BEEEAAAAAUUUUTIIIFUL hostel in the heart of Villa. Very comfy rooms, superb garden and chill area. The hosts Angela and her husband and very friendly and helpful... definitely the place to stay in Villa. ;)

The place is very relaxing and the hostel is cozy. Everything is perfectly clean. The hostel is close to the main square but still very quiet at night. The owners are very kind and helpful.

It is recently remodeled, so utilities are new and clean. The bathroom is nice and spacious. The bed is big and comfortable. It has a nice patio with comfortable hanging chairs, which is a nice touch. It is quiet during day and night. The manager was gentle and communicative, with exception of the first impression (read the things I didn’t like).

The manager has a mix of properties so what you see is not really what you get. We booked a property under a name and location, where we were received by the manager, but we were immediately walked to a different property, under a different name, further from town center. We weren’t given a clear explanation of what was going on as we walked behind her. When we communicated that this was not the hostal we booked she was rude and blamed Booking. The room, however, was as shown in the pictures. It was, however, deceiving for we got the impression it had 4 walls and was more private, but it has a glass door wall that leads to the patio. We suggest the following: - Update Booking description so it reflects there’s a problem with the property listing and make it clear the name and address of the hostal, as well as its distance from the main plaza. - Upon receiving guests, take a minute to clearly explain the mistake and inform them that they’ll be walked to a different location.
