Natalie is a great host. Answered text questions right away. Hot tub wasn’t available due to a part shortage. Under standable. Everything else in the house worked as advertised. Would rent again.

This house was just perfect for our family! We liked that the bedrooms were all on the first floor. Lots of bathrooms. The pool was beautiful. Spa was not working but not a big deal for us. The boys liked the the dock and watching for alligators. The only down side was the garbage situation as the barrels were full when we arrived and there is some sort of animal that tears it out every night. Other than that it was quite perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials. There were many beach toys and pool toys available and plenty of towels. Host was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place for a large family.

This property was amazing. We went on a family trip the house was perfect for us. The pool is just what we needed to keep the kids entertained. Also the lake was nice touch to let the kids fish. P.S. there’s a big gator in the lake.

We had an amazing time at the Lake House! Plenty of room, fishing and memories 😄 This was our second stay and we absolutely loved it!!! Kids enjoyed the pool and fishing, we seen gators and bobcats!!! Spend a lot of our time at our favorite place in the world, Boca Grande! We highly recommend Natalie’s beautiful home for large families, she has been the perfect host😄

The house was great, loved the pool, we spent a lot of time swimming. We watched gators in the lake and fished. Perfect house for a large group. Close to beaches, stores, and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time. Having the pool was wonderful. Also the pool table upstairs was great. There was a lot of space. 4 full bathrooms which is awesome for a big group. The host was very communicative. There is a coffee spot- Sassy Tarts right down the road we went to almost every morning (very short drive). Just some heads up- the beds sleep 8 people, and there is an air mattress; other than that the couches don’t pull out incase you have more than 8-10 people.

The house was very nice. A lot of space for our family to enjoy. Quiet neighborhood, near the beach and shopping.

This house was in a great location and the view from the pool over the pond was gorgeous. It was very easy to communicate with Natalie and she was attentive to any problems that we had. I would definitely recommend this house for your vacation.

My siblings, spouses and kids all stayed here together and had a great time! The home was perfect for us, clean and spacious. Lots of bathrooms! The kids had so much fun in the pool (perfect because we avoided the beaches due to unexpected red tide). The common area/pool/game room upstairs is awesome, all the pool toys, beach chairs, and extra beach towels were an added bonus. The only thing I would say would be helpful is extra silverware. We do a lot of cooking on vacation due to dietary restrictions etc. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked, but I realize not many people like to cook on vacation.

Great House, great pool and great location. I stayed here for a golf trip and the house easily fit 9 people. The location is very close to multiple golf courses. Would consider staying here again!

We took a family vacation to Englewood where we lived for 5 years so we were familiar with the location. We needed a house big enough for 10 people with a pool, that was close to the beach. This house blew it out of the park. The location was perfect, close enough to several beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. The house itself was amazing. So much space, very clean, updated and the pool. The house also provided everything we were worried about needing like beach toys, beach towels, chairs, fishing poles, cooler, sunscreen, floats, etc. It was so nice being able to use those while we were there since we flew here. We loved the pool area and spent most of our time out there. We had friends over and they were all equally impressed with the home. The host answered all my questions within 5 minutes of me sending them. My only complaint would be the terribly flat pillows in the master bedroom but that is not something that would not make me come back. We are already planning our next vacation back and will most definitely be staying here again.

The 4 broom house was great to 4 generations on vacation together. The salt water pool was used morning, noon and evening. It was a short drive to the beach and restaurants. The host was very available & responsive if we had had any questions. We look forward to to returning next summer.

Ants galore… woke up to ants on babies face and body.. Called Natalie and she sent out the pest control company who had been called for this same problem 2 weeks prior… Air broke …Sat in hot house for several hours until Repair man came .. Internet maxed out after 2 days …..Big concern of Alligators .. Need bigger signs on dock…. IF these issues could be corrected Great Place to stay!!

The house was great and very clean when we arrived. Had some issues with the hot tub but the pool company came promptly and fixed them. Would certainly rent this house again.

Not worth the money. For what you pay, the house was dirty. I had to clean behind the stove which brought ants. On the first day, informed owner of a rodent problem. It was brushed off as lizards. When we physically saw rat, I ordered traps from Amazon and laid them out myself. After the traps were laid, we noticed a possum was also getting into the lanai. It took one of the traps with them. We know because my brother in law saw it and heard it kept setting off the traps. While the amenities in the house seem great, the hassle of the rodents and ants was just not worth it. Especially when the issue was not addressed the first day.

We do a trip to the west coast every year but usually stay in Venice. This trip consisted of 3 couples and one single person. Unable to find a suitable property in Venice, we extended our search in the surrounding area and found this home. It is everything you see in the pictures & more. To start, I read a not so favorable review about a week prior to our arrival. Natalie was completely honest with my answers to my questions and I was confident our stay would be fine after communicating with her. While we were in town we had to battle the dreaded Red Tide so we didn’t get as much beach time as we would have liked so it was wonderful having such a big beautiful pool to relax in. We hope that we will be able to be able to book this property for future stays.

This was such a perfect vacation for my family. We needed a break from being stuck at home and lucked out when we found this listing on VRBO. The house is perfect and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s large and roomy without feeling overwhelming. The pool was perfect and we swam every day while we were there. Even a tropical storm that came through didn’t stop us. The hot tub was nice to have and allowed us to rest our weary bodies and minds. Better yet, this rental pet friendly which was a must for us and our new fur baby. Clean is an understatement. The windows were so clean you had to be careful and make sure the sliding glass doors are open or you may smack yourself in the face if they aren’t. The owner Natalie was fantastic. She was readily available if we needed anything. The house is well stocked with everything we needed and more. They even had a welcoming bowl of treats when we arrived. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants something other than your typical tourist trap. The beach is a short drive from the house and there is enough activities around to keep things fun but not so much that you feel overwhelmed. The only disappointment I had was that I found out the Atlanta Braves spring training facility is only about a 15 minute drive and my family loves anything Atlanta Braves. Will have to make a return trip next season and will definitely try to rent this home again if it’s available. Thank you Natalie for opening your home to me and my family.

Absolutely loved it

This house was perfect for our family size. The house was beautiful, and the view from our patio was breathtaking. Nice quiet location. The beaches was within 10 minutes away. Overall great property & nice quiet location.

We went on this trip with my 3 children and my wife who is 7 months pregnant, and my parents. Our last family vacation before baby is here. Super SUPER clean property. Rooms and bathrooms were really nice. We had zero issues with the pool/spa as others complained about in previous reviews. However, we read the directions on the pool and spa. The only issues we had were that the bed in the main bedroom was HORRIBLE. I mean terrible. It has to be a thousand years old. There is a giant lump right in the center so my wife and I felt a thousand miles away each night and we both would nearly roll off the bed because of how it was dented on both sides. Terrible sleep. Backs hurt. The other issue we had was there is a leak in the ceiling RIGHT above the master bedroom bed. We noticed this on night 2. So each night it rains water comes right in. We messaged the property manager Natalie and she was quick to respond with “oh no! We will get someone out there” but we stayed 6 nights and no one ever came out and she never said anything else. So of course, it rained every single day, and we had to constantly worry about this dripping water above the bed… you can clearly see it’s been patched before so this wasn’t a new leak. Huge inconvenience. But we managed. There are also very vague and unclear directions for check out. You have to wash all your sheets before you leave (which is hard to do if you have a flight to catch in morning), dishes must be done, trash must all be taken out, these checkout rules are all posted randomly throughout the house along with other notes. We’ve had many VRBO stays and none that made us wash all of our bedding the morning of checkout... My recommendation would be to make a CLEAR list of checkout directions in ONE place so that nothing is missed and people are not charged fees for not knowing, because there is no list of check in/check out directions in the VRBO app where there’s supposed to be either. I had to reach out to the owner myself to ask how to get into the house the day of check in. Other than those two things, the stay was nice, but we wouldn’t stay again. Mainly because of the location of the house. There’s limited activities nearby and we have a lot of children. But overall our stay was okay.

We had a wonderful time, the house was perfect for our family. Great communication with the Property manager Natalie. She answered all my questions and was always eager to help. Can't wait to go back hopefully next year.

Had a great time. We had 2 families and had plenty of room. Was a short drive to the beach. Walmart was close too. Definitely recommend this house.

Awesome location lots too entertain the kids and adults

We had a hiccup with the trash, but overall a good experence. Natalie worked with us to get the problem solved quickly. We were close to Walmart and Publix along with local beaches. Very quiet area, which we loved.
