We absolutely loved this home! Everything inside is brand new, furniture and beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is a walking path right across from the driveway, meaning the walk to the private beach takes about 2 minutes max (which is a huge bonus if you have small children). The location of the home is our favorite on the Cape, very quiet and relaxing but a short drive to everything. Liz was great, very responsive and helpful! I have already recommended this location to a few families and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Liz & John’s cottage. Just a short walk to the beach made it so easy for getting around with our two toddlers. They had everything needed for preparing meals and the washer dryer on premises was great.

We had a very short time to visit. My grandma was born and raised in Sandwich, and moved away after her marriage. We used to come a lot as children, and now as adults my family came and stayed to celebrate our incredible Grandma. We got to watch our small children run on the same beaches we did. The cottage was exceptional, a little dream, exactly what you need. Modern, but still feels right at home. The beach was perfection. Even on early, chilly summer days we rushed right out of bed to the perfect beach. Thank you so much. This mini trip was amazing.

A great beach house with all the facilities we as a group of four needed. The house is a short walk from the beach and just a few miles from all the local amenities in Sandwich. 5 stars would thoroughly recommend.

Perfectly equipped with everything needed. 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 people. Very clean and friendly upfront communication. Sagamore Beach is literally just a few steps across the dunes.

My family (myself, my husband, my daughter and our 3 granddaughters, aged 5.4.and 2) had a wonderful stay at this property. The place was nice and clean and had a great layout, lovely yard for the girls to play in and a very short walk to a private beach where the girls enjoyed finding rocks and shells and chasing seagulls. Even though we didn't have the greatest weather, it was a nice get away and the girls (all of us) didn't want to leave I would highly recommend!

I stayed here with my family of 4: 2 adults, a 6 and 8 year old. The property was clean, linens were fresh. The kitchen had anything we needed. The property location was perfect! We were a quick walk across the dune to the beach, which my children loved, especially during low tide. We rode our bikes to the canal, there was a nice playground, we went fishing. Grocery stores about about a 10 minute drive. Liz was very responsive to my questions and was accommodating to our family. The weather wasn't the best so we ended up spending more time than we planned at the cottage, thankfully it is comfy and cozy so we had a wonderful time regardless.

Liz is an absolute joy! A wonderful cottage, very nicely decorated and IMPECCABLY clean. The kitchen was amazing, So well stocked with anything you could ever need. The yard and deck were very nice with plenty of places to relax. Short walk to the beautiful beach. This is the nicest place we have ever stayed! This was a 50th anniversary trip and we arrived to a bottle of Champagne,flowers and a note of congratulations! We had a wonderful time and we would give this property a 5+++++! We had the pleasure of meeting Liz and John and they are awesome! AMAZING place! You will love it!

This home was just as advertised, very clean and located on a quiet road with a short walk over a dune to the beach. The beach itself is beautiful and at low tide there is a sand bar perfect for young kids. No crowds at all and the neighbors were all very friendly. We loved how close to the canal the home was too and riding our bikes over to it. The owners were extremely accommodating and thoughtful. Thank you for our stay!

Loved our long weekend at this cozy, clean, renovated house. Beach across the street is gorgeous and surprisingly uncrowded—very good for small children as no waves and no undertow. We had a relaxing time visiting family members who live nearby.

Rental was exactly as advertised. Very clean and newly renovated. It was just what we wanted, location to beach was perfect. House is located on a private street which kept it peaceful. Hope to stay again

Our stay in Sandwich at the beach could not have been a better time. We wanted a beach vacation for our honeymoon and with COVID, our options were limited. This property was absolutely beautiful. Everything we could want or need. Everything was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. John and Liz were amazing hosts. Easy to get in touch with. Very friendly and helpful. They even left us a gift for our anniversary. I hope that at some point we can get back to Sandwich and take advantage of the beach and eat more seafood! Thank you Liz and John for everything. You made our anniversary even better!

Our stay was amazing. We were greeted by a card, birthday balloon and bottle of wine, what a thoughtful gesture! Perfect size, style, location for our needs. The cottage is super clean, charming, and very well equipped. Our family traveled with three young children ages 18 months old, 4, and 7, so we were a little anxious about having a smooth and relaxing vacation. We found the house to be an easy place to stay for families with young children. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, the bathroom was well stocked with white linens, and the bedrooms were comfortable and everything was very clean. The patio was a beautiful and relaxing spot for having family meals, sitting down and chatting. There was a beautiful space with a bird feeder and bird bath and we enjoying bird watching here. We even saw a ruby throated hummingbird! The location was perfect, just across a short path to the beach. We spent everyday at the beach and the sand bars were amazing. My kids had so much fun running around, playing, searching for shells, and seeing fish, crabs, and hermit crabs. We even got to witness the homecoming of the Mayflower Ii ship at the Cape Cod Canal located about one mile (easy walk) from the premise.. what a cool experience for my kids. The owners, Elizabeth and John, are kind hearted and good people. We were welcomed on the first night with a nice card, cookies, and a bottle of wine. Liz was the perfect property owner, was always prompt to respond to anything we needed. After five difficult moths in self isolation being working parents and having to homeschool two school aged children and to caring for our toddler, this vacation was simply what we needed for our soul and we were grateful to spend it at this beautiful premise. Thank you so very much, Liz and John!

A peaceful beach was exactly what was offered. Beach is directly across the street. Low tide is amazing with sand bars with such soft sand. You feel like your on a private island! So great to avoid the bridge. It’s a short ride to Plymouth Harbor to enjoy great outdoor seating restaurants and shopping. Road has light slow traffic for kids riding bikes. Short bike ride to canal trail and to a park with basketball court. Home was so clean and everyone enjoyed the outdoor shower! Owners are great...so accommodating and respond quickly to questions. Thx Liz! Would love to visit again!
