Thalassa Suites war die schönste Unterkunft, in der wir jemals waren. Hier können nur 10 von 10 Sternen vergeben werden! Wir haben eine Suite gebucht mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf das Meer. Diese ist aufgeteilt in zwei Etagen mit Klimaanlage/Heizung. Im unteren Stockwerk sind eine Küche mit Couch, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein riesiges Badezimmer und zwei Balkone mit Wäscheständer. Oben ebenso ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer sowie eine Dachterrasse. Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank, einem Wasserkocher und einer Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Handtücher werden täglich ausgewechselt und es werden Strandhandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und frisch, von Müsli über Obst und Gemüse bis hin zu griechischen Spezialitäten und Wurst sowie Käse alles dabei. Abends gibt es die Möglichkeit, ein 4-Gänge-Menü für 25 Euro im Restaurant zu essen. Die Snackbar zwischen Pool und Strand mit jeder Menge Sitzgelegenheiten hat über den Tag bis abends geöffnet und es gibt eine Menge bezahlbare Snacks und Getränke. Wir haben sowohl im Restaurant als auch in der Bar gegessen und können von beiden Mahlzeiten nur schwärmen. Außerdem ist freitags BBQ Abend und danach wird zusammen mit dem Restaurantpersonal getanzt und gelacht. Das komplette Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Reinigungskräfte kommen teilweise zwei Mal pro Tag; es ist jederzeit sauber in der kompletten Suite. Parkplätze sind massig direkt vor der Unterkunft verfügbar. Die nächstgelegene Stadt (Acharavi) ist zu Fuß etwa 30 Minuten entfernt. Hier gibt es viele kleine Läden und einige Restaurants. Am Strand sind hoteleigene Liegen zur Benutzung aufgebaut. Neben der Rezeption gibt es einen Minimarkt. Das kostenlose Wlan hat super funktioniert und in jedem Schlafzimmer war ein Fernseher vorhanden. Der Urlaub war ein absolutes Highlight!

Amazing location! Peaceful and very beautiful! The suites are of a high standard with excellent facilities! The beach is beautiful, crystal clear waters with beautiful views and amazing sunsets. The pool and bar areas is also great! Great atmosphere and very clean and comfortable.

Only small thing are the mosquitos after sunset, but obviously nothing to do with the hotel as such. They do everything to accommodate their guests.

We loved every second of our stay, we went here on our honeymoon and i was everything we wanted! A relaxing environment with nice pool and beach! And the staff were amazing!

The property is amazing. It was so peaceful and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful time. It was our first real vacation with a toddler and I’m so happy with how welcoming and warm everyone was.

AMAZING! There should be a new category for this hotel. It has very high rates for a reason, it will be very hard to find an improvement point. If you are looking for a place to feel welcomed, at ease, relaxed and get the best experience, search no more. The concept of small villas as an alternative to usual hotel, large complex buildings was the reason we chose Thalassa. Beach, beach bar, pools are so close and convenient, so you can easily enjoy all areas, and take a quick brake from the sun during the day, since everything is right there. It is never crowded, you have a sun bed available at any time during the day. Breakfast is very diverse, consistently good quality food, coffee - everything high standard. Food at the bar is also very good, so kids would have a snack during the day. Also, kitchenette in the room could be used for a snack and quick lunch, but we never used it, since bar was more convenient and not overpriced. Dinner - again, same thing. Diverse, tasty, convenient. Everything is made so you enjoy your stay Aside from all of the ameneties, food, pools and what not, you will feel welcomed and at home. Staff and management very friendly, attentive but not in your face. You can feel this place was built with love. If you are going through this review and considering Thalassa - think no more, book and thank me later 😊 This is by far the best place we spent our holiday, ever! We will for sure come back.

The staff was extraordinary, they were so nice and always there to help. The room includes breakfast, but you can have lunch at the beach bar, and for dinner menu from the restaurant, which was delicious every night. The beach and the hotel itself was as beautiful as on the pictures, I highly recommend Thalassa Suites!

Amazing place. Super friendly staff, great warm and cold breakfast selection, spacious suites, well thought-out concept of the hotel facility and located directly at the beach. Really can't complain about anything as it was just the perfect place to switch off the head for a few days.

Thalassa Suites has everything you need for perfect holidays. Great location next to the most beautiful part of Almiros Beach, beautiful rooms with fantastic views, outstanding pools and recreational areas, the tastiest breakfasts on the island, and caring staff. We lived in the house closest to the beach, which was a great choice because of the fantastic views and wave sound you could hear even when being inside. It could easily accommodate a family of 2+2. It had three balconies/terraces, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. The rooms look even better than in the photos. The hotel Wi-Fi was working perfectly. The hotel is a bit outside of Acharavi, so if you plan to go to the restaurants there, you need a car or a 20-30 minute walk on the beach. However, you can always carry snacks and drinks in the Levantera beach bar or dinner in the Sharki restaurant (25E for a complete set menu), which are available on-site. The breakfasts are to die for (I think they were served in the past; now, you can choose what you want on your own). The supermarkets are in Acharavi or a few minutes walk in the opposite direction. The price for the hotel is high to my standards, but at least you know what you are paying for. Will surely be back. The fact that you can be on the beach in 10 seconds from your room is something to be repeated.

The style of the resort, the pool, the private beach, the breakfast, the staff, tasty food and fancy drinks, the service. Overall it’s a very nice resort in which I will return for sure when I want to take a break from the crowd

- The very bad Wi-Fi - the fact that we had to wait 20 min when we arrived for having someone checking us in at the reception. After a long flight and long road to the hotel, we expected someone available at the reception - no taxis to the hotel and to the village - the fact that you are not allowed in the pool after 7 or 8 pm (not even where the pool isn’t deep at all)

Thalassa suites was so beautiful, the grounds are really well kept, it is right on the seafront, the pools are lovely, there is a bar right on the beach which also served food around lunch time. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. It was very peaceful and relaxing here. The staff were all really friendly and the Sunday night BBQ was really good fun. They don't serve dinner the rest of the week but there are some resturaunts in walking distance of the hotel and Acharavi is a 3 minute drive, Roda 10 minutes, Kassiopi 20 mins. We loved it here, we'd definitely return.

No complaints, but things worth noting; the kitchenette is not really equipped for cooking proper meals, just making a sandwich or a snack. No iron in the room but reception delivered one as soon as i asked & left it with us for the duration of our stay.

Quiet location and a bit remote (you would need a car to be able to move around comfortably), very close to the beach, with good breakfast, and lovely staff. The rooms are great, spacious, and clean, the entire resort is full of plants and flowers which gives the whole place a very nice look.

I liked everything!! The friendliness and education of the employees... Karla and Albano were very friendly and thoughtful give us lots of tips about Corfu and Albano about Albania as it would be our next destination. Theo (hotel manager) was very simple and careful, always attentive to our needs, at the end of our trip we needed to go to the center of Corforu by taxi, and he made sure to take us there in his car with all the sympathy so that we didn't miss the bus.

There is no negative aspects, I have a degree in tourism and travel a lot and this hotel for me is on the top of my favourites! the hotel is brand new, the view is incredible the food is good, the smell of the mountain is wonderful, and the connection between the sea and the mountain, is an inexplicable tranquility. there is some beaches really alike some one (Brasil/bali/Thailand) was one of my favourites trips!! thank you all at the hotel !!

Hard to find anything to improve

Nice breakfast with lots of choice. Very friendly and efficient staff, No restaurant but the beach bar provides club sandwiches, Greek salads, hamburgers etc for lunch. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, A car is recommended. Lovely spacious room with a basic kitchen. The fridge could have been a bit bigger, but we managed. Once a week a BBQ+Bouzouki evening is organised. The BBQ food is great and the music is fantastic. Don't miss it. Beautiful and clean swimming pools and right on the beach. Bring shoes to go in the sea because there can be rocky outledges left and right. At the beach and around the swimming pools there are always enough lounges and parasols available for everyone. All in all we enjoyed our stay tremendously and we can only recommend this wonderful place. Our warm thanks to the staff for having made our stay so memorable. Oppa!! ;-)

The hotel was beautiful and new, and the self catering option was the biggest bonus for us as gives more flexibility and independency during our stay. We also loved the easy access to the beach, which was clean and lovely to swim when the sea was calm, with great service and snacks from the beach bar. We were looking for a quiet holiday and this was the perfect place to stay with all the facilities and close enough by car to go to bigger town in Kassiopi when we wanted to go to restaurants/bars. Absolutely lovely staff, they made us feel very welcome and were super helpful with all requests and making us feel comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of tasty and healthy options, making us looking forward to breakfast every day over a period of a whole week! And they also often organise barbecue nights. We also loved the family-friendly vibe as I was 7 months pregnant (we stayed in mid september).

The shower was good however there was no door and it would easily spill over the bathroom every time. Also the room was clean however the kitchen was never cleaned (and we kept tidy as much as possible regularly). We also missed having a microwave and coffee machine.

Thalassa Suites was such a great place to stay in. We enjoyed the marvelous views of the surroundings (beach, sea and mountains), appreciated the cleanliness, the cozy and spacious apartments, the deliciously and varied breakfast and the most important thing, we are greatful for the helpful and kind staff. Ioannis and the team, thank you a lot for everything! We will definitely return. Keep up the good work!

This hotel is simply amazing. I did not expect it to be this perfect. We arrived by rented car. There’s a cute town nearby with food and several tavernas on the beach, walking distance. The beach is right there, the photos don’t show that very well. everything is clean, staff are just the nicest people, the rooms are spacious and beautiful. We had a barbecue night with Greek live music, the food was amazing, the views are breathtaking. Thank you!

Great place, modern, very clean, very well maintained, very good value for the price

Breakfasts are not varied enough, a bit disappointing, coffee machine capsules are not renewed every day without a request, why do you need a coffee machine if there are no capsules 😀? But it doesn't change the score for this great place, 10!

The surrounding area are is so beautiful, from the mountains to the sea, which makes it all the more special, a feeling of seclusion and nature that I found moving. The rooms are nicely designed in good taste, comfortable and spacious, as well as clean and ship shape. The pool was great, the facilities, chairs, bar served nice cocktails, personal really lovely, food at breakfast was great. I felt really privileged.
