Расположение отличное. Нестандартное планировочное решеное внутри: как бы лестница и балкон, на котором расположены двери в номера. В номере холодильник, сейф, чайник и чайный/кофейный набор, 2 бутылки минеральной воды. Вполне удобный туалет и душевая.

Номера без окон, очень маленькие, низкие потолки, справа над кроватью боковая балка-мы с мужем раза по два ударились головой, если ночью в темноте резко встать, забывшись, то можно серьезно травмироваться, следует или передвинуть кровать чуть в сторону, или пометить балку яркой лентой. Завтрак заявлен с 8 утра, по факту накрыли примерно в 08:30, нам пришлось позавтракать тем, что нашли-хлеб и нарезка, их поставили еще с вечера, видимо, а когда уже уходили из отеля, увидели, что несут мармит с чем-то горячим…так что, возможно, завтрак и нормальный был .

Огромный плюс что круглосуточный ресепшен! Постель чистая, персонал вежливый, также помогли распечатать посадочный талон. К сожалению завтрак был пропущен так что ничего не скажу. Район хороший, недалеко есть круглосуточные аптека и магазин, плюс можно заказать доставку еды через яндекс или глово

Минус один: низкий потолок Очень неудобно когда головой черпаешь потолок, но сказали что там есть номера не с низкими потолками

Персонал отеля очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный, всегда были готовы помочь. Сам отель расположен в центре города, в пешей доступности от множества ресторанов и интересных мест. И даже с учётом некоторых минусов я с радостью ещё раз приеду в этот отель и буду его рекомендовать Также в цену входит завтрак, но он очень простой, хотя для детей утром и этого достаточно.

К сожалению, в комнатах душновато, если не включать кондиционер. А вот кондицинионеры (как минимум в трёх комнатах) периодически начинали очень громко стучать, словно внутри них ломается какая-то пластмассовая деталь, от этого даже просыпаешься ночью. Также в моей комнате не работал сейф, а холодильник словно работал не в полную мощность, из-за чего даже подтекал порой внутри. Отель предоставляет бесплатный завтрак, но выбор очень простой, а напитки порой казались по вкусу просто разведенными типа юпи из 90-х. Ребёнку хватает хлопьев и огурчиков, но взрослому на завтрак хочется чуть больше.

Как всегда чисто, аккуратно и комфортно. И расположение выше всяких похвал.

The location of the hotel was central - easy to walk to the city centre. The staff were helpful, especially when it came to ordering taxis. The breakfast was reasonable.

There were no windows you could open and the ceiling was low in the room and stairs (I'm not that tall, but I still couldn't stand upright). I would recommend the hotel for a couple of nights but not longer.

The location is excellent, the room was clean, has all the facilities, the staff friendly, the breakfast good.

The toilet was outside the room which was quite annoying cause I had to lock/unlock the room and the toilet everytime I went to the toilet. However, I was notified before about this. Also, it is quite pricey for what a city like Yerevan has to offer.

Итак что вы должны знать об этом отеле прежде чем заселяться: - все номера без окон ! - номера разные. Фото на букинге самого лучшего номера , который один . Остальные все меньше, с низким потолком и старой ванной . Какой попадётся вам вы узнаете только при Заселение. Имеет смысл рисковать ? - завтрак вроде неплохой, но его мало и категорически не хватает на всех жильцов. Уже к середине завтрака все пустое и персонал не докладывает еду.

Low ceiling, very annoying for tall people.

I arrived early, and they accommodated me before the check-in time.

The room had a useless window (it was covered with bricks). The reception was most of the time without any person attending it (at least the times I went there). There was no restroom in the lobby.

The room was too tiny, the ceiling was too low. It’s okay for one night, but not for longer stay.

the room was underground, without windows, so it was either absolute darkness, or something must be shining somewhere it leaks in the shower, even with a short shower a small dining room where not all guests can fit, even at a table for just one. the extra beds are folding chairs, which are not comfortable at all (the beds are comfortable) at night, the air is simply exhaled and it is necessary to have the ventilation on all the time, which is humming

I stayed in the single budget room. It’s clean & the separate bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was good. The location is close enough to walk to major city centre spots but quiet enough for a good night sleep. If you want to save money for taxi from airport, the airport bus which costs less than a USD dropped me off near the opera theatre & it was about 15 mins walk. The staff were friendly. There were plenty of supermarket & fruit shops near the hotel.

The budget room is tiny & wont fit in much luggage. There are steps to the separate bathroom so not suitable for older people & only one power socket in the room. But you get what you paid for & it’s ok for one night sleep.

Breakfast buffet wasn't great in my opinion. I went elsewhere. The first room - was super small, like in a ferry. I could barely fit my luggage in. The second room was a bit bigger, still very low ceilings. Both rooms had a window to the corridor which you could not cover - at night the room was fairly bright.

The staff was really helpful and positive.

In front of the hotel there is a kind park or ruin of pool kind of something. That area could be fixed. But other things were nice. This is only suggeson its not about my stay.
