The house was as advertised. Very clean and check-in was easy, many amenities. There was plenty of room for a family of 8 adults to spread out. The beach club was a plus and offered beach lounge chairs, a great beach for snorkeling. It was also not crowded and had an attached bar and restaurant.

Our Sunshine Oasis stay was wonderful for our 3 generation family trip. The home had everything we needed - the kitchen was well-stocked, bedrooms were large and comfortable. We had plenty of towels to take to the large pool located just across the street, and appreciated the beach toys and wagon in the garage.
We were close to wonderful restaurants and beautiful beaches. The grocery store and shopping center close by was convenient.

We were a family of six adults and enjoyed our first stay in Hawaii. The home is well appointed, comfortable, and has all the necessary amenities to make your stay feel like home and then some. We appreciated the bikes, snorkeling gear, coolers and umbrellas. We did not use the pool much as we found it cold but absolutely loved the private beach club. You could not do any better. The snorkeling was fantastic, beach was well furnished and the restaurant and washrooms were awesome. Overall we had a great stay and are looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend.

Overall very welcoming although we had trouble locating it just from the address. Little map or written instructions as are in the instruction book would be helpful. Minor issue with Apple TV kept asking for passwords to be entered.

Beautiful home in Mauna Lani
What a great house! The house is beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect! We had a couple beaches just a couple blocks away and many beaches within a few miles. We are a family of 10: 2 parents, three adult children two of whom have spouses, a teenager and two grand babies. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room. Great amenities for the babies too (porta-cribs, high chairs, booster seats). Lots of beach items too: chairs, snorkels, umbrellas, buckets and shovels). This house has everything!

This property was perfect for our family. The unit is large and comfortable. We spent a lot of time and the pool and beach club. The pool/beach items in the garage are a big plus! The convenience to the grocery store was really nice. The property management company was very responsive. All in all, a perfect vacation. We will return.

Location, location, location!! House was fully stocked with everything you need. From going to the beach to cooking or bar b queuing at the house. It’s located directly across the street from the pools and a very short walk to the trash. The house is well stocked with everything you need! Definitely would recommend and would stay again!

Big Island Vacation
We had a large group of 10 people staying at the property. The condo had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was very modern with most spices we needed. They could use a few more pots and pans. Being such a big group we did tend to cook a lot . The property managers were very responsive in bringing extra towels and fixing lights. My friends did end up fixing a flat bike tire on their own however.
The pool across the street is large and was great for our group. We enjoyed walking to the beach for a swim and we had daily evening walks to the beach for beautiful sunsets! Overall it was a great stay and vacation!

Great Place!
We had all that we needed for our crew. They loved being close to the pool. Grocery store is just down the road and plenty of nice beaches near by. We needed on of the bike tires fixed and they got it done the next day. Plenty of beach towels, snorkels and beach supplies.

We had a wonderful time in this home. Jeff and Suzanne made the process seamless. The home was well appointed for family gatherings and dinner and the location worked great for walks to the beach. Lovely house with great amenities
Our party was made up of 2 families, 4 adults 4 kids aged 5 – 10 and we stayed here for a week in January. This is a lovely house, beautifully furnished with plenty of room for everyone. House is across from the pool, but we spent the majority of our time on the private beach. Beach was great for the kids, sandy, good snorkeling with a nice beach restaurant. We also made good use of the grocery store which was ~ 2 min drive or 10 min walk from the house. Property manager was very helpful, we needed a new gas tank for the barbecue and it was dropped off very quickly.

This was a marvelous house for a family vacation with small kids. The pool is right across the street and there are multiple beaches less than 10 minutes drive away. The home is well cared for, comfortable, spacious, and welcoming. The rental agency was a pleasure to work with and were immediately reactive to minor issues that needed to be addressed after our arrival (thank you Shig!). There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels for a group of 10 and lots of pool toys and beach safety gear in the garage for our use. There are 3 lanais attached to the home so there's always a place to get away from the larger group. I loved this home and would definitely return again to this beautiful area and this property.

We have stayed at this house for the past two years and it is so convenient both for the amenities close by and within the complex. We have stayed at other properties maintained by Shig over the past 8 years and have always gone home wishing we could have stayed longer.

These air bnbs are absolutely gorgeous. We had 2 of the properties split between 19 of us. Shig was very accommodating. The only thing I have to complain about is that we were not able to rent out the bbq pavilion because of all of the rules and regulations. It is 35 minutes from Kona and a fantastic, quiet spot.

I had a fun group of adventurers and we just loved this house. It was roomy enough for privacy and the shared spaces were just wonderful. Nice flowy open floor plan. The Beach Club is steller with awesome snorkeling. You can rent paddleboards and kayaks for a really fun activity. Everything you need is close by. Shig made this experience run smoothly and we had no glitches. Everything was grand!

What can you say about this duplex Home (would never know you were connected ) other than it was a 5 star experience all around. Pros Very very clean and new with new appliances and furniture. 3 outdoor furnished decks - excellent for napping Gas barbecue - note that only half was working. Mgmt please repair. Free calls to Canada and US - Needed a few more beach chairs and within an hour they were waiting for us. Lots of umbrellas, children’s beach toys, snorkel fins, and children’s masks. Skimboards, small surf boards and even water shoes were available. Best location in property as not far from entrance but it’s only 20 feet from the swimming pools. Closest beach for sundowners is next to Fairmont Orchid but you also have access to Private beach which is wonderful with an awesome restaurant. No view from unit, some construction with new development but they only worked 8 to 4. Could use more towels but that’s being petty. In any case I absolutely recommend this unit BUT I don’t want to give it too glowing of a review as I’d like to visit again.

Terrific location. Beautiful house. Excellent access to pool for kids, snorkeling for adults and great beaches nearby. Exceptionally quiet. Totally relaxing. Best vacation rental for a trip to Big Island.
