Spacious 3 BR 2 Bath House On Deep Canal With Screened Heated Pool
Récemment rénové Spacieuse maison de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain au bord de l'eau avec piscine chauffée avec moustiquaire et terrasse fermée attenante avec table et chaises. Il y a un quai flottant sur un canal profond pour accueillir votre bateau. Accès facile au golfe et à Kings Bay. À quelques minutes du musée d'archéologie, des boutiques de l'avenue Citrus, des restaurants, de Kings Bay, du parc Hunter Springs, du parc Three Sisters Springs et de la baignade avec les lamantins. La rampe de bateau local est à seulement un mile de la maison au large de West State Park Street à Crystal River Water Sports qui se trouve derrière le Days Inn. Il y a 4 kayaks assis à vie pour adultes et deux kayaks à vie pour enfants de 5 ans et plus avec pagaies et gilets de sauvetage. Property was as described, all was neat and clean and owner met us at check-in and gave us a tour.

You could not ask for a more comfortable home. Had everything you would need. Very clean and made you feel warm and welcome. My only regret was I should have booked it for at least a week. Next time I will be sure to stay longer. Carl was a very nice Host. We knew we were going to have a great time.

My wife and I stayed here 5 weeks Feb/Mar. The home was spotless—the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in by far! Very nicely decorated and HUGE! We had our daughter and her 3 kids down for a week and there was still a ton of extra room. Used the grill many times, the kayaks a bunch and the pool extensively! Carl was very responsive and helpful with info about the area. He and his wife suppled the home with everything we might need during our stay and the kitchen was very well equipped. Very quiet neighborhood yet very close to town, parks, restaurants, all the Crystal River attractions. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was awesome and the kids really enjoyed it. The house has big rooms and accommodated our family very well. The children fished and kayaked. Absolutely loved it.

Amazing home to relax in for a getaway. The neighborhood is so quiet. Home has everything you need to cook meals and close to the grocery store to get what you need. Spacious home. Amazing sunsets seen from the pool and nice and dark outside for star gazing out back. The pool was so awesome to get in to cool down on hot days in September. Only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for sharing your home, until next time.

We were in town to visit family and this place was great. We brought our 22ft boat and had no problems with space. Carl even let us dock our boat there before check in!! The boat launch is right down the road. The house had everything we needed. All we had to do was buy groceries. Thank you Carl!!

This house is amazing the little one had a good time fishing the teenagers enjoy the pool the adults enjoyed sitting inside and looking at nature through the beautiful windows this house is a number one five star

My husband and I stayed 4 days/3 nights with 3 of our grandkids. The owner met us at check in to give us a short tour and let us know he was available any time for questions or concerns. We had neither. We cooked all meals while there, and never ran across anything we needed that wasnt supplied. Plenty of dishes, utensils, coffee, platters, etc. The view from the house was amazing with all the sliders to the outside, the pool area, and the screened in patio. We had our 21 foot boat, and the floating dock was perfect size. The beds were comfy, and the master was huge! We also really appreciated the earlier than normal check in, and later than normal check out. Definitely our #1 home for a return visit!

This home in Crystal River was absolutely beautiful! The home was spotless, the decor was gorgeous, and there were many wonderful amenities. The host Carl was very helpful and friendly. We visited Crystal River to swim with the manatees and explore nature. Carl’s place was the perfect place to do so!

Beautiful home! Kids loved the heated pool!! We kayaked with a couple manatees and saw a couple alligators too! Great family vacation with soooo much to do near by!

Carl and his wife are great hosts! They were very friendly, responsive, and made our whole group feel welcome. The house is beautiful, clean, and stocked with almost everything that you will need for your stay. We really enjoyed the location and quick access to the water with our boat docked at the house. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend and would love to rent this home again in the future.

Wonderful place
My family and I loved this house. We loved everything about it. The pool was a huge hit as were the kayaks. We fished and actually caught fish right off the dock!
The owners made numerous touches that you don't normally find in a Vrbo home. They supplied so many things that reduced what we had to pack or purchase once there, for example linens, towels, Keurig cups, and all the things that are normally supplied. We simply couldn't love this house more. We also loved this area. We could move to Crystal River! If we ever come back to Crystal River would love to stay again at this house.

Family Fishing trip
It's a great place to stay!! Excellent setup with a huge master suite. It was great to be able to get back from fishing all day, tie the boat to the dock, clean up the gear and have a nice pool to relax in. I will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing Vacation
This was one of the best vacations ive ever had. This was my first time going to Crystal River. And im definitely going back. And definitely renting this house again. The house was amazing. Very nice. Clean. Huge rooms. And everything...plus more...that you needed for great....fun vacation. And the pool made it so much better. I cannot say enough enough about this place. So beautiful!!! And the host was super nice. I look forward to staying here again.

Great trip to Crystal River
Everything about the house was perfect. The house was very clean, very comfortable and very roomy. The location is close to everything we wanted to do.
The heated pool was a hit with all of us.
Everything we needed in the kitchen, the bedrooms and the bathrooms was there.
The communication from the host was quick, before the trip and during the trip when we had a question.
We were made to feel welcome by the host when we arrived to check in. The host was very knowledgable about the area and provided some good tips for our trip.
We're looking forward to returning to this area and staying here again.

Wonderful stay!
We had a great visit at this house. It was myself, my daughter and son in law and grandsons (10 & 14). They were fishing off the dock, kayaking, swimming in the pool. Carl was so accomodating and met us at the house to show us around. We were here for Thanksgiving and the house was fully stocked with all the pots/pans, trays, dishes that we could have asked for.
Plenty of linens, small touches from hand soaps in the bathrooms, hooks for towels, coffee necessities. The great room had plenty of seating for everyone. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again. Visited the springs to see the manatees and the archeological park down the road. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

Clean and Comfortable!
We so enjoyed relaxing at this property before heading to the craziness of the Orlando amusement parks.
The home and pool were clean and there was plenty of space to spread out in the living room and dining room in the evenings. We enjoyed the pool and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the owners was wonderful.

We had a wonderful time at this house. Check in and communication with the owners was perfect. This place was clean and ready for our stay. With the boat ramp nearby and a short distance from the house to the gulf it made for the perfect place to enjoy our week.

House is on a canal with kayaks, perfect for exploring the adjacent waterways.
House is spacious, clean and has interesting artifacts, tastefully done. Neighborhood is quiet and close to parks, hiking, forests, shopping and restaurants.
This house will be our first choice when we return.

This place is great! The hosts met us at check in and made us feel right at home. It's the perfect set up to bring your boat. Just don't park it under the palm tree, we had a bunch of berries drop the first night, and a big mess to clean up in the morning. They had kayaks here to explore the canals. The gas grill cranked out perfect steaks. The pool is delightful. Everything about this place just makes you smile! I would stay here again, no questions asked.
