Great place to stay, they have everything you need.

overall the property was in good shape and well kept. the back door does not unlock with key and knob is loose. we enjoyed our stay despite the horrible wind conditions.

The home was very clean and well appointed. It was spacious. The owners were very easy to communicate with and friendly.

It's a great property in a great location that has the things I look for when on a fishing trip. Right on the water with a protected boat lift, bait tank, and ice machine, as well as the comforts of home. This is a great place.

This rental is everything! It was a spacious, simple house that had EVERYTHING we needed...literally. Some hosts skimp out on the actual "needs" of their guests...not knowing that what we really like is convenience. And this house definitely provided us that. They had everything we forgot. They had good toilet paper, good dish washing soap and even provided laundry detergent to wash our fishy clothes. They had decent pots and pans, zip lock bags for our fish, and the ice maker was a dream. I could go on and on, but I digress. The hosts were great and accommodated us nicely. We would definitely rent again if it's available for our next fishing trip!

Stayed in the unit for a guy’s family fishing trip. Everything we needed was there. Boat slip helps maximize the fun time. The owners were very accommodating. No complaints at all! Hope to stay again in the future.

The property and amenities were outstanding for what I was looking for. A very convenient place to take my boat and do alot of fishing. Ice Machine, Bait Tank, Boat Lift, a nearby marina for gas., easy to catch bait off the dock with a cast net. The inside fo the condo, and under condo parking were very nice too, that would make someone who didn't fish feel very comfortable with all the usual at-home amenities. Mike and Lorna were great hosts and answered all questions promptly. This time I only took a buddy, but next time, I'd feel good about bringing my family. One tip for boaters. To get from the canal where the house is to the levy where there's deeper water to run, you can idle in shallow water, or, there's two pieces of PVC on the levy with one horizontal PVC pipe between them. Basically an upside down U. You can run on-pl25. from the canal to that U, then go left to the marina, or right to get out to the ship channel and many fishing grounds. On fishing, we were challenged with a norther coming in the second day we were there with winds from the north at 20-25. That put a hurting on the trout and bayou redfish. What was consistent was taking crab and soaking them at the Cameron Jetties for big redfish and black drum. I think you could do that about any time and be successful. Anyway, a great place to stay. We were pleased with the cabin and friendly neighbors. The boat slip made it so nice to keep our boat close to us and accessible at all times. Checked out Hackberry Rod and Gun Club across the street - really impressed.

Great place to stay, especially if you have your own boat. Place was clean and pretty much had everything you needed.

Condo was very nice and right on the canal to the lake. Better than expected. Caught a bunch of redfish black drum flounder and specs

We enjoyed our stay! The little ones loved fishing near our cabin and visiting the beach nearby!

Only downside if I had any at all would have been that the property is all upstairs (which I probably overlooked when selecting the property) which made preparing for fishing outings through the day and nights slightly more tedious, but otherwise had everything I could have needed with great access to the water! Would stay here again.

Very clean! Great location if you want to keep your boat in the water for fishing. Trailer parking is a little tight. Comfy beds.
