Ce quartier privé est entouré par le parcours Kona Country Club Ocean et la côte de Kona. Cette charmante maison de style plantation est parfaite pour votre escapade à Big Island. Il est idéalement situé pour tout ce que Kona a à offrir - activités nautiques, tennis, golf, randonnée, marché fermier local, restaurants, boutiques et sites historiques.
Cette confortable maison de vacances de 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bains, 2 garages peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes. Il dispose d'espaces de vie ouverts, ce qui en fait une maison idéale loin de chez vous. La salle à manger, la cuisine gastronomique et le salon s'ouvrent sur une grande véranda parfaite pour se divertir et se détendre après une journée d'activités. La chambre principale et la salle de bains privative disposent d'un lit king-size, d'une douche à l'italienne, d'une baignoire sur pieds et de portes coulissantes en verre qui mènent à un jardin tropical serein. The house was beautiful, extremely clean and well thought out. There is nothing we needed that wasn’t already provided. The neighborhood was well-maintained and quiet. We loved eating on the lanai.

The house was clean and modern. Everything you needed was there including beach chairs and a cooler. The backyard Lani was excellent we had all meals there. The pool and hot tub was conveniently located right next door. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I had the best time staying in this beautifully maintained home!! It had everything we could ask for with lots of little extras, too. Great communication with concierge and easy instructions for all household operations. My husband is from the Big Island and his family had a blast visiting us for swimming and BBQ’s. Absolutely the most wonderful vacation and accommodations. Highly recommend!!

What a beautiful home! The photos on the website were very accurate but didn’t do it justice! We enjoyed many delicious meals in the kitchen. Had all the utensils and appliances needed along with a few spices in the cabinets.
This place is located right next to the pool which our family enjoyed very much.

We had a wonderful comfortable stay. I can't wait to go back! The house has shampoo, soap, blow dryer, laundry detergent, beach chairs, pool towels, an ice chest, a 2 car garage that you can park your rental car in, and so much more! However, these few things are on my wish list for next time, more towels/wash cloths, a meat thermometer, and that the cleaning company pay more attention to detail.

The description of the property was accurate. An almost new home, immaculate, well appointed and a delight. This home is next to the community pool, however, noise was never an issue. Complete with gas BBQ and outdoor dining, we grilled several of our dinners. A short walk to a small harbor and excellent snorkeling. Comfortable beds, modern kitchen and ample 2-car garage. Very sweet! Kona Coast was excellent. We had a smoke detector and plumbing issues and they came out and handled repairs promptly.

The Holua Kai neighborhood was amazing! This place was not just a house but a home for our family during our stay. Had all the amenities you could ask for and more! We can in to a nice welcome package from around the island.
Maybe the only recommendation I would suggest is a refresh on some of the beach gear. It has been well used, but for our family most places do not even offer this assortment of options so it was a plus.
Overall we would absolutely look to stay here or in the neighborhood again!

The host is very thoughtful!!!! They provided us all the details we needed in advance for accessing the house and suggestions for activities. The renting/booking process is very official and user friendly - there’s rental agreement, insurance policy if you purchased it, plus an app, a website, live chat for you to find or ask for info. The house is absolutely gorgeous. The decor is professionally designed with high-end yet locally/culturally appropriate furniture (powered recliners!) and accessories/accents. The host equipped the house with everything for a homey experience - grill, grilling tools, cookware, silverware, towels, blankets, dish/clothes detergents, shampoo, soap, nice tissues that don’t leave flakes on your face, cleaning supplies, printer paper - you name it, you can find it! They also supplied virtually everything we need to enjoy the beach (brand-name folding chairs, pool noodles, sun and rain umbrellas, cooler, etc.), more than what we thought or knew we would need! As we discovered more and more of the amenities, we were increasingly impressed and in awe by the thoughtfulness that went into providing us convenience and truly making us feel at home during our stay. The host greeted us by phone and e-mail to let us know they were there when we need them or need concierge service, and they didn’t bother us just as they said in advance. We were surprised to see a welcome gift basket (the “basket” is a thermal bag, much more versatile). I am very detail-oriented, so I absolutely appreciate the host’s detailed and attentive thinking. If I had to nitpick, I wish I knew they supply towels (bath, hand, beach) and shampoo before getting there, so I didn’t need to pack them for just-in-case. The host’s website didn’t have the amenities chart as referenced in emails. The only other thing would be the “replace filter” alert on the fridge, but the water and ice tasted fine. Those are tiny tiny tiny things. Like I said, if I had to nitpick. All in all, my whole family, with ages ranging from 10 to 70+, thoroughly enjoyed the stay and have only positive things to say about this house and our stay. We want to go back and experience other houses offered by this host! This is definitely a great alternative - financially, quality, bank for your buck - to hotels on the Big Island. We 1,000% recommend this house and this host!

Beautiful new upscale house in a gated community with everything you would need. In the morning opening up the wall out to the pattio was amazing listening to the birds. The pool is right next door and just a 1/2 a block walk to view the sunset over the golf course and ocean. If you are looking for a quiet get-away this is the place. This is a quiet place to go and relax after the day out and about the island.

All of the beds are in great shape & extremely comfortable, nice linens & plenty of towels, beach towels & equipment. With the pool right next door the 8 yo had a blast! The 2 car garage made it super nice for our group. The location is quite convenient, close to everything we wanted.

Was our third trip to the big island and this was a very comfortable stay. Newer home, clean and plenty of room for a family of four that includes a 17 and 19 year old. Small, quiet neighborhood in great south Kona location. House is located next to the community pool, but did not experience excessive noise. Kitchen did not come with many staples - but not a big concern for us. Beach chairs were nice but boogie boards were heavily used. We would consider staying here again.

So when we arrived this place was just immediately Awesome from the outside it's also located right next to the swimming pool so that's a big plus cuz after a long day of walking around the island or swimming in the beach or anything you can go relax in the swimming pool and then also get in the spa. The only thing I wish I had was a TV in the master bedroom can me and my wife like to fall asleep watching TV sometimes. And the kids want to watch other things so other than that this property had quite a lot of amenities and was very well-stocked. Although they do not advertise that they have Beach equipment there is some beach stuff in the garage. Overall I would totally recommend this place. You'll be very impressed with the house itself and the surrounding neighborhood. I did find it a little bit weird that you have to drive through an apartment complex to get there but other than that that's the only thing that I could find any problem with and it wasn't even a problem it was more just kind of something weird other than that its awesome

The house was PERFECT! It was spacious, clean, beautiful. It was a great home to spend a week with 5 women celebrating a birthday. I would highly recommend this home and would request to stay again. It's roughly a 10-12 minute driver to town, so close enough to enjoy all activities w/o it all being too long of a drive. Thank you!

New, spacious and well-appointed property
Our family of four stayed here for mid-winter break and really enjoyed the property. It's in a small gated community surrounded by the Kona Golf Club. The property itself doesn't have ocean views but a short walk allows you to look out over narrow strip of golf course and to the coast. Please note that you are 15 feet from the pool and hot tub which was great. Property is very close to Keahou Bay and Sheraton, so if doing manta ray trip it's just 5 mins away. Also super close to Captain Cook and Kealakua Bay (we hiked the 2 miles down for best snorkeling of trip). Also very close to shopping center, Kalahou beach park and a few restaurants. The kitchen is probably the best I've ever seen in a rental w/ all kinds of appliances (blender, air fryer, GE). This property only had one review and it felt like it was newly built. My only minor complaints are that the pillows were too puffy and you probably need to drive into Kailua-Kona, rather than walking like some properties. But the benefit is a lot of space and quiet.
