Home was clean and comfortable. Only thing was boat ramp right across was blocked with no trespassing sign and gate. But it was a short drive to crabbing spots.

The house was perfect! It was clean & nicely equipped with everything we needed. We came for a family crabbing trip. The storms were on and off but we still had a blast.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Our 3rd time staying here. Randy is a great host. The house is always clean, and the view is beautiful from the deck. No complaints except kitchen knives are impossible to cut with.

The home was wonderful! It had all conveniences and necessities for the weekend! We crabbed a bit near the boat launch. It was really too hot outside. We made it to the Hackberry Recreation Ctr. The kids enjoyed all the activities but especially the pools! The food was good as well. I highly recommend this rental for a getaway. I would definitely rent again! Very Accomodating Host! We rented this property for our annual fishing trip, and found it to be very comfortable for 4 guys. It was well maintained and check in/out couldn't have been easier. The host was very friendly.
There is a boat ramp that is accessible directly in front of the house, so you can basically back directly in the water from the driveway, though with two boats it was a little tight to get in an out of but not impossible.
The house is close to town so if you need to run into town for food, bait, ICE, beer, etc. It is only about a 10 minute drive.

Great place! The owner is very receptive and communicates very well with any questions about the rental. Great location to launch, which is right across the street, and easy accessibility to live bait and the ship canal. I recommend without reservation and will stay here again.

Just like staying with a friend
Randy was a fantastic host. This was one of my favorite VRBOs as it was so wonderfully stocked - you feel like you are a guest and a friend’s home. Randy was super assessable and gave great hints about local fishing guides, food and other things to check out. In an area where there is still a lot of storm damage this neighborhood feels comfortable and is very well maintained. Thank you Randy for letting us stay.

We went to visit my husband working over in south Louisiana. We needed plenty of room and this place was perfect. Three bedrooms and very clean! We loved the comfy couches and having a washer/dryer was very helpful as well!

Very nice house
The house was very nice and the perfect size for me and my family. The property managers live next door and were extremely attentive to our needs. The neighborhood was nice, we didn’t have any problems with the neighbors. We only had two issues. The TV wasn’t working the first day and a half, but the property managers got on it right away and solved the problem. The other thing was there were some spots on the sheets so I wasn’t sure if they had been washed, so I washed all of the sheets prior to sleeping on them. Otherwise, awesome stay!! Would stay again.

We brought 6 guys to fish locally. The house was great! Quiet, clean, plenty of room, and fantastic location. Fishing at the nearby Hackberry R&G was amazing. Will definitely look to stay again in the future.
