Fantastic hosts who went the extra mile to ensure our stay was fantastic

Lovely, cosy, clean, and tastefully decorated accommodation with stunning views of the hills and countryside. The location was very quiet and extremely dog friendly. Our dog loved having a run about in the paddock, and the huts are a great idea for chilling out after a full day's walking. Ideally situated for visiting attractions in North Wales. The cottage was well equipped for self-catering. The Welsh cakes and fresh milk were really appreciated on our arrival. The friendly hosts have definitely gone the extra mile to ensure everything is provided while you are there and are close by if you have any questions or concerns during your stay.

There is nothing to dislike about this accommodation. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to return.

We loved the location and what herons view had to offer eg. The log burner inside and out, the spacious bath, kitchen facilities and the Tv upstairs and downstairs

Excellent location and a lovely restful place to stay. Friendly owners on hand if you need them. Comfortable and clean..Dog friendly accomodation which is what I needed for my break away. Would I stay there again? Yes I would, I'd be more than happy to go back.

Nothing major as you don't go away to watch television but the lounge TV had limited channels and the one in the bedroom had nothing. I struggled to scan for them and when I managed to find out how it found nothing. I really don't know why it was there? A really minor thing to mention but that was the only thing I didn't like.

We arrived very late so we didn't have the chance to meet owners. We were attending a family wedding at Ruthin Castle so location was perfect for us. The accommodation was immaculate, beautiful toiletries and very well equipped. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of Heron's View. The kitchen was well appointed with basics such as tea and coffee plus dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid all provided - perfect for a short break. The local milk and Welsh cakes were an added bonus and much appreciated.

felt like a 2nd home after 1 hour , beautiful setting, the host came out to welcome me and a run down of the property. Wi-Fi allowed me to work and enjoy the setting at night time also.
