Good comlimentary breakfast and location

The front desk person did NOT ask me if i need the INVOICE when i checked out. But I need the proof to show to my company coz it's biz trip. Can you ask them to email me the invoice to my email address ([email protected])? Pls forward this msg to the hotel person. many thanks and have a good day.

Overall a good experience , super supportive n cooperative staff. Breakfast just as needed to keep one full. Full day access to sparkling water, tea n coffee was a big plus.

Faculties and location

There was noise coming from the from the room above us all night long, we call customer service and staff was not able to help us because of privacy for the other customers.  Was a nightmare.

Clean and modern rooms, great service with their airport shuttle which picks you up and drops off based on your schedule not a preset one. Friendly staff who was willing to let me checkin early after a 14 hour flight. The breakfast had variety and was included.

The comforters were too warm for the season but the overall bed was comfortable.

Good location

The room smelled like cleaning products/bleach.

Close to beach, good restaurants arround. Not far from down town.

Brakfast is not good.

Fabulous staff who made my stay very special. Very clean. Comfortable bed and well equipped bathroom. Within walking distance to Revere Beach and not far from the T stations for Boston. Free, and regular, airport shuttle bus.

Thin walls. Conversations, and snoring could be heard. Fortunately they were quiet before midnight, but people up at 5:30am woke me up. Unfortunately some other guests decided the hallway outside the bedrooms was a good place to have telephone conversations in the late part of the day.

I like IHG Hotels, like this.

cost effective, modern, helpful and kind staff

Walls and ceiling felt paper thin. We could hear the stomping and muffled talking from the people above us. it was jaw-dropping really

They have great quality details. The soap is Dove, and the breakfast has great name brand products 10/10

Very nice breakfast for the American one. Comfortable room. Nice receptionists. Comfy bed.

Far from public transport. The airport shuttle works only during the day and you have to request it in advance. Wouldn't say that there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

Stayed here due to a flight cancellation; efficient shuttle & check in process, friendly staff, very clean, new facilities, 24 hour access to complimentary coffee bar, quiet room with black out shades made for a good night's sleep.

I found the price extremely high for what it was, but I didn't have much choice in the situation. There is a small convenience shop with packaged snacks and whatnot, but there is nowhere nearby to get real food, so plan ahead (looks like there are some fast food places about a half mile away, but it was snowing and the area wasn't walker-friendly). Left too early for breakfast so I can't comment on that.

the staff, especially evening staff were super kind! (Matthew). there is always coffee, water, carbonated water available. Love the staff.

breakfast is a joke. expect that everything should be packaged. the only warm items they have are egg and cheese biscuits that are dryer than dryer sheets. they are prepackaged. so not the hotel’s fault in making them, just in choosing the items

The beds are what I loved the most they are so comfortable. The front desk staff are absolute sweethearts nothing was ever a bother to them.

I wish they had a pool and better breakfast options.
