Awesome Lake View 3 Bed / 2 Bath Condo close to Bridges Bay Amenities!
Ce condo 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain est parfait pour votre escapade à Okoboji!
La propriété est située à Bridges Bay qui comprend l'accès aux piscines extérieures avec un bar en milieu de piscine, un parc aquatique intérieur (6 passes par jour), une tyrolienne, un parc, une salle de sport, une salle de jeux vidéo et 2 restaurants sur place. Nous sommes dans le bâtiment Coronado au troisième étage dans l'unité # 300, qui est le bâtiment le plus proche de toutes les commodités!
Le centre-ville populaire est situé à seulement un mile de distance avec une bande de bars, des restaurants au bord de l'eau, des boutiques et le parc Arnolds! Juste en bas de la rue se trouve une rampe publique pour bateaux et il y a plusieurs endroits autour du lac où vous pouvez louer des bateaux, des jet-skis et d'autres jouets aquatiques.
Le plan d'étage spacieux comprend des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine avec dosseret de tuiles, un salon avec une cheminée entourée de pierre et une buanderie sur place.

Condo was very nice, good location, clean, close to the lake, the water park and zip line…and ice cream truck (evening treat every night). Hostess was very responsive to my questions.

Great place to stay with our family (2 adults and 5 kids). The condo is in the building closest to the water park at Bridges Bay, so the location was great for us. The condo was very clean and nice, I think they were just finishing up some renovations, everything looked like new. They brought over a new grill during our stay. We had a few minor issues but the owners were extremely responsive and helpful in clearing up those issues. Great place for families wanting to stay at Bridges Bay, would definitely recommend.

The pool access was limited due to heat which was surprising to us and zip line as not part of our passes as we thought it would be

The condo unit at Bridges Bay was perfect for a family of seven. The Bridges Bay Resort offers lots of amenities for families including a waterpark, zip line, on site fitness center, and on site restaurants. We would definitely book a stay again.
The only issue we had was that the windows and balconies were being replaced in the building we were staying in and we were unable to use the balcony. Also, there were construction materials all throughout the building and in the unit making it a little dirty/dusty. There was construction equipment around the building and areas blocked off, making it difficult to get to the dock. I would check with the property manager before booking the unit at this property to confirm the status of construction.

It was our first visit to Lake Okoboji & we had a great time. Lots of amenities to enjoy at Bridges Bay resort for all ages. We loved exploring the lake with all the fun restaurants/bars & also the amusement park that you can boat right up to & dock. Our hosts were so awesome, answering questions before we arrived & accommodating all our needs during our stay making it a wonderful vacation for our family.

Condo was a great location and kids had a lot of fun at the water park. Beds were a little too firm for my liking and condos were under construction so couldn’t sit on deck and had to avoid construction materials and crew. But once complete would be a 5-star stay.

This place was gorgeous, I didn't want to go home! Perfect sunset views from the balcony. Host provided everything we could have needed! Super close to pool/waterpark. No issues with the gym. Plenty of convenient parking. The check in process at the Waterpark was less than desirable and even on a very slow day we couldn't use it until an hour before they closed for the day. Ziplining was fun.

Wasn’t cleaned when we got there but cleaning lady came right away… very nice gal and apologized… I still give 5 stars since she did such a fantastic job and mistakes happen. Love the location

Great Family Stay
Our family of 5 had a wonderful time in Okoboji and this condo was the perfect place for us to stay! The amenities were in great shape and we especially loved the access to the water park that came with our stay. We will certainly be back!

We enjoyed your condo for our family. I would recommend another couch for more people to be able to sit in the family room. It would also been nice to utilize your parking spot in front of the owners garage.

Enjoyed the accomodations
Perfect for a short family vacation, the amenities were wonderful and we couldn't have been happier with how it worked for our family. The waterpark and restaurants were good for adults and children.

Good location
We love Bridges Bay and have brought our family here for a total of ten times over the years. We love all it has to offer for all ages. The condos have always been beautifully maintained. We had some initial disappointment with this unit (not typical), and our VRBO property manager was excellent, remedying it immediately. We will continue to return to Bridges Bay for more family summer vacations and memories.

Great property! This property was perfect for us. The condo had a great floor plan and it was quiet! Just what we were looking for. The night of the 4th we were able to walk down to the lake and see the fireworks at Arnold’s Park.

Great vacation getaway in a beautiful location!
This is a wonderful condo for a family vacation! Kristin was fabulous to work with in preparing for our trip. The condo was very well equipped for all our needs and wants. It was wonderful to look out on the water from the condo and deck. And it was a perfect place for seniors with mobility issues! We would love to come back sometime!

Thank you Kristin! Such a lovely condo you have. We really enjoyed our stay. We were in awe of the thought you have put into all the extras that are there to use. We did have trouble with the door lock upon arrival,the directions of which way to turn the lock were opposite of what the directions said. Other than that, the only things I could have used were a spare blanket to use to curl up in for the living room and a couple coasters so we don't put our drinks on your beautiful tables. We hope we can come back when it's summer and Covid is over and enjoy the waterparks and more places to eat. Thanks again

We had a great time the weather didn’t cooperate but we still had fun the grandchildren can’t wait !
The property was just as pictured on the website very comfortable. We want to come back in the summer and enjoy the outdoor swim area.
