Cette fantastique maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain est sur un seul étage. Avec un plan d'étage ouvert spacieux et un flux facile, il a une grande cuisine bien garnie pour tous vos besoins de cuisson. Il y a trois salles à manger, deux grandes tables à manger et 4 tabourets de bar au bar de la cuisine.
Après une journée ensoleillée à la plage, revenez et profitez de notre terrasse spacieuse et de notre véranda grillagée. Détendez-vous avec votre boisson de choix et écoutez votre musique préférée sur le système Bluetooth. Pendant la cuisson sur notre nouveau gril à gaz Kitchen Aid, il y a une grande glacière que vous pouvez remplir avec vos boissons préférées.

House was very nice! The kitchen is stocked well. They added an additional freezer and refrigerator to the basement that was very helpful. We had an issue with one of the golf carts and Sam communicated with us to get it fixed and received a loaner during our stay. Wonderful stay!

Great property. Very spacious for a large or multiple families, large kitchen, dining, and family room, not to mention the great game room area below. Check in was easy, and the property management was very willing to help with all requests.

The house is roomy and open. The screened in porch is comfortable and relaxing. The golf carts made the stay and getting to the beach so much easier. Great house and plenty of space.

This was my 7th trip to Fripp and 2nd for a few of the other guests in the house, and this by far is one of the best homes I have stayed in.
The house is in amazing condition and very well decorated, so you feel like it is worth the price. We had two 11 month olds and the 1-floor/open living style of the house was absolutely amazing for allowing them to move around and to have our eyes on them at all times. Also allowed us to all be together while cooking, eating, lounging, etc.
The screened in porch was great for early mornings & late nights, and the game room garage was perfect for the rainy afternoons!
The location was fantastic and just a short golf cart ride to everything, also the included golf carts were awesome. Great condition and fast. ;)
The overall best thing was the communication with Sam Graci, the PM for the house. He was incredibly responsive and quick to address anything we needed (which was not much). This is not always the case with rentals, and it was very much appreciated.
I would love to stay at this house again or any home under his management!

What a great house. Open space, great porches and lots of extras. We loved the deer in the yard, the more then fully stocked kitchen and two golf carts. The game room with a second full fridge and freezer was perfect. Can’t wait to stay there next year with our family.

The house was immaculate and better than advertised. The kitchen was extremely well stocked which made for a spectacular family weekend cooking and catching up. The golf carts were a great bonus and wonderful way to tour the island.The game room was a blast. Sam was was extremely responsive and super helpful with all our minor questions. Fantastic house, great service. 5+++ stars!

OMG what a wonderful home. The bedrooms were all spacious, the the kids room with the bunk beds, the kids loved it. 5 cousins all under the age of 11 enjoyed being able to sleep all in the same room. All the bathrooms had so much space. And the living areas were just great. The kitchen was top notch that my daughter (who loves to cook) was in heaven. The kids also loved the space below the house and because of the rain and cold, those games kept them busy. It was nice to use the golf carts but unfortunately the weather didn't allow us much time to use them. But that was OK, because we were busy at Parris Island seeing our new Marine. The view from the back screened porch was nice and deer walked right into the yard. Such a quiet area to stay. If we ever need to go back that way, we would rent this house all over again. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home.

The house is very nice. The layout is great for groups/families. The house has quite a few "extras" with beach chairs, 2 golf carts (very nice), pack n play, well stocked kitchen and games in the garage for kids. When advised to bring toliet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent....Definitely do!! 1 roll of toliet paper per bathroom is the ONLY "starting supplies" they provide.
Several very small things could easily be improved. Ice maker didn't work, fireplace didn't work, 1 stool in kitchen seat came completely off, door handle to closet (queen room) was just hanging there, 1 door knob to porch was missing in living room, loose handles on bathroom drawers ect. Absolutely NONE of those things are "big" problems but just didn't give the 5 star feeling. It also kinda comes with the territory (island/marsh/woods) but we killed 1-2 cockroaches per day.
Overall, I would stay at this property again. I hope they can make a few tiny adjustments and I would easily give it 5 stars! We had a great time and made wonderful memories!

We really enjoyed our stay. The floor plan made the home feel Spacious with plenty of spaces to retreat for some me time. The games in the basement are great for blustery/rainy days. The two golf carts are welcomed if more than one family is sharing the rental. Surrounding resturants offer great dining selections.
The elevator was great for challenged persons and for getting heavier items to the living area.
Tips: the propane tanks for the firepit and gas grill were empty.
We would stay here again and again.

Good layout but desperately in need of updating. Rugs, bedding, kitchen all needs some love. In my rentals, I always provided toiletries for all bathrooms. Malfunctioning faucet in kitchen, eventually fixed, was problematic. Couldn't lock back door. Golf carts are outdated as well. Won't stay here on return to Fripp.

Just as advertised, extremely clean, the oversized extra refrigerator in garage area is a plus for multi families.

Very clean, very well appointed rental property that completely fit my family's needs, which at one point included 8 people. Everything updated and modern. Two golf carts are key to not forcing me to spend extra money with additional rentals. We are planning on booking this property again next year.

Our family loved Fripp Island and the Wear House! We have always gone to Hilton Head (HH), but we love Fripp better - so much more chill. Fripp offers a much slower pace with significantly fewer people. The only thing we missed about HH are the extensive bike paths.
Sam had great communication throughout and the packet of information sent before arrival answered all questions and made arriving after a twelve hour drive a piece of cake. We spent a week at the Wear House in May with eighty degree weather and no crowds. Perfect! The Wear House meets all expectations with a great location.
We drove the golf carts less than five minutes to beach (access #9), a slightly longer boardwalk to the beach, but we had the beach to ourselves. We loved having two golf carts which made taking the provided beach chairs a breeze. Our four adult kids love the big waves and spent the day body surfing.
Some details that might be helpful:
1) For refilling the golf carts, the "gas station" closed in May at 6:00pm on Friday and opened again on Saturday at 7:00am.
2) The workout facility and the olympic pool were both closed and under construction, reopening sometime this summer.
3) Tie dying was a huge hit for all four of my young adult kids. The loved it so much on Tuesday afternoon that they went back on Thursday - reasonable prices too.
4) Bring a lighter to light the gas fire pit. We brought our own campfire sticks and made s'mores - beautiful outdoor area over looking the golf course.
5) Bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in late since the beautiful windows in the master bedroom let in the morning light.
The Wear House is beautiful and helped make our vacation wonderful. We hope to return next year. Thank you again for opening up your lovely home to our family!

We had 2 families including 5 children ages 1-7. The house was wonderful! 2 deer greeted us in the driveway as we pulled in, we loved all of the deer on the island. Taking the golf carts to the pool or beach was very convenient, so amazing that beach chairs were provided! A fully stocked kitchen that we used to cook in every evening and a great drink fridge and extra freezer in the garage. On a rainy evening we loved playing all of the games in the garage. Would recommend to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The only challenge was water pressure. Only 1 shower at a time was possible and could not run laundry and the dishwasher at the same time. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked and the house is well taken care of. Thank you

Good location, excellent kitchen, game room downstairs, outdoor grill, and the golf carts. Very nice additions since our last stay, were the extra refrigerator and freezer units downstairs. Also the two fans added in the play room were great on the hot days.
