Convenient to shops and restaurants

Coffee maker was too small

Colin the Property Manager was very nice and accommodating in getting us settled in and answering questions. The condo had a wonderful view from balcony and was within walking distance of restaurants. Not far to travel by car to grocery store, beaches or sightseeing.

Everything was okay for us. No complaints except maybe a few more towels and wash cloths would have been nice.

The key code given to me many times in advance was the wrong code. After leaving many messages for my local host and getting no reply, I was able to contact Luis at booking.com who was able to track down someone from Evolve who eventually called me back with the correct key code. We stood outside our condo in a very hot hallway for almost an hour waiting to get into our room. Terribly disappointed in the experience and it was definitely a bad start for the Kona part of our vacation. Unlikely to use Evolve ever again and definitely will discourage everyone I know from using them as well.

The cost was high and so our expectations were higher than what was delivered compared with other VRBO places we stayed at. The condo was fine and more than adequate. The kitchen supplies were good. The washer and dryer were nice to have access to. The location was solid but the view, although ocean view in the distance was not exactly what we expected. Inside parking was nice. Close to Walmart and Safeway was also nice. A short walk took us to the bay and all the shops (walkable within 15 minutes). The smart TV was great and allowed us to relax in the evenings.

For the cost the place was a little over-rated. The view was a bit limited. The AC was great to have but the window units condensed a lot of water out on the lanai that needed to be squeegeed into the drains. The ceiling fans on the lanai did not seem to work as far as I could tell. The sliding glass door on the lanai did not lock (nor did the screen) but being on the 5th floor it probably wasn't much of a security issue.

Very nice condo, spacious and well decorated. Easy walk to town.

View could have been better of the ocean, closer would have been better

Prime location! Just a short walk over to main street Kailua-Kona Town. Not a far driving distance from airport, local grocery stores, and wal mart. The facility had things prepared that we forgot (sunscreen) and all the kitchen tools needed to cook!

The only thing that was a bit stressful was having to clean the balcony off every morning from the water trays overflowing from having the AC's on overnight. But its nothing to keep us from returning again.
