It was a great location and quiet neighbors. Not very crowded at the private beach access area. Plenty of space for 3 adults and 3 kids.

The condo is very dated and needs some love and attention. The condo looked clean upon arrival and at first glance. However, the floors left your feet black if you walked barefoot, there was mold on the shower curtains, the beds were so uncomfortable we had to buy mattress toppers to make them bearable after our first night, and the dryer makes a TERRIBLE sound when on and requires 2 cycles to dry. These were the major issues. If I wanted to get nit picky I could come up with a longer list. We will not be back despite the amazing beach.

Only negative I have is the spiral staircase was so tiny and had parts that were loose and the master bed needs replacing, noticeable worn out spot/dip in the middle that killed my back all week

Location to beach. Separate bedroom and loft bedroom perfect for a family. The grounds are kept clean, the pool kept clean, plenty of chairs, tables around pool. Pool's restrooms were clean and well maintained. People in various units using the pool and common area were very nice. Met alot of very nice folks from various states.

we ( 4 people) had no shower/tub for 3 days, knob was broke. I sent pictures to PM customer service and kept contacting customer service and finally on 3rd day repair person came. Which indicates whoever is to clean the unit after each use is not doing their job or else it would have been reported of the broken knob. The dishwasher was full of spoiled food from shrimp shells and flies left by previous tenants use, which means this unit was not cleaned prior to our use; gagged and nearly threw up when we opened the dishwasher door. We had to clean out ourselves and run couple times with just soap/water in order to use. Dryer has a belt going out and the whine is so loud you don't want to be in unit while its running. Front door deadbolt could not be turned to bolt from inside for sense of security at night. Spiral stairs iron metal treads have ends that stick out too far and are not protected and 2 of us found that out quickly. We tied towels ( I sent pictures to Customer Service) to the 3 ends that were dangerous to all 3 of our different heights. Floors and rug so dirty our feet were black before we even stepped outside 1st morning! 3 days I waited and asked to be transferred to a new unit - nothing. no one should expect to pay full price for this unit and what we experienced. To date I have not received a refund or credit for another stay which is what I requested. I was told in a text by main office customer service of the PM company it would be made right, but its been over 2 weeks and still nothing not even a text of follow up.

(E2) Great location away from the busy part of town but just a short drive to everything. The landscaping around the pool area was beautiful and the pool was clean. Beach is just steps away! If the condo had been cleaned properly our stay would have been 10/10!

(E2) Dishes were NOT clean. Grease, crumbs, & cheese were on the first plate when we opened the cabinet. The second plate was greasy and you could see it had just been wiped around. We ended up having to take everything out that we planned on using and wash it all first. There was major water damage on the shower ceiling with mold on it. Our sheets had not been changed! There was sand on the foot area when we went to lay down. There was no bedspread, only sheets. The chairs on the balcony are covered in mildew stains. After paying a $115 cleaning fee, it was disappointing to have to clean everything ourselves.
