We absolutely LOVED "Cozy Cabin" on Copeland Pond! The place is decorated really cute with an Adirondack flare and is equipped with everything you could possibly need to be as comfortable as home. The deck overlooks the pond and the view is so relaxing. The best part about it for us was Copeland Pond! The dock area was great to hang out to chill and is equipped with all the water boating options you could want. There is a propane fire table as well but we didn't use it b/c the propane was out. But we didn't need it as we were only down there during the day. The water is crystal clear and the temperature was perfect for swimming! The added bonus of the water trampoline allowed us and our kids to be super active. I can't say enough good things about it! It was invigorating to say the least. Karen, our host, is very conscientious and responsive, honestly the best host I've ever had at any rental I've been to. She answered questions on the spot, we couldn't figure out how to turn on the Keurig and she answered immediately. Small on switch on the back, duh! The only thing I will say, for those who may have mobility issues like my mom, the cabin property is fairly steep and it was impossible for her to walk unassisted. Just something to keep in mind. You will get a workout walking back from the pond to the cabin but I loved it! I can't wait to stay there again! Thanks Karen!

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had fun kayaking on the pond and exploring the area.

Great house on the pond. We stayed with family of 4 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed the stay - wonderful location and amenities. House is equipped very well: everything we forgot for the kitchen we found in the house. The pond is beautiful - kids and adults had so much fun with trampoline and paddle board and kayaks. The host is very responsive - we always had a response within 15 min. We want to come back.

comfortable and well-equipped cabin. good swimming and paddling in the lake... it is a REALLY STEEP walk down to the dock so don't forget anything at the house. Trampoline is fun. While kayaking I saw an enormous fish swimming in the north end near the lily pads, looked like some kind of catfish. At least 2.5ft long. Also plenty of bass and bluegills/ rock bass around. Owner website (not VRBO site) notes upcharge for >4 guests so just be aware of that. Aggressively decorated, appx 116 owls seen inside and outside :) Enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful weekend relaxing around the firepit and at the edge of the lovely water. The house had everything you could ever need, is beautifullly decorated and furnished!

My family just returned from an upstate NY vacation. We throughly enjoyed ourselves. The property was awesome! The private pond was serene and we took tubes out daily to float in the pond. The highlight of the trip was absolutely the trampoline and kayaks. Karen was an awesome host. Very responsive and helpful throughout the week. We will definitely consider another trip and stay at this charming cabin again!

The location and view is amazing from the house! Quiet and serene. It was a perfect getaway to decompress. The water trampoline was great and the boats/kayaks/canoe supplied by the owner was awesome . The fishing was wonderful on the lake and we enjoyed our stay ! The walk to and from the house to the lake is steep so be aware of same. It was good exercise! All is all we were very happy staying here! Thank you!

Loved our stay. Cabin was clean and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything. Great location. We used the canoe, SUPs, kayaks and water trampoline jevery day. The pond has great fishing. We did most of our cooking on the flat top grill and loved having our morning coffee on the deck listening to the birds and watching the chipmunks. Can't wait to go back!!

It’s a beautiful house and property. Plenty to do there or in the area.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Easter dinner. Close proximity to Lake George & Vermont for day trips but the pond is the star. We enjoyed morning coffee on the big wraparound porch & lunch down at the dock most days. We were able to enjoy the canoe, kayaks and paddle boards. The hike to shelving rock falls is a must see. We would love to come back in the fall when the trees are in full color. Thank you for a great spring break with our 3 kids (ages 9-17).

Overall great experience. Kids loved the winter weather and frozen lake a f sledding. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend.

a wonderful stay - entire family stayed peaceful the entire stay, and this beautiful property and lake location helped a lot. I would highly recommend this getaway for anyone - just be ready for some serious stair climbing to and from the lake waters.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the cabin! Karen is a great communicator, which is extremely helpful. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, relaxing around the fire pit and so much more! Perfect for families looking to relax and spend quality time together. House is in a great location that is a short drive from Lake George and close to many different hiking trails!

Arrival was easy especially with our 83 year old parents arriving before us. The water activities, seating on docks and porch were perfect and the landscaping very pretty. The location is quiet and a great place to reconnect and relax.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was cozy but spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was immaculate when we arrived. The property is large with a great fire pit. The walk down to the private dock is steeper than it appears in the pictures. This is something to take into consideration if you have someone in your group that has difficulty climbing hills or stairs. There is a road to get down to the staircase, which helps. We have two boys (10 & 7) who had a blast on the water trampoline. The house comes equipped with kyaks, paddleboards, a canoe and a row boat. The water off of the end of the dock is clean with no tall reeds and is deep enough for the kids to jump in. The owners were easy to work with and the check in process was simple. All in all we had great time and would rent this place again.

This home has great door space and was cozy inside too. The views of the lake were wonderful. The kids had a blast on the paddle boards and water trampoline. Plenty of good restaurants around and lots of hiking and biking in the area.

Private access to pristine lake with almost no motorized boats, very well stocked house, ample sleeping accommodation, cable tv, Netflix - what more can you ask for? Had a lovely time!

Very nice house that is furnished beautifully. The dock at the lake was our favorite spot. The fishing was excellent and water was very clear for swimming. The property owner communicated very well and took extra measures to make sure we were set up and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property!

The house and lake made our stay completely enjoyable to my family, including two hard to please teenagers. Boating, water trampoline, swimming and fishing on a lake all to ourselves during the week. We will be back again!
