The property was a great location- one block to main street. We were comfortable and cozy for the week we stayed there. The only comment I have is that I didn't realize the washer/ dryer was not in the unit. Not a big deal but something to note.

This was our first time staying in town, rather than ski in/ski out and we were nervous, but it was perfect. The shuttle was out the door, to the end of the block, which made it easy, plus the restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. The condo was clean and well decorated with plenty of room. We will definitely plan to stay here again.

The unit is beautifully remodeled and spacious. Location to not only Main Street, but Gondola, Breck Free Ride Trainsit and grocery store is excellent. Only suggestion to improve is the guest bunk room needs a dresser for additional storage and a ladder for the bunk bed.

We had a wonderful stay here! Condo was so cozy and clean! Well stocked and comfortable beds. Close walk to Main Street and not too far of a walk to the gondola. Nice clean pool and hot tub right in the lobby area and warm underground parking. 10/10!

Our stay in Breckenridge was wonderful! The condo was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and so close to Main Street we could walk there! When we were not out hiking or snowboarding, we went to Main Street to shop and look around, go the the arcade, or enjoy the restaurants. At the end of the day, we enjoyed playing the board and card games provided by the owners or used the hot tub or pool. It is a great place to stay for all ages!

The first time to Breckenridge for me and my wife and we were very pleased with our five day stay. Our condo unit was very recently updated to our liking and located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. Our unit was very clean and comfortable and fully equipped to meet all our needs. We highly recommend this property. The only negative observation we had was the tired appearance of the complex and grounds (aging paint and exterior stain, rotted wood railings and trim in a few areas, dingy parking garage, noisy and rocky elevator).

We have been coming to Breck twice a year for many years and have stayed in hotels, condos etc., but something about this listing drew us in. We booked it and when we landed in Denver received a message that the water was going to be turned for a few hours some of the days of our stay and they offered to move us to another rental and sent us options. Something told us to stay where we were going esp. since we are always hiking, golfing, etc. Ashley even offered to have bottled water to us in case we were there during the time when the water was off. We knew within minutes this was going to be our go to rental from here on out. We loved everything about it. Summit Rentals continued to check on us which we have never experienced with other places. They went above and beyond! Highly recommend

My wife and I were very pleased with our four-night stay at Longbranch 202. While the general condo property is in need of a little updating and refreshing, our particular unit was very nice and we would book it again. Our unit had a very recent total remodel which made it feel and look like a new-build. The unit was clean and well maintained, and included all the creature comforts of home. The property is located in a very nice residential area within very close walking distance to N and S Main St. Interactions and communications with the property management company were exceptional. Customer service and follow up were fantastic! We were very impressed with all the merchants and restaurants we visited in Breckenridge.

My review has to be in 2 parts.The condo itself was great – a fresh remodel, lots of room, and, for the most part, well supplied. Since we were staying 2 weeks, we made some upgrades. We replaced the paper products with better quality. We also added shower mats and bathroom nightlights for old-people safety. A little WD-40 helped the porch screen-door. Note that the dining table chair closest to the wall needs repair – one of the horizontal leg supports should be reglued.The Longbranch common areas need help. Other than the flowers in the courtyard, basic maintenance and cleaning seems to have been deferred. The main entrance elevator is a bit scary and needs early attention. The pool is less than inviting and I’d hesitate to use it. The homeowners have some assessments ahead of them.One last note. The condo has 2 parking passes, one for garage and one for outdoor. The outdoor spaces are not marked and seem to be first come, first served with no pass required. Not a problem in the summer but must be an issue during ski season.

My girlfriends and I had a great time staying at this condo in Breckenridge. The place was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. I think our two very small things we would change would be to have another fan in the unit to use. We also found to have issues with getting into the condo unit through the main door. But all in all it was a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our visit very much. The place is just a couple blocks away from the Main Street and to all the restaurants and shops in Breckenridge. Lots of activities to do here. — Check in was really easy. And management responded quickly and helped us when we had questions. I love how big the kitchen is. And that there was a pantry to use. The beds were comfy and we all slept deep and hard. Everything is updated.

This little condo just blocks off mainstreet was perfect for our stay. The amenities are as nice as the pictures look.
Parking garage is tight so be warned if bringing a larger truck or SUV.
Beds were super comfy and the kitchen is great and well stocked. Also was plenty of towels and fans/humidifiers for us less aclimated folks.

This condo was terrific! Fully updated so it felt current, modern and fresh. Plenty of room for four and TVs in every room. Super easy access to town and shuttle or drive to mountain. Very appropriately priced so great bang for your buck especially with a heated garage parking space!!!
I would suggest they splurge on a washer and dryer for the unit ( although laundry is available in the garage I believe). And also, updating all TVs to smart TVs——- doesn’t everyone watch Netflix nowadays?!!!!!! Oh and lastly—— although the dresser in the master is cute——- it’s the worst thing in the world to deal with!!! Totally ridiculous—— please replace with something else🙏!!!

Excellent time at this property. 7 minute walk to Breckenridge gondola. And local bus access is nearby as well if trying to get around Breckenridge.
Home has all of the needs for a healthy stay. Access to pool, hot tub, sauna are all available per the property guidelines. Home is also well stocked with kitchen items and adequate sleeping stays for small to medium sized groups of people.
Would definitely return.
