. Everything we needed was at house. Easy to reach management company.

Requested later check out than 10am in agreement ... was told no. Water presaure in shower was just ok, not bad just ok
