Gosh where do I start, the person who checked us in (jenny) was in such a rush didn't even have time to show us property properly didn't even bother going over nothing with us like how to work washing machine what's in the area etc. Bad electric's in whole apartment socket's hanging off wall's me and kid's got a lot of electric shock's off socket's, washing machine, fridge, microwave etc. Wasn't even cleaned properly for us. Leaking sink which attracted a lot of cockroches. Very damp apartment. They had over loaded socket's. When told about these issue's they denied everything making out their apartment is great and making out we are lieing. Yes they sent someone out to look, he quickly fixed socket's but still socket's hanging off wall's. Still got electric shock's and so did kid's. Also we got locked out by accident, and called the person who checked us in too be told they are not around and can't come out to let us in. It's like they didn't care about me and kid's being outside in the dark. But we had to pay 100 euro to get in our apartment. Then they decided to turn up 2hrs later to let us in. But we where already in having paid out 100 euros omg. Very bad customer service, very rude people. worst place I've ever stayed in and had so much issue's . And this apartment hasn't been vetted and no wonder they haven't passed beening vetted. Very rude people that own or manage this apartment. They didn't care about me and my family. Once they got our money from booking they had no care about us, Wouldn't advice anyone too stay here this is why I'm writing this review. It was a nightmare apartment. I've added a few picture's.

The greeting was lovely as well as the communication when we arrived in Fuerteventura.
