There is an alarm code and door code.

We were given the wrong alarm code which was nerve wracking to myself and my children. The heat in hot tub didn't work for the first few days. It was fixed once the weekend was over. They were attentive to fix the battery in the door when it died for the lock. The heating of the hot tub and pool is not include and is an additional $35 a day.

The listing says pool and spa, but when we arrived we were told there would be an additional charge to use the pool and spa, which we reluctantly paid. The villa looked clean at first glance, but some of the windows had mold on them, the spa had what looked like bits on concrete in the bottom, and there where weeds growing in the windows and a tree growing in the gutter. A week into our stay the pool had lost about a foot of water and when I emailed the property manager they asked if I could fill it up. The sink leaked and the property manager manager kept emailing asking for more details about the leak, and then finally sent someone to fix it 2 days later. There were many things that need to be fixed. I will never rent with Homes of America again.

The property was spacious; it was the perfect size for a group of seven.

The day before check in I got a list of all the restrictions; if I had known about these restrictions I would have never booked this property. It is the first time I am required to make sure I leave a load of laundry washing with the linens I used before checking out to avoid a fee. When we arrived the house was a sauna; guests are required to put the ac on 80 when leaving the house, and can’t have it lower than 74 or there is an extra fee. The rooms were always hot and we had to use a fan which we found in the closet. The game room was nice, but had no access to the ac. Before we left we had to make sure we threw out the garbage or we would be feed. When on vacation I want to sleep in ac, not have to do trash nor worry about throwing out the garbage.

We really enjoyed our stay
