Deux chambres spacieuses et climatisées, toutes deux ont leur salle de bain avec eau chaude, savon, shampoing et serviettes fournis. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision, nous avons un coffre-fort pour vos objets de valeur, une belle literie, et surtout, notre équipe de nettoyage fait un travail impeccable!
Le salon a une grande cuisine et une table à manger, et le coin salon est confortable et dispose d'une grande télévision intelligente.
Nous fournissons des chaises de plage, des serviettes de plage et une glacière.
Lorsque vous sortez de votre porte, la piscine est à environ 20 pas. Il y a un belvédère avec des tables à manger juste en face du condo, un endroit parfait pour manger ou lire un livre et regarder les enfants dans la piscine.
Le Pearl est un immeuble en copropriété et il y a une supérette, une laverie, un salon de beauté / spa et un restaurant. Il y a aussi des barbecues à usage commun autour de la piscine.
Notre plage Eagle Beach la plus célèbre est à environ 500 mètres à pied! Donc pas besoin de louer une voiture, même si nous recommandons toujours de louer une voiture car le climat chaud à Aruba rend la voiture tellement plus agréable.

The location is perfect. The pool is awesome. The shakers cocktail bar is the best. The place was clean, and well equipped for all you need for a great beach vacation

Property was fine. Location was okay, only a bock or two from the beach. I really can’t criticize the property at all. There was a lot of construction next to it though. A very nice restaurant ($$$$) very close but a long way to any other restaurants. Again can’t say anything bad about this place but overall Aruba is not for me.

When we arrived the place was immaculate, we had a cooler and chairs for the beach. It was quiet there. Definitely would rent this place again . Every time I had a question they answered promptly.

Not a (brand) new property, but a bit of a Diamond. Well maintained and very clean. The Shaker’s Bar had fantastic drinks and the food was very good, reasonably priced. Access to Taxi’s and the bus line was very easy to navigate. Kind and friendly people.

The property was just as listed. Check in was so easy and they accommodated all of our needs. Communicating with Daniel was so easy and his responses came in a timely manner.
The condo was perfect for our party of 4. It was clean and well equipped with all that we needed.
We highly recommend going to the Shaker Shack, the bar/grill, on the property. The bartender was very nice and the food was good.
This is a perfect location. I would recommend and defiantly stay here again.

Loved the little apartment which was big enough for me n my 3 kiddos. Kitchen was stocked enough to cook. Bed we’re comfortable and the place was perfectly ac-Ed. We loved the pool. Big enough to even do some long laps. Water didn’t smell like bleach and it was always clean! The beach was outstanding. We loved! Thank you.

We’re always looking to extend our stay in Aruba an extra few days. This condo unit fit the bill. It was just off Eagle Beach in a very safe area. The unit was first floor and extremely clean. It was very convenient near the beach and grocery stores. It had a big pool and shelters for shade. We had breakfast and coffee outside there both mornings. The first bedroom was ample. The second was a little snug, but workable. Beach chairs and towels were a nice amenity to have available. Booking was easy and communication was excellent. This is the second time a young man, Daniel, helped us. He’s great! Casa Mia is a good firm to use if need a rental.

This property is has it all! 5 stars! Booking and communication was smooth and prompt. Jose is great to work with and answered all my questions. Photos are accurate. The condo is impeccable. Two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Blackout curtains kept bedrooms cool plus there are AC splits in every room and the living/dining room. We turned off the AC when we went out, and the place never got too hot. Flat-screen TV w/Netflix in each bedroom & living room (you can use your own streaming app). Internet worked great. Included: bath and hand towels for 4 people, 6 beach towels, 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a cooler, and some beach toys. The fully-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast and prep snacks for the beach, which was great since eating out is costly. Appliances (microwave, oven & 2-burner electric stove) seemed brand new. We used the clothes drying rack every day, but there’s a coin-operated laundry in the complex (washer uses tokens—US$3/wash. Dryers use Florins—get them at the main office. They sell Tide pods US$1 ea.). There’s a pool, a jacuzzi, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, plus large tables & chairs under covered pavilions (first come first serve). Parking on premises. Eagle Beach: 3-minute walk away. Airport: under 20-min drive away. Three restaurants within 1-3 min walk. Palm Beach area & Super Foods less than a 10-min drive. We can’t wait to go back to Jose’s condo next year! (He also has larger properties for larger families.)

Loved our stay! Location was great & a short walk to Eagle Beach. Check-in was quick & always had fast responses from Daniel & team. Even got some great suggestions for restaurants (Zeerovers is a must if you rent a car!) & grocery (Ling & Sons was our favorite). Had everything we needed in the kitchen to eat there when we wanted to. I would definitely return to this condo. Thanks for the great experience!

I enjoyed my stay. Management was polite and helpful, with great communication. The condo was clean and stocked with all your needs. Bar and restaurant on property. Very close walk to the beach, and a taxi ride away from hotels, casinos, and other attractions.

The condo looked just like the pictures and description in the listing. It's close to Eagle beach and a large grocery store. Appreciated the beach towels, chairs, cooler and drying rack! We used them daily. We also used the gas grills provided to guests on the condo property twice. Nice perk. Pool and common areas were very clean. Good communication with Jose and Daniel via VRBO and What's App. We arrived after hours and our host Daniel came to the condo the next morning and answered any questions we had and gave us some great beach suggestions for snorkeling. Great stay at The Pearl in Aruba!

Loved the location of the condo. Close to everything but not smack in the middle of the busier and more crowded resorts! They had beach chairs and a cooler which was really nice! The condo complex wasn't busy and felt very relaxing. There are lots of places to sit in the shade and enjoy the breeze and also chairs for sun. Loved it!

Perfect condo with gorgeous pool and all amenities within walking distance and Eagle Beach. Rented a car to tour the island and this location was great . Owners highly accessible and attentive. Lovely family style resort.

Our arrival was so smooth and the generous communication from our host in advance, throughout, and after our stay very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment, where truly every detail had received due attention, and highly recommend it. The layout was ideal, with a full bathroom adjoining each bedroom. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook our meals. The room-darkening curtains let us catch our zzzs at night and enjoy mid-day siestas when the sun was at its zenith. The location was wonderful with Eagle Beach a short five-minute walk and the superb natural foods and goods shop “Clover Cafe” near enough for cold-brewed coffee, herbal teas, nourishing snacks, and healthy treats too! Our dinner at Zucchini, right on the corner, was the best we had on the island. There’s public transit (buses) right nearby, though the grocery store is walkable for many. The only thing missing from this apartment was a pair of bicycles to enjoy the nearby paths!

We will def be back. We loved our stay here. It was clean, very close to everything and walking distance from a gorgeous beach. The whole process was very easy, Daniel was super helpful, his restaurant recommendations was my favorite! EVERYTHING on the island was perfection including this condo. Location was amazing and it was right by a pool that was nice to go into once in awhile.

We loved staying here and hope to come back! The condo was exactly as advertised and was clean. It was also nice to have two full bathrooms and that they provided beach towels, chair and a cooler. We also loved the pool and jacuzzi on the property to use after being at the beach all day. We wanted to be close to the beach, but didn’t want to stay in high-rise area and found this to be the best solution. We were able to walk to eagle beach, and then spent two days of our trip on palm beach which was only a short taxi drive away. Taxi ride cost $10 USD plus tip to the palm beach/high-rise area, and $30 plus tip to and from the airport. We did not rent a car and that worked out fine for us because we mainly went to the beach and dinners. There were options for dinner within walking distance, too.

Great place to stay close to Eagle Beach!
We really enjoyed our stay at Jose and Rixt’s property. The location was perfect with Eagle Beach a short walk down the road but far enough from the noise.
Very clean and well maintained condo, the pool was great as was the property itself. It was great having Netflix and other tv options at night since C everything closed at 9 pm due to Covid restrictions. Having hot water was really nice - not all properties in Aruba do - though it does run out much quicker than Americans are used to.
Beds were comfy and AC was spot on! There were plenty of cooking utensils and dinnerware, and we even made use of the gas grill one night for burgers.
Would stay again when we are in Aruba!

We loved our stay at The Pearl. Beautiful property well kept and nice and convenient location to walk to Eagle Beach. The condo had everything we needed but FYI, there is no oven, which we didn't need but others might. We loved that we could grill outside. THANK YOU JOSE AND TEAM!!
