Relaxed, clean and comfortable, short walk into town centre. Loved the house.

Couldn’t have been more delighted with this beautiful cottage right in the middle of Padstow so close to everything! The house was spacious, immaculately decorated and appointed. Clare was easily contactable and helpful. What a treat to arrive and find a home baked fruit loaf and some local beer as a welcome gift! The beds were really comfy and the bathrooms were beautiful and spacious. The towels and linens were of top quality too. The view from the top floor was amazing. We were on a 4 day break from our busy lives and we all came home refreshed and ready to face normality ( although, of course, we didn’t really want to leave!). We will definitely book Heron Cottage again!

This is a delightful property, well equipped and presented, with superb estuary views from the top bedroom .Location is perfect, only two minutes walk to the harbour and all its restaurants and shops, and less than a minute to the closest of Mr.Stein’s eating establishments!Convenient car parking only a few minutes walk up the hill .Altogether a really great holiday base, we loved it!

We didn’t know Padstow so didn’t really know what to expect but the house was so well positioned and so near the centre - but equally was off the main drag and therefore quiet. The house has been completely upgraded and is comfortable and spacious with everything you could need - kitchen appliances etc. Plenty of shower rooms and loos and lots of space. A gorgeous place and we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful house

A 5 star property. A very nice and comfortable property in a good location in Padstow. Very close (2 minutes walk) to the harbour without being right in the middle of things. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Decor, fixtures and fittings were all very good. Nice bedding and towels. The house was ideal for our family of five but, as advertised, there would have been enough room for eight if required. Steep and narrow stairs to the top floor and parking a couple of hundred metres away in a local car park, means it might not work so well for anyone with mobility issues but we had no problem with loading or unloading. Owners were very helpful and answered the few questions we had very promptly. Overall a great property.

Very nicely renovated and done to a high spec. The townhouse had everything we needed. Very efficient owners and very nice cleaners at the end! If only the English weather had been as good as the property!

We loved the court yard garden for a glass of wine in the evening. We ate at Burger and Fish, Embers Pizza, St Petroc’s Bistro and The Harbour Kitchen. The food at Burger and Fish was our favourite. We would definitely love to return.

We stayed October half term. The property has ample space to accomodate 8 or two families. We were 5 and had plenty of space. It's minutes from the harbour and all the attractions. No parking but the car park only a couple of minutes walk.

Absolutely stunning cottage with lots of open space to relax. All bedrooms were a good size with plenty of storage. Bathrooms and showers spacious and clean with never ending hot water and clean fluffy towels. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need for a very relaxing stress free holiday. Would definitely stay again.

Heron Cottage proved a great base for four adults. The property was spacious and finished to a high standard. All the furnishings were very comfortable and contemporary and the kitchen equipment and tableware appeared liked it was new.

This was a large house that had recently been renovated. The fixtures and fittings seemed to be brand new. It had a small courtyard garden and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was large and well equipped. We didn't need the bunk or single rooms but it was ideal for 2 couples - one had the upstairs room with en suite and the other the family bathroom and double room on the first floor - ideal for social distancing. The house is located very close to the town centre and it's choice of bars, restaurants & shops. Close to the harbour and long stay car parking.
