Great location,you cannot stay closer in San Teodoro to fabulous La Cinta beach. Downtown of San Teodoro in walking distance of 15 min. Convenience store just around the corner with fresh fruits and bakery. Spacious rooms and terrace, wifi speed not so fast for streaming but ok for basic usage.

If some quick fixes done, apartment can aspire to higher rating than 8. E.g. shower doors needs to be fixed, extractor hood was not working, more kitchen utensils would be great to have,e.g.peeler, bread knife,etc. To make the staying unforgetable, I suggest to offer some kitchen and bathroom basics like dish soap, sponge, garbage bags, salt and papper, olive oil, beach trolley and beach umbrella. Also oven or microwave oven would be plus.

spacious, clean and comfortable. With very small tweeks it could have been better.

good to know: nothing included, you will need to buy toiletpaper, soaps for dishes and bathroom, garbage bags ++ + pay for linens and towels (this is informed) missed a little information about turning on the hot water on arrival. Could have had some better showers if we knew. also for a space that rooms a lot of people there is a veeeeery tiny coffe pot. so bring your own if you like more than one espresso in the morning. it was also to small for the stove.
