The property was a cozy cottage, clean, adequately stocked. The bed mattresses are aging and could be replaced. The harbor wasn't very pretty due to low water levels, not the fault of the property manager at all. Just a comment for those hoping for a lovely water view. Easy to find and adequate parking.

Our stay at Snug was so much fun. The cottage is in a great spot with unobstructed views of the canal and an easy walk to the downtown area where we enjoyed drinks and food at some local spots. The fireplace kept us toasty during a snow storm. The kitchenette had everything we needed to make dinner and avoid going out in the storm. Can't wait to come back here in the warmer months.

Awesome location right on the water . The place was very clean and comfortable and the property was really nice. The individual cottages are really quiet. The neighborhood is upscale and great to walk around. If you are a cook you might want to bring your own Pyrex pans, garlic press and cheese grater because there aren’t any here. We would recommend and visit again. 😊👍

This cute little cottage was right on Sturgeon Bay. It was a great location. Very clean. The only thing that wasn't great was the couch had seen better days. Otherwise, it was a great experience!

Snug Harbor is a must to stay at when visiting Sturgeon Bay. It is beautifully located on the water. It is very peaceful and tranquil. If I could rate it the experience it would be 10 out of 10.

Perfect little cottage!
We loved this cabin for a short getaway weekend on the lake. It was cozy, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and we LOVED the fireplace- such a great winter addition! Would recommend for a reasonably priced, cozy weekend retreat. :)

Winter getaway
Snug Harbor is located in a great area- on the water, 4 minute drive from downtown, close to hiking paths and state parks. The property was clean. It is small but perfect for a couple. Kitchen is equipped with essentials. If you're planning to do a lot of cooking, you may want to bring some pots and pans as there aren't many. Very friendly and helpful hosts!

54th Anniversary trip
It was an outstanding trip. The cottage was wonderful, just a short distance to the water with nice seating to enjoy it.
This best part of the trip was the staff of snug Harbor. They treated like we were special guests

Needs updating
Although the layout of the cottage and view was good for us, the kitchen items were not organized and overused, the shower did not appear to work but then we learned that it is an older model with a faucet ring to connect shower, some areas had not been cleaned for awhile and the outdoor furniture needs updating and wiped down. The picnic table is very weathered. This cottage has much potential if simple updates were made.

The cabin was perfect for 2 people. Being so close to the water was wonderful,with camp fire at night. Snug harbor was dog friendly,lots of people had their furry friends throughout door county. Loved it!

4 Day Stay
Everything was very nice and the people were friendly. Only issue we had was the AC went out in the cabin. They said they had someone coming so we went out for the day. Got back and it still wasn't working. Was told to give it a couple hours and that the guy would be back again to check on it. It never worked and no one showed up. Otherwise it'd have been 5 out of 5.

Amazing place
Stay was so relaxing and quiet, almost like camping with fire place and grill. Loved our stay and will be to Snug Harbor Inn next year. Staff was super friendly. Pictures online is what you will get.

Convenient location
This cabin was affordable and adequate for our 3-day stay over the holiday weekend. The location was convenient for the parks we wanted to visit and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Laurel was helpful with suggestions for fireworks, and we enjoyed sitting outside and watching the boats in the early mornings and evenings. Bedrooms were small and a bit cramped for our family of four with tall teenagers, but we made it work.

Great Place
This place was perfect for my brother and I to get away and enjoy a week of fishing. Laurel was very friendly with checkin and made sure things were in order before handing us the keys. We would definitely recommend.

Great price for a little cottage
This little cottage was perfect for a few nights for our family. I think if we were to stay any longer we would need a slightly bigger space. It was a bit far driving back and forth to all the restaurants and activities we went to in the more northern parts of Door County but outr kids thought it was neat to be right on the water!

Great Cottage and Location, just wish it was cleaner!
Cute little cottage, the listing doesn’t brag enough about the convenient WATERFRONT LOCATION! Super close to downtown Sturgeon Bay but tucked away in a nice quiet little neighborhood. Two bedroom cottage was just the right fit for our weekend getaway, had nice updates. My only complaint would be that the detail in the cleaning could be improved (window sills and under furniture). That said, we will likely check this spot for availability again in the future!

Great time
My dog and I stayed here the end of April and while the weather was on the cooler side we had a great time. Snug Harbor was centrally located for us - we visited friends in SisterBay and went hiking in 3 close by state parks. It was great watching the water & boats from our living room.

Nice cottage on the water
Enjoyed this nice cottage, which is right on the channel. Our dog enjoyed it too! It was a quiet time of the year, and the gas fireplace was a real bonus during the colder days and nights.

Wonderful!
My husband and I came up here with our dog to get away for a few days and relax. We had a wonderful time! Super clean fully equipped cottage, comfortable beds, gorgeous views! This place has everything you need! We will be back!

Would absolutely Recommend!
My good friend and I stayed here for the weekend and it was wonderful. The view is amazing, we went fishing off the docks, had fires at night, and it's not far from wineries/cave point park/good restaurants, etc. We will definitely be coming back.

Great getaway - very clean
Loved this little cottage right on the bay. Perfect size for my kid and I, we each had our own room. Beds were very comfy! And they allowed dogs which was amazing.

Winter weekend getaway
Property location was perfect for us. Clean, quaint cabin on the bay. Close to county/state parks-which was our primary objective for this visit.
The fireplace was a warm cozy addition on a winter weekend visit. Bonus was viewing the Coast Guard ice breaker come by our front door! I would recommend this place.

We enjoyed our winter escape, we spent our days hiking the many nearby trails. The cabin was close, enough to walk the shops in town.

Super Cute Cottage with Excellent View
The Snug Harbor cottages are adorable and perfect for a weekend getaway! They're right on the water, so there is an excellent view right out your front windows. We stayed in the winter so the fireplace was wonderful to have. We loved it and definitely plan on coming back!
