Notre condo en bord de mer est situé au quatrième étage de Seapointe Village - Acclamé South Beach Building et offre une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan depuis le balcon. Profitez du bruit des vagues avec plus de 1200 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, cette unité de deux chambres entièrement rénovée peut accueillir confortablement une famille.
South Beach Building est un bâtiment en front de mer avec un accès facile à la piscine en front de mer, à la piscine pour enfants ainsi qu'aux aires de jeux (tennis / basket-ball / balançoires / foyer, etc.) sont facilement accessibles.
Seapointe Village est un OCEAN FRONT RESORT axé sur la famille et les couples situé sur une plage privée à Wildwood Crest / Diamond Beach, dans le New Jersey, juste en face du pont de Victorian CAPE MAY. Le village de Seapointe est une communauté fermée exclusive située sur 17 acres de terrain en bord de mer magnifiquement aménagé et entretenu avec une plage privée. La chambre principale dispose d'un grand lit king-size. Une salle de bain principale spacieuse avec une vanité en marbre et une douche sur pied en verre luxueux est située dans la suite principale. Il y a une porte coulissante privée menant au balcon avec vue sur le port / l'intérieur des terres. Cette chambre dispose de sa propre télévision à écran plat de 35 pouces avec de nombreuses chaînes du câble.
La deuxième chambre a des lits jumeaux et a sa propre configuration de télévision à écran plat de 50 "avec Roku ainsi que les chaînes Xfinity. La deuxième salle de bain est juste à l'extérieur de la chambre qui a un dessus de vanité en marbre avec baignoire douche avec des carreaux de métro.

We had a great time staying in Seapointe Village. The unit was very spacious, clean, and well laid out, and the broader property and amenities (e.g. beach access, multiple pools, water slide, playground, etc) were perfect for our kids (4yr old and 2yr old).
In addition, everything about renting from and interacting with Andy was easy.

We absolutely loved Seapointe Village and this condo. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the beautiful private beach, pools, playground and spending time at the fire pits in the evening. The condo was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Checkin process and communication was good and easy. Our only regret was not having booked a full week. We absolutely would come back and stay longer next time!

The resort is fantastic, the building location is great and provided easy access to the beach. The apartment is modern, spacious and comfortably furnished. Although the kitchen and bathrooms appear to be clean there were several hygienic concerns. The kitchen utensils (left in the drawers) were noticably dirty, the spatula had grease still on jt. The towels in the linen closet were shoveled, unfolded, and appeared to have stains on them. We weren't sure if the sheets left behind were clean, and when we went to do the laundry we found the washer filled with mold, and we didn't feel it was safe to use.

Lovely space and generously sized for our group of four. Seapointe Village is also wonderful. However, some items I considered essential were missing, but others might not. No can opener, no kitchen towel, and no nightstand lights for the primary bedroom, although we found two upon leaving that were tucked way back in the second bedroom closet. The kitchen supplies are fine for reheating food and a bit more, but I would have brought my own knives as the two were very dull. Overall, comfortable and enjoyable.

Our family stayed at this property for a week and loved it. We have two young kids (4 and 6) and the "kids" room was perfect for them. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The overall building was well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. Between easy access to the beach & multiple pools and the beautiful condo you really can't beat this! This is our second year in this exact unit and third year on the property. Seapoint Village is the perfect property for families or for those who want to be away from the crowds but not too far to make a quick trip to be in the heart of Wildwood. The property has multiple pools, is very well maintained and has a great private beach with a grill (snack bar) on the beach. The unit is newly renovated and clean. I would definitely recommend this until for small families. We hope to be back again next year!

Updated and spacious unit
Unit is updated and clean. We were pleased with the appearance and recent updates in the unit. Beds were comfy and nice. We brought our own sheets so we didn't have to do laundry the morning we left. Did plenty of other laundry there and the washer and dryer worked well. Kitchen was bright, functional, and nice. We ate breakfast, lunch, and a couple of dinners in the condo. Enjoyed eating on the spacious balcony as well. Look forward to staying again.

Wonderful Rental
This rental property was great! The condo is newly renovated and very well kept/clean. The condo is centrally placed, with a quick walk to the different pools, as well as the private beach. With a quick car ride, you can be on the Wildwood boardwalk, or in the middle of Cape May. You will not regret renting this condo. You will want to make this rental an annual tradition! You can't go wrong.

We love Seapoint Village and Diamond Beach. The facilities are family friendly and have so many options for pools. This unit felt like it was brand new. Very clean, remodeled with new appliances and furnishings and linens feel updated. I highly recommend this location and specifically this until for those visiting Wildwood Crest!

The Sea Pointe Village property is beautifully maintained…the landscaping and flowers are gorgeous and the pool is very nice. Fantastic rental for vacation!
We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It was immaculate and so well kept. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available from a well stocked kitchen to linens/towels to amenities in bathrooms and washer dryer etc. It was also decorated beautifully. Seapointe village felt like a resort with a beautiful private beach and all the different pools, things to do and amenities- We had a wonderful time. Condo was also very close to the beach and pool which was a plus. Highly recommend and we would love to rent again next summer.

Beautiful place in a fantastic location
Seapointe Village is a great place with lots to do, including indoor and outdoor pools, basketball and tennis courts, fire pits. This unit is beautifully decorated and in a good location within the community. Short walking distance to the beach and clear view of the ocean from the balcony. Definitely recommend this place for a Jersey shore vacation. Owner is very responsive and helpful.

The condo was recently renovated and priced much higher then other compatible properties in the same location. Unfortunately the high price didn't come with good customer service. The owner nickles and dimes, we were faced with a long list of items that would result in additional fees, i. e. for using owner's hand towel or leaving cup in a dishwasher. After paying much higher cleaning fee we were also asked to leave a tip in the envelope left on top of the counter top even though there were no additional cleaning services provided after check in.The contractor who did renovation cut many corners, doors in laundry room and front closet were not closing. They used a cheap improper hardware to install curtain rods which started to fall off the wall. I took the picture of the rod during our stay but unfortunately due to wifi issues with my phone the picture didn't go thru that day. The owner tried to make this issue between the tenants even after we sent the pictures of the cheap improper hardware that was used by their previous contractor. This is a safety matter that should have been addressed by the owner, instead to our surprise we received an invoice for $40 that owner claims they spent to replace the small plastic screw hopefully with proper hardware this time! We are disputing this fee and considering taking matter to the court as it is a safety issue that should be taken care by the owner at the first place.
