Cette maison de 5 chambres n'est qu'à quelques minutes du centre-ville de South Lake Tahoe, à moins d'un mile à pied de quelques bars, restaurants et cafés situés sur le niveau Kingsbury à côté de cette maison.
Avec 2 cuisines, une grande terrasse pour barbecue, 14 couchages et l'emplacement idéal, c'est la maison idéale de 5 chambres pour vos vacances.
Vous entrez dans le salon confortable qui a une cheminée, une télévision grand écran et est ouvert sur la cuisine. À ce niveau, se trouvent les chambres 1 et 2 avec chacune des lits queen-size, des télévisions et une salle de bain complète partagée dans le couloir. La buanderie est dans le couloir du garage.
Au deuxième étage se trouve la chambre principale 3 avec un lit king size, une télévision et une salle de bain privée complète. La 4ème chambre avait un lit superposé avec un jumeau en haut, plein en bas et un lit gigogne. Vous devez traverser cette chambre pour entrer dans la 2ème cuisine et la 5ème chambre.
La 2ème partie de la maison à travers la chambre 4 peut être fermée au reste de la maison et vous pouvez entrer par les escaliers extérieurs, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal pour plusieurs familles en vacances. Il y a une cuisine complète, une chambre 5 avec un lit queen et une télévision, un salon avec une télévision grand écran, un canapé-lit queen et un canapé-lit double. Il y a une salle de bain partagée complète dans le couloir.

This house was perfect. It accommodated my family better that expected. The pictures didn’t give it justice. The only thing I could complain about would be that there was a small construction site next door and they definitely did not follow the timing of the noise ordinance. That obviously wasn’t the host fault....the kitchen had everything you needed and then some. The neighborhood was super quiet and super close to water and the casinos. We spend our vacation in Tahoe every year and this is by far one of my favorites.

The house was perfect in every way. Half of our guys stayed here while thee others stayed at Harrahs and we met for dinner at the house. I own a restaurant so my chef and sous chef came up to cook for everyone and the only issue was the small BBQ but that wasn't a huge deal. Close to Edgewood so after golf for 2 days was so convenient just up the street. We look forward to trying to book this house again for next year's annual rounds. Not on VRBO though. The fees were a little high.Thanks again.

There were 10 of us (5 couples) and we each had our own rooms and the living room / kitchen open area was the perfect gathering place for us all. We took a weekend away with work mates from across the state, and this location was a big hit! The house itself was super clean, and everything was practically brand new. Even though everything in the house was awesome, we spent so much time in the backyard hanging out - playing games and sitting in the hot tub.
A couple things of note that didn't affect our rating whatsoever - the water pressure in all the showers is super low. The neighbors on the street weren't the most forthcoming with kindness. We were definitely the outsiders and driving 15 mph down the street, we still got yelled at and flipped off once, which left us all scratching our heads.
But overall, this house was clean, well stocked, welcoming, and had enough space for all 7 of us and more!

The location is premier and the house is awesome. My only knock on the place is that the cleaning fee is extremely high, and it looked like the previous cleaners did a so-so job. There was some trash left in the place…so was a little disappointed in cleaning fee this high and not walking into a sparkling place.

The cabin was perfect for our group. Everyone was able to get their own bed. The place was very clean and had a ton of dishes and towels and stuff. Great spot. Highly recommend

Beautiful, clean house in a great location, however we would not have stayed there had we known that the thermostats are permanently set at 77 degrees. The house was too warm during the day. We had to wait until evening when the outside temps dropped to bring the inside temp down. Also, the refrigerator was not able to keep our food cold enough so we threw everything out. The frig issue was very frustrating as the owners knew there was a problem, hence the note on the door and the new frig in a box in the garage.

Our group had a great time at this location. The place was nice, clean, great backyard, and plenty of beds. Only complaint is that the fridge did not get cold the entire trip, despite following the instructions on the fridge. Luckily there was another fridge upstairs but it would have been nice to get a heads up on that.

Our extended family spent the long weekend and the experience was mixed. Good: - Location- Good amount of space & general amenities- Lots of dishes, linens, etcBad:- One of the rooms (back guest house) was not clean. There was some hair on the sheets. Had to change out the linens..- There is no AC (per the listing), but there was a thermostat and "blower" that brings in outside air. This did not work in the back room and when I called the management company, they were curt and said the listing says "no AC" and said they would send someone...who never showed in the next two days. It was really hot weekend and we could not use that room during the day.- The mgmt company is in general curt and not friendly..I asked if we could check in at 2pm instead of 4pm and got a curt response "Checkin at 4pm". I checked in that morning and we had driven up early and the place was ready but the company did not care to see if they could accommodate.- The yard is simply not maintained and the bench outside is filthy..could not sit outside when it cooled down in the evening. The weeds are all overgrown and looks unkempt.There are a lot of choices in Tahoe area and there is no need to pay top $$ and get this kind of a house and service.

We had a group of 9 stay at this property for a long weekend ski trip at Heavenly. There was almost more space than what we needed!
We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen(s) and the hot tub. Overall the property was great.
Snow was cleared from the driveway but the walkway to the back studio could have been better cleared.
Had some trouble with checkin because I had to download a separate app to get the instructions, just wasn’t used to that. But otherwise no issues. Would stay again and would recommend to other large groups!!

This is the perfect getaway for any friend/family trip. There's enough space to gather around and host. 2 kitchens and a private/ separate room aside from home for privacy if needed. You're almost walking distance to downtown South lake. It was peaceful and a great experience with the family.

I give this property 4 stars because of the cleanliness. Some of the sheets had stains on them. The throw blankets smelled like suncsreen. And the garage floor had a strong beer smell and was very sticky.

Great Weekend escape from Reno
All was great, communication was ok with property manager.
First hour of arrival we turned oven on upstairs and downstairs to get them preheated for pizzas. Upstairs oven turned all smoke alarms on due to prior guests cooking & leaving some sort of plastic tray material in oven. One of our friends cleaned it out and took all plastic debris out so no one else would have an issue. The house was absolutely perfect for our large group. Thank you

Layout was maybe actually better suited to groups that like to split up. Neither common area was massive, but it was certainly big enough to accommodate us. We got a somewhat random, automated noise complaint - I did not think we were being to noisy nor did I receive a response to my reply. Water pressure in the shower was not good. But that’s not what it’s all about for us. I really would recommend this place for sizable groups. Awesome location being right next to town and less than 10 minutes from heavenly. Good parking. quiet street. All in all, great stay. 5 stars across the board.
