My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. It was quiet and relaxing. Loved the outside patio. Great place to relax with a book and glass of wine. And pretty view. The bed was comfy cozy! Thank you for the bonfire night, we loved it. So relaxing and peaceful. Hollie and Joy communicated very well. We will definitely be back again!

Condo was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kitchen needed a wine opener 30a beach girls had one to us in 30 minutes. Bonfire night was very fun. Would stay here again for the views and bonfire.

Waking up in this condo with endless views up and down the beach was a highlight of staying in this property. Every day we had gorgeous views of the sunset and early morning views of the moon setting. Location is perfect, nestled within walking distance to both the Rosemary and Ally Beach restaurants and shops. The area and condo building does a really nice job on security so you feel totally safe. If you're traveling with kids, this location is great for kids to meet and play with other kids. Also loved having the waterfront restaurant onsite which made for really convenient lunches and drinks. Food there is good! The condo itself is very well appointed and clean. It was perfect for our family - we would LOVE to return.

Third time to this area, this was by far the best trip yet. Condo was beautiful and well maintained. Security was rude. My 72 year old mother forgot to put her band on and they wouldn't let her walk back in. Because she look like a rowdy spring breaker! 30a beach girls was great to work with, they made it all very simple. Loved the gift box they left us and the free bonfire night. We would return and do recommend this location, just don't take off your band!

This visit was amazing. First time to Rosemary Beach and we were very impressed. The downtown area was a great stroll with many restaurants and a fun market on Sunday. Definitely worth a drive down 30A to see all the different communities/beaches. As for the unit - it was perfect - beautiful ocean views and sounds of the waves, immaculate and well stocked. Easy check-in and attentive hosts. Everything went great - would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this location, spending many delightful evenings on the deck with breathtaking ocean views and sunsets. All beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the condo was perfectly supplied, though having some spices for cooking would have been a nice addition. Thanks for providing us with a highly enjoyable place to stay.
The customer service at 30A Beach Girls is top-notch—informative and helpful. We especially loved the inclusion of a bonfire night, even if it wasn't right on the beach out front. It was a fun and memorable night, easily walkable down the beach. Can't wait to rebook and experience it all over again!

Beautiful views and comfortable home! This was a wonderful spot for my daughters and I to stay! Beach is a 2 min walk, views of the ocean as you wake up to the morning sun were gorgeous, plenty of space, beds comfortable, had all the utensils (cups, pans and cookware) we needed, the free bonfire was the best time. We played corn hole sadly first time ever and ate so many gooey s'mores. We will be back.

This was our first visit to Rosemary Beach (family of 4 with 2 teens); we absolutely LOVED it! The condo was perfect ... clean, beachy, comfortable and ... best of all ... that view! Amazing! We spent a lot of time at the beach, and in the evenings before dinner on the balcony enjoying the spectacular scene of the Gulf waters and white sugar sand. 30A Beach Girls were a breeze to work with from booking and check in and check out. Very attentive and helpful; something you don't find very often these days. They run a first-rate operation. We will be back!

Hollie was incredibly patient and communicative when I was booking this surprise trip for my elderly parents anniversary, 52 years! She made check in seamless along with a few decorations and surprises. The property was amazing. The views of the gulf were breathtaking! My parents were wowed which is exactly the response I was looking for. This condo sealed the deal of my hopes of an amazing vacation for my family and I. Would definitely rent again! The condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The rooms were impressively large and beautifully decorated. The deck has gorgeous views of the ocean. Already booked another stay here in 2023. Guards can be touchy. 30a beach girls communicates impressively via an app and went above and beyond with ideas and recommendations. They held a bonfire on our last night, it was enjoyed by all of us. Looking forward to coming back!

Incredible! Couldn't ask for a better location and experience for a girl's 40th birthday trip. The location is amazing and the beach was breathtaking exclusive. Crabby Sammy's restaurant between the pool and beach had terrific food & drinks. We enjoyed every moment!

In this occasion this couldn't have been further from the truth.
Everything about the property was as good or even better than the description, with every inch providing superb furnishings and accessories.
The included chair service and bikes were a huge bonus. The bonfire 30a bewcahgirls held was so much fun!

This property exceeded expectations. Great location and accommodations for area where my niece was getting married. Condo was spotless and beds were comfortable. Towels were soft not scratchy. Just as important to us as a comfortable bed! Hollie and Kelly were very easy to work with and always helpful. Would rent again.

High Point is one of the finest locations on 30a. Close to Rosemary elegance, awesome beach , and of course Crabby Steve's beach bar in the center . 30A Beach Girls ensured we had exceptional service and support for anything we needed while staying at this beautiful condo with a beach view and patio .

This is a wonderful condo in a great location. It was spotlessly clean and fresh, the kitchen was very well supplied, even the knives were super sharp! The balcony with that view was magical especially at sunset. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach towels, flowers, 30a beach girls water that I didn't let anyone drink because I wanted to keep them, blow dryers in every room. 30a Beach Girls Management company was responsive and great at follow-up, they had great info on the area. Thank you for helping us have a great experience!

Thankful to 30a beach girls for the hospitality, service, attention to detail and of course the amazing condo! It was a return trip for us and we thoroughly enjoyed! When I want a beach I know who to go to and where to go! We all loved the candy charcuterie tray I ordered to snack on all week! The beach wagon I reserved was broken but someone quickly responded and I was able to get a refund since it wasn't able to be returned to me for us to use. Communication was much better and thorough this year, via text, than last year and all check out expectations and optional experiences to share in beach bonfires were appreciated! Condo immaculate as always! The only recommendation would be to refresh the sleeping pillows please for future guests as the current ones were tired and flat. Thanks again and we look forward to visiting again for sure!

Multi generational family get-together multiple units, this was the best unit!
We had the most AMAZING time at this place. It was perfect for our multi generational family gettogther to celebrate my Dad's 75st birthday here and the 3 other nearby condos we rented. This was the only one with the ocean view (and the cleanest) so all gatherings happened here. Hollie & Kellie was so friendly and always responded so promptly. The property itself is amazing and luxurious and was perfect for our gathering. We had family ranging in age from 4-75 and it was perfect for everyone. The property is a short walk to the beach, and to downtown Rosemary Beach and had all of the amenities and space a family needs. We will definitely be back! Hollie arranged for a cake and balloons and helped us with a catered in meal for the birthday party. Best service ever!

Condo is as advertised. We found it to be very clean and nicely appointed. Beautiful and spacious. The view is spectacular. Pool area was very clean and well equipped. We had a blast! Would rent again highly recommend.

Management service top shelf, condo beautiful, view epic.
This was our first VRBO experience. Location was excellent. House was as advertised and very clean. Property management responsive and timely very friendly, Hollie assisted with each and every question. Jada was the other one and was always kind and followed up with us. They text daily and almost immediately the you need something. The only down side is security here. Inconsistent they all tell you something different. A few are just outright asshats.

Immaculate condo. Clean and well stocked. The most amazing views. Hollie, Joy, Megan and Kellie are phenomenal hosts. They go above and beyond to make sure you have all you need and give you so many recommendations. A bad storm went through and Hollie texted to make sure we were all ok and that the power and Internet was working. How thoughtful!! We will definitely be returning.
