Stayed here with 2 other friends to for a week of skiing. The location is right across from the Bear lot & shuttle up to the Village. Perfect location and the place was clean and had everything we needed. I will certainly be returning to this property with my family!

I had a wonderful experience with itrip for my stay in Avon/Beavercreek CO. They communicated directly and were full of knowledge of the area and helped me with shuttle info for easy transportation. They responded via text quickly and made themselves accessible if I needed but didn't send a lot of constant reminders which can get annoying over time. The condo was clean and warm when I arrived and they accommodated an early check-in and late check-out which made the trip go even more smoothly. Thank you iTrip!

We enjoyed our stay at the lodge at brookside. A quaint lodge for a couples trip with a cozy fireplace. The hot tub was a nice touch!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and never had an issue. It is a great central location to skiing and hiking areas. Went to Glenwood Springs for whitewater rafting and the hot springs. The scenery never disappoints.

Great location for my family of 5 to enjoy a spring break ski trip at BC. Condo was clean and well stocked. Beds were cozy. Heated parking was a plus. Short walk to the Bear lot where you can jump on the free shuttle to the slopes.

This property had absolutely everything we needed. Toys, games, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and pillows, fans, humidifiers, EVERYTHING! We've stayed at many homes and this one was one of the best. Obviously the owners are very considerate of their guests. Getting to the slopes is very easy, we chose to drive to Beaver Creek resort as it was easier with small children than to use the buses. The communication was excellent. Will stay again!

Accommodations were not as pictured, but better! Only complaint is shuttle services to ski mountains and transit. Would need to walk up the road and across the street to Beaver Creek Bear lot to catch any shuttle (not a lot of fun in ski boots). Ended up driving to Vail which worked out OK. But a dedicated shuttle that comes on property would have been great. Room very comfortable and well appointed. Hot tub was also great. Like the inside parking (except tight fit for a large suburban vehicle).

A storm came in and we had to leave for the next guests but you had no place to put us and zero vacancy in the area thus we had to leave in order to make it down mountain. You would not work with us on any refund on list days. Never again.

Fantastic condo with beautiful and tasteful decor! The communication prior to our stay was invaluable! We had all the information we needed for a seamless check-in and we were given a parking pass too for the lot. The bed was super comfy, and the shower had perfect water pressure. The kitchen was well-epuipped and we were grateful for the coffee that was supplied by the host! The location was exactly what we needed based on our schedule. There is a trail right out the back that follows the stream. Such a peaceful place. We used the pool and the hot tub, and only had to share it with two other guests there. The condo has everything you need and more. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

We were seeking a property where the three of us had enough space and where we were in close proximity to many outdoor adventures. A bonus is the beautiful walks you can take right outside the rear door of the property. The Condo is in excellent condition, beautifully decorated and very well stocked for rental ease. Wonderful condo and best vacation spot ever!
I can't say enough good things about this property! We had a wonderful summer vacation staying in this comfortable and cozy condo. It is perfectly located in a great area...a quick drive to Beaver creek, Edwards and Vail, as well as tons of nearby restaurants, shops and other fun things you can walk or bike to. There are great walking and biking trails very close to the condo; including one that is right in the backyard along the river. Gorgeous views everywhere you look!
The property and condo were clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen had nice, new appliances, as well as everything you need for cooking. The rooms and bathrooms are all comfortable and spacious, and you have access to the pool and gym. Each bedroom has a TV, and there is plenty of room in the living area to relax. We truly had everything we needed! The people are friendly and accommodating. You really can't beat the location of this place, and it's convenience made for a truly enjoyable and fun vacation. I highly recommend booking this unit! We can't wait to go back!

Exceeded Expectations
Even better than the listing details! We were thrilled to find newer bedroom furniture in the master including a kingsize bed, and the master tub & shower have been beautifully redone. Kitchen was very well stocked. This was a great location for our family. Easy drive to a variety of activities, the drive to Glenwood Springs is about 45 minutes but very scenic & felt shorter. Condo was perfect for relaxing after busy days. Pool just at the end of the building, very convenient. Really enjoyed the walking path & Eagle River just outside our door.

Tranquil Oasis
We came to Beaver Creek and stayed at this amazing mountain condo for a week. Talk. About. Relaxing. The only thing I wish we had was more time to ski! The location has you literal minutes from Beaver Creek mountain and the bus routes that bring you throughout Avon, Beaver Creek, and Vail, making everything within arms reach. The condo was extremely warm and cozy, we kept the fireplace on while we worked from the living room as it snowed blissfully outside the window. The parking under the building was also an added plus, we loved the community here. We would absolutely stay again!

The condo was exactly what we were hoping for! Clean quiet and all the amenities. It was nice to be able to have the TV on and have the other room quiet enough to sleep in. I like the location as it was only a half block from the shuttle at their lot. Beaver creek mountain was awesome and the condo was the icing on the cake! We will be back!!!

Condo was perfect for our spring skiing needs and well maintained. Located a short walk from Bear Lot to catch buses to the main Beaver Creek village. Fine walk for kids of 10/13. Night Rider Avon shuttle nearby was easy access to Avon for restaurants and the market. Mgt company was easy to work with.

Ski trip to Beaver Creek
We had an awesome time in Avon. The property was perfect for our group. I loved the layout for 2 couples. It was so spacious, super clean and we loved that there was a public hot tub we had access to. We utilized the kitchen everyday, walked to the bus stop for the Beaver Creek shuttle, and it was a short drive to town for groceries. We hope to come back again. Thank you!

Great location, had everything we needed
We stayed here for business for 8 nights. I cooked our meals for the week and had everything I needed in the kitchen which was very appreciated! There was a humidifier which was great also since it is so much drier in CO in the winter.

Best trip ever!
This was the best vacation my family has taken yet! This place was cozy and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and the little creek just out the back door of the condo. The location couldn’t be any better! It’s right between Vail and Edwards and has so many hiking trails near by. Do yourself a favor and book this place fast! It will not disappoint!

A fun place to stay in CO
A beautiful property and location. The only issue is the bugs at night. It was very warm during our stay and the condo does not have A/C. Small gnats would come through the window screens and be everywhere at night. If you opened your phone they would instantly dive bomb the screen and your face. We were told that it’s only an issue in the summer since the condo is located near water. Everything else was great, just info in case you are staying in the summer. We would definitely stay here again during the cooler months.

Great summer vacation!
This property is in a great location to visit Vail and Beaver Creek. The two bedrooms are nicely separated for parents and kids time to relax after long days hiking, golfing, and rafting. Very clean, large TV’s in each room, brand new kitchen appliances with everything you need to eat meals in during your stay. The property manager was attentive to our needs including making available cleaning services during our stay. Highly recommend and we will be back!

We were looking for a well-priced condo in Avon to have as a home base during our first visit to the area. The condo was very clean and had a nicely appointed kitchen, which made cooking for several of our meals very comfortable. We enjoyed snuggling by the fire and watching movies for a few of our nights' stay. Even the neighbors were friendly and fun! We loved watching the snow fall from the bedrooms and living room, and our son had a great time making snow angels right outside our door, and getting some sledding in, steps away from our cozy sofa. The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom was a welcome and soothing addition to our day, for sore ski muscles. We loved our visit.
