The property was not clean, staff from entrance to the lagoon not friendly, going out of the blyde it’s a mission, we spend most our time in que fixing facial recognition that is not working I regret choosing this place, I came 2 years back I thought this time it’s better it’s worse, going to the lagoon it’s a mission, but going to the restaurant it’s easy, the same criteria you used to enter restaurant shud also apply to the lagoon my staying was horrible I wil never set my feet there again
Nothing just horrible I just wished to get back at my house, we even ran out of tissue we had to buy our own tissue, we had to ask 4 fresh towels it was just a mess

A very dirty balcony with a very dirty couch. A Very small TV that only plays YouTube. The toilet makes funny noise.

The lagoon very beautiful
The Apartment we stayed in needs a serious make over , the couches and the bed are worn out, it was a total turn off , they honestly need to be thrown away and replaced with new one’s. There was no tissue/shower gel/soap even a hand wash this are basic’s even if it’s self catering. The apartment stay was bad couches not comfortable or the bed 😭 the springs are on last bar.

It is a creat location and close to amenities very convinient and easy to find.beautiful property and great service

It was clearly not properly cleaned before we got there.
We had cake forks to use as forks.
The couch was broken, so very uncomfortable to sit on.
The bedroom cupboard couldn't open, as the curtain rod was in the way.
Access to and from The Blyde was difficult. As two adults, we only had one access card, although we did not always travel together. With my mom's memorial service I had to leave early. My spouse and child had endless problems getting out for the service.
My brother came to visit and they let him in, but he couldn't leave because he did not have an access slip.
