Rope Rider Retreat propose deux suites King Master et deux chambres Queen avec salles de bains adjacentes. La chambre avec lits superposés est un endroit idéal pour que les enfants passent du temps ensemble et regardent leur télévision ou leur événement sportif préféré. Cette chambre dispose d'un canapé-lit queen-size, d'un lit jumeau sur un lit superposé avec lit gigogne double et d'un lit jumeau sur un lit superposé. This house has plenty of space for the 14 of us and everything was clean and kitchen was mostly well-stock (though you just need to try hard to find things because there are tons of cabinet!). Overall, my friends and family had a relaxing stay in Suncadia and was able to drive to nearby parks, hikes, and lakes for a rejuvenating retreat!

My family and I travelled from BC to celebrate my moms 60th birthday. This home was the perfect environment for this. Communicating with the hosts was simple and easy. We had a few complications with the tv but once the hosts were contacted, we had someone come fix the issue the following day. I would definitely recommend to all and be returning myself. 👍

We had 11 of our family plus dog to celebrate an 80th birthday. The place was even better than the pictures. Plenty of room to spread out and everyone had there own bedroom. It is located right off the golf course which was covered with snow which was beautiful. The game room was great and was put to good use. The owner provided excellent service and solved out one issue very promptly. We would recomend this to anyone and plan on coming back!

We brought our two kiddos to this home to meet up with my parents for their mid-winter break. The house was laid out so well - the kids always had something to do AND we didn’t have to hear their excited sounds in the main room, ha. We all spent hours in the game room, a fair amount of time in the hot tub, and roasted marshmallows by the fire. It was absolutely lovely. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful time at this property as our family gathered for some time together. The game room, kitchen, and great room were popular places for us to gather for visiting, games, play. The fire pit and hot tub were very enjoyable in the evenings. We had everything we needed and the rental company helped us out quickly when we needed some batteries for a remote. We loved walking the trails and playing at Dawson park. A deer and her two fawns delighted us as they strolled through the back of the property. There were fifteen in our party and we all had the room we needed to relax and reunite. We even watched the Aurora Borealis one night. We will return!

Great home with all the right amenities (ping pong, foosball table, hot tub, shuffleboard, amazing fire pit). We rented to homes on the same street for our group. Plenty of room for the multiple families. We were limited on freezer and refrigerator space though as this house had only one fridge. About a 20-30 min walk from the winery and restaurant. Lots of paved paths to walk and ride bikes. Several options nearby for hiking and the bookstore in nearby Roslyn was a nice little find. It was only missing a swimming option...

We had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and so well decorated, the view of the golf course is spectacular and so fun to watch the golfers come by. If you enjoy cooking the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We had a party of 8 and the way the home is set up everyone had a bedroom and bathroom to not feel crowd. We would stay here again. Thank you to the owners. You have gone above and beyond to make this vacation home feel so comfortable.

The game room was a nice place for evening activities and the hot tub got a fair bit of use as well. I would definitely recommend this property!

Unfortunately, this was not our first choice as the house we booked went from pet free to pet friendly. We asked if we could have an early check in and was told to ask again later. I asked multiple times with no answer. We did get a bit later check out finally after asking repeatedly for that also. This house is right on the trail so there is limited privacy. The hot tub did not work at all. We have been renting a house 2x a year for multiple years and will definitely not use this one.

The house was in great condition, clean, and everything worked (can't say that about some previous rentals). The great thing is that the home did not seem like it had seen a lot of bachelor or bachelorette parties. Highly recommended.

The property is very nice inside and out (matched the description and the check in/out process was well-communicated and easy), but there were some things that would've improved the stay for our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 children).
The primary thing that made it less than perfect, was the daily construction that took place (directly next door and the surrounding area) before the 8am Suncadia Community quiet time restriction lifted, which woke most of us up. We experienced start times around 7am (nail guns, hammering, loud music, cursing, etc.) most of the 5 days of our stay, which was less than relaxing and not a great way to start the day - and unfortunately, it lasted into the evenings.
On the inside, though the appliances were very nice, it would be beneficial to have 1) another refrigerator (maybe in the game room/garage) as groceries for a party of 12 for a full week didn't fit well in the kitchen refrigerator and 2) a second/larger water heater so there's hot water for for all to shower (especially after a long day in the sun/at the lake, etc.), wash clothes, clean dishes, etc.
Also, there are limited window treatments (only where privacy is essential), so the sun/light floods rooms not allowing the option to sleep in past sunrise or block the sun/heat. Regarding heat, the upstairs bunk room gets very warm; to cool it sufficiently the blinds were kept closed and A/C had to be set very low, which made the downstairs chilly (we ended up opening the windows overnight and setting the thermostat to a more comfortable temp for those downstairs).
All-in-all, we don't want this review to be negative; as mentioned, overall, the stay was good (a solid 4.5 stars). Once the construction next to/near the home is complete, and for those who aren't concerned with the items we listed, the property will be a great place to vacation.

Overall, our stay was good, but not perfect.The property is very nice inside and out (matched the description and the check in/out process was well-communicated and easy), but there were some things that would've improved the stay for our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 children). The primary thing that made it less than perfect, was the daily construction that took place (directly next door and the surrounding area) before the 8am Suncadia Community quiet time restriction lifted, which woke most of us up. We experienced start times around 7am (nail guns, hammering, loud music, cursing, etc.) most of the 5 days of our stay, which was less than relaxing and not a great way to start the day - and unfortunately, it lasted into the evenings.On the inside, though the appliances were very nice, it would be beneficial to have 1) another refrigerator (maybe in the game room/garage) as groceries for a party of 12 for a full week didn't fit well in the kitchen refrigerator and 2) a second/larger water heater so there's hot water for for all to shower (especially after a long day in the sun/at the lake, etc.), wash clothes, clean dishes, etc. Also, there are limited window treatments (only where privacy is essential), so the sun/light floods rooms not allowing the option to sleep in past sunrise or block the sun/heat. Regarding heat, the upstairs bunk room gets very warm; to cool it sufficiently the blinds were kept closed and A/C had to be set very low, which made the downstairs chilly (we ended up opening the windows overnight and setting the thermostat to a more comfortable temp for those downstairs).All-in-all, we don't want this review to be negative; as mentioned, overall, the stay was good (a solid 4.5 stars). Once the construction next to/near the home is complete, and for those who aren't concerned with the items we listed, the property will be a great place to vacation.
