Absolutně katastrofa!

Communication, check-in, comfort, and cleanliness were excellent. It was exactly what I needed for a single night in Milano in a place with rapid access to the Fiera, only 5 minutes away with the local train; it's the following stop. The room had a comfortable bed, a suitable working desk, a fridge, which was super helpful, and a clean toilet.

It's so close to the train station you can see the train tracks right out of the window, hear all the noise, and feel the vibration. Windows closed, it muffles the sound quite a bit, so it's better, and you can sleep since at night there are way fewer trains. Regarding coming and going, it's convenient. Also, for such a basic accommodation, 120 euros feels very expensive, when compared to other solutions even in town. My priority was totally being close to Fiera so it was the solution.

The area is a bit rough at night

near to subway bus station and train station, ippodrome (if you come for a gig)

no breakfast, bad neighborhood, no places to eat around

Was advertised as AC rooms on booking,com but AC was not working for 2 nights. And when they finally fixed it, they would only turn it on for 8pm to 8am. keep in mind this is June in Italy where it gets pretty hoo during the days.

All is well. Very friendly staff.

The only problem is that there is no elevator.

Brilliant. How this is only rated a one star I'll never know. Staff were very welcoming, even took our bags up to the room for us! Nice little bar around the corner too, convenenient next to the station bit still so quiet! Very clean.

Neighbourhood has bad first impressions with graffiti but don't let this put you off at all. The hotel is in a complex so full security!
