Absolutely nothing

I was not able to gain access to the property and the owner was uncontactable so I had to book another property and stay elsewhere I was advised in a message to pick up the key to the property at a convenience store next door which I did. The key to the front door did not open the door despite numerous attempts. I rung and messaged the property owner advising that I could not access the property. I went back to the convenience store and ask the lady about access to the property but she said they have nothing to do with running of the property so could not help me. 28 hours later the property owner replied to my messages saying there was nothing wrong with the key I was given and it was all my fault. The owner advised that they are a 1 person operation running the property and refused to offer a refund then listed me as a ‘no show’ so I would still be charged for my stay. This is a disgracefully run property that is a airbnb style operation that should not be listed on this site. It is also in a very poor and rundown location with no nearby facilities

Communication was really poor, messaged 3 days before our stay & got nothing back & struggled to get our room as lack of communication that day as was there at 2pm & didn’t get any information until after 5pm via a text message.

Location and cleanliness were amazing! Easy access, great value for money for our family of 5. Quiet place if you keep the windows closed otherwise regular police sirens.

All of the mattresses are unexpectedly springy and noisy. One of the neighbours was smoking in the room despite an unsmoking signs all over the place. It smelled awful in our room until after 1 am. I didn't know which exact room coused the smoke so tried to call to the hotel manager by the phone provided by booking.com system and that phone number doesn't work. I sent message and only got an answer next afternoon after check out. And the last and the main epic event happend in the morning. We found our 4 bicycles stolen from the bike rack of a van being parked on the parking lot across the street on a private place suggested by the host! Disappointing and very sad especially for kids.

The Cabbage Hall across the road offers good food and drinks.

The room was very small (two bunk beds, one double), no space for opening more than one suitcase, no hangers for towels, and jackets. It was very loud due to people wealking from and to the smokers balcony which was situated directly to one of our windows - so during night time there was always light. The shared bathrooms were small, untidy, and full of stuff of other people like toothpaste, used towels, shower gels.

I loved the location as anfield stadium was seen from the window. When it comes to staff I only met the owners auntie, and she was very nice, she showed us to our room and made sure we didn't need anything.

I cannot complain considering the price of the room, it was great value.

Location is good, near to the Liverpool team stadium and the neighborhood is so quiet

The location is good if you plan to visit Anfield Stadium. The convenience shop is just next door. room was clean and the beds are comfortable.

Information about check-in was sent to us on the day of arrival and just a few hours before, it was a bit stressful as I had a very low battery on my phone. we were hoping to find at least one towel in the room for us (3 people) and at least a spoon and a plate. it was cups for the tea but that was it.

We came from Ireland to tour anfield stadium. 2 adults & 2 children. Location is literally perfect. Anfield is just down the road and the tour is a must. Bus into city is across the road, it goes every 5 mins and only 2 pound per person. I had to contact owner twice and he responded immediately and was so lovely and helpful. The place is beautiful, so clean and a beautiful smell surrounding the building. We will deff be back to the anfield rooms

We stayed there for the game of LFC, the stadium is 300m away from this room, which is awesome. The owner was very kind to us and helped us always. The neighbourhood is safe and not that noisy.

The room was very small, I don't remember not reserving a private bathroom so I was a bit shocked upon arrival that I will have to share a bathroom with 20+ more people because this is not listed as a hostel. The room was very pricy for what it actually offered.

Loved the Location. LFC you'll never walk alone.

Affordable accommodation, based about 20mins bus ride from the city centre. Staff were very friendly and helped with any questions.

Ceiling was a bit low above the single bed.

Lee, the Caretake of the property, is lovely and supportive. I requested for late departure, and he approved it. The property is small but clean and has fast-speed WiFi. I would recommend every to visit the Anfield Rooms to stay.
