Definitivamente ubicación + atención del personal.
Habíamos elegido la habitación 204 y es genial. La vista, la entrada de aire (x si no desean utilizar el AC todo el tiempo). En la noche fue fantástico poder escuchar solo las palmeras y el mar al estar con las ventanas abiertas. Totalmente recomenda. Las otras habitaciones tienen balcones pequeños.
Desde la llegada, la atención del personal es 10/10, atentos, ágiles y con buena actitud.
Tienen un pequeño bar que en serio, invita a quedarte ahí mismo y pegarte unas chelas. Además en comida, muy bien los platos.
Parqueo seguro, que queda tal vez un piti estrecho si se llena el hotel, pero con un piti de paciencia, es poca cosa.
El único punto debil, fueron las almohadas. La cama muy cómoda y en excelente estado, pero las almohadas no remataban ese confort (dato basado en la 204).
Tal vez y abusando un poco... sería chévere si lograran meter el desayuno de una vez en el pack.

There was nothing there that we did not like... Would have been nice if the room had a small refrigerator... But again... NO Complaints!

Super clean, beautiful decoration to make pictures, just in front the ocean, the view is fantastic. Customer Services was really helpful all the time, all personnel was great. Thank you so much😍

This is an awesome small charming hotel across the street (beach boulevard) from the best beach in Salinas. There is a little garden with a bar within the hotel yard. The room was absolutely charming and super clean.

The location was as perfect as I expected to be. It was quite and peacefull. The view of the beach was wonderfull. Fully recommended to all.

I liked the place, it was clean and nice. The staff are awesome and the pool was nice. Also, the room looked great and the bed was comfortable. Lastly, the food at the all you can eat buffet breakfast was good too.
My bathroom did not have hot water, however my family did. I was told the sofa bed was not comfortable.

Food and drinks were not good, towels were tattered and stained, Bed was hard, very small for the price. It was like a motel 8.

The location is great, walk outside the hotel and the beach is right there across the street.
20 minutes walk to other restaurants and grocery shopping and amenities etc.
The staff are great and the grounds are well kept.
Provide breakfast as majority of hotels provide breakfast now.
Hotel room did not have a small refrigerator to keep water or drinks cold... A refrigerator is a MUST.
The buses are extremely LOUD! Where my room was located the buses would start running at 5:00 am and they use airbrakes and BELIEVE me it is very loud....especially when you are on vacation and relaxing and DO NOT need to be up at 5am in the morning. This was a big turn off for me.

The location is great. Directly across the street from the beach. At $40, not terrible, but also not great.
Our room 102 smelled like a freshly groomed dog. Like pet shampoo. Not a pleasant smell for a hotel room, but lovely for a freshly groomed dog. The bedding and towels were mediocre.
The rooms are rough at best. We have stayed at hotels all across Ecuador and this is not exceptional at all. The staff was nice, especially the bartenders at the pool bar. The pool is an above ground temp pool that leaks out half it's water overnight. The place could use a little work.
