BEAUTIFUL SPACIOUS CONDO ACROSS FROM BEACH
Ce condo spacieux (1050 pieds carrés) est décoré avec goût avec de l'art hawaïen et des meubles de style tropical pour créer un espace ouvert. De grandes fenêtres dans chaque pièce offrent beaucoup de lumière et une belle vue sur la montagne de Haleakala. L'océan est à 3 min à pied et accessible par la plage de Kamaole III, une des plages populaire pour les familles. Restaurants et magasins sont proches. Piscine accessible en copropriété. Parking couvert situé sous le bâtiment. Emplacement parfait pour des vacances en famille.
Ce condo est situé sur le côté calme du complexe, loin du bruit de la rue.
La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et tous les appareils nécessaires (cuisinière, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle). Le condo est situé près de la piscine du complexe entourée de végétation tropicale. Près de la piscine, vous trouverez également des barbecues à gaz, des tables de patio couvertes et un coin salon couvert pour se détendre, lire ou rencontrer des amis.
Le condo comprend également des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plage, un parasol, des planches de bodyboard et des masques avec tuba et palmes dans un placard situé juste à l'extérieur de la porte d'entrée du condo.

Pendant la saison d'hiver, il est possible de voir des baleines depuis les rives, et de magnifiques couchers de soleil sont à votre disposition quotidiennement lors de promenades nocturnes sur la plage.

Loved this condo for the last 3 nights of a week long trip to Hawaii - 'girl's trip" to celebrate my best friends 70th birthday!
The condo was spotless when we arrived - beautiful decor and furnishings. The wall unit a/c's and ceiling fans in each bedroom provided plenty of cooling when need. The in-unit washer and dryer were much appreciated. We didn't end up cooking in the kitchen - but it looked like it had everything you would need (and more) if you had wanted to eat in.
After a full day "out and about" - coming back to the complex pool was simply delightful and refreshing.
Communication with the hosts was wonderful - they responded quickly to any inquiries, and provided all the necessary info for checking into the condo and the community in a timely manner.
We had a quick call back from the property manger Danielle when we initially tried to access the condo and couldn't. It was later and dark, and we were trying to access the mechanical lock box on the side of the door, instead of the digital lock ON the door! She got us back on track in the front door within minutes :)
The beaches across the street were just wonderful! In fact, after checking out of the condo on our last day, we just parked the car at the beach parking lot, and sat on the grass under the trees - soaking in one last chance to enjoy sights, smells and sounds of the Maui beaches - before heading to the airport.
Beautiful condo, in a great location - we'd definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Daniela and Todd’s home. It was very spacious, had everything we needed, and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated, there was plenty of kitchenware, and they provided new sand toys and all the beach equipment one would need for a great stay. The chairs in the lanai were new and the washer/dryer worked perfectly. They also provided welcome chocolates which were greatly appreciated. The beach is right across from the condo which was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend their place!

Great location, they provided a helpful binder with plenty of places to go dine and shop. The beach was across the street from the building. They also had beach chairs and umbrellas for our use, which came in handy. The place was cozy and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Mahalo for the lovely accommodations. The condo was clean and very well kept. We were only there for the weekend so we didn't have time to explore the amenities of the complex and surrounding areas but we very much enjoyed our stay. Communication with Daniela and Todd was effortless. They responded quickly to any inquiries and were very lovely to correspond with. this was my Mom's first visit to Maui and she absolutely loved it! We selected this property for its proximity to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops, square footage, and high speed internet. Everything was exactly as advertised. We loved being less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and most of our favorite Kihei restaurants were a short walk as well. This spot also is close to the restaurants and shops in Wailea. If you get tired of Kam 3, there are so many other beaches with public access just a few minutes down the road. I tested the internet speed several times during our month in Kihei and it was blazing fast every time. We ran our company from the condo and never had an issue with video conferencing. The parking is convenient, the pool is very nice, outdoor grills are easy to use, and the cleanliness of the property was very nice. We would stay here again for sure! A very good price for a 2BR, 2 BA condo that is close to the beach.

This condo was a lot larger than I was expecting! Everything was very spacious to include the bathrooms, plenty of room to move around. There were plenty of towels, all of the kitchen cookware you could ever want or need and everything you need for the beach to include beach chairs and a little cooler with wheels. All you do is walk out of the condo, across the street and voila! You're at the beach! Everything went smoothly with check in and I look forward to staying here again!

Great Location. Open spacious condo. faces away from street so it is quiet. Big Lanai. Lots of beach stuff cooler, chairs,umbrellas,snorkle gear, noodles,etc. Pool is little small and no hot tub. But Kamaole 3 beach is right there and fantastic.

The unit was very clean and well laid out. It accommodated 4 of us just fine. One thing I would say is that it seems like there should be toilet paper stocked in the bathroom.
The building and facility is aged. Lounge chairs by the pool torn and old; parking space is ridiculously narrow. If you are not wanting a place where you spend a lot of time and have high-end commodities, then this will meet your needs. It is located right in the middle of bustling Kihei and beaches are just a short walk.

It's a short drive from many activities on
the island. I was really impressed by how clean it was, also It felt like home, Everything was provided, there is not one time during our stay that I couldn't find what I needed in the apartment. I strongly recommend it.

This condo was the cleanest that we have stayed in. Everything was just as advertised. The location right across from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants, makes this a great choice. Comfortable and great location
We enjoyed our stay at Haleakala Shores and the hosts were super responsive. The condo had everything you need to have a great holiday, well equipped kitchen, lots of towels, and bedding, in-suite laundry, great beach toys, chairs and a lovely pool. The condo itself is very spacious with room to accommodate two couples easily. We were very happy with our stay!

Clean & nice in Kihei
We really enjoyed the space. All the systems seemed tight and well run. We especially appreciated the beach gear closet—cooler, chairs, umbrella, boogie board, snorkel, etc.

The condo was beautiful and clean. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, although one bedroom is divided by the japanese sliding doors, was perfect for our stay. The owners respond quickly and keep you up to date, with all the restrictions, and are very accommodating. One marked parking space for your vehicle, although the space was a little narrow, it was nice to have your own stall. Lots of shops and restaurants to visit close by.
