This property was perfect for our party of 6! Beach access is located directly across the street, was easily accessible. We enjoyed the pool, it was nice and clean. There’s plenty of parking, even for our golf carts. We would stay again!

We love this condo ( and the little group of condos that it is in). We travel with a couple of other couples/families and this is the perfect location for all of us. We all have our own space but are close enough together to share dinners and cocktails. Short walk across the road to the beach. We pick this place over and over for the location and the set up of the condo. Condos have everything you need. Set up with dishes, appliances, etc. The beds are comfortable. The only thing we are sad about is that seemingly lots of others have found our hidden gem of St. George and now the costs of renting are increasing substantially. It doesn't keep us from booking though... booked for next spring break before we left.

Our quick trip to St George Island to visit our niece that owns Aunt Ebbys ice cream shop was delightful.

My son and kids from Washington state really enjoyed the beach time. It was great being together. The pool was an added bonus and we were the only ones using it. What a wonderful family vacation!

Location was very good. Across one street from beach. Boardwalk right in front of unit.
Pool was clean with plenty of tables and chairs.
Two bedrm, two bath unit w/ loft w/ additional bed.
Dining area was a little small, w/ stools at the kitchen counter. But was fine for the 3 of us.
All units on ground floor.
Called maint for chirping smoke alarm and loose stove handle. Maint Tech came right over and fixed.
Would stay there again.

Location of the property was great so close to the beach but that being said we should have been told that just because our unit was smoke-free and no pets allowed we did not know that right next-door you could have animals. So the dogs were in our common area, where we wanted to sit and look at the water, also, they were not good about cleaning up after their dogs regarding their waist. Also, the pool area was not clean at all. The furniture was in terrible shape, and had not been cleaned and the pool had not been cleaned cents was falling down, and there were ant hills everywhere in between the bricks were you were to walk to get into the pool Did not use that at all. That being said the kitchen was clean appliances worked and were clean bathrooms were clean but needing updating and cleaned a little better walls mainly and molding around the tub needed to be replaced. Hot water heater worked well so did the air conditioner would I stay there again in that condo no I do not want to be right next to dogs when I’m trying to relax and look out at the ocean nor do I want to smell their waist .

The condo is in the perfect location. A short walk across an unbusy street to the beach. The condo is as described in listing , clean and has most everything you need. Our only real issue was that we had to call management company to get code to get in because ours didn't work. They had to send 3 new codes until it finally worked. The were pleasant and stayed on the phone until it was resolved. We did have to go buy batteries for all of the tv remotes because they weren't working. Other than those minor inconveniences, the place was great and the weather was perfect for our visit. We have already booked again next year ( although there was a little sticker shock as the price almost doubled).

We had a quick one night stay , we had another rental pre planned and wanted to get to Florida earlier. Nice accommodations, a few more necessities in the kitchen would have been appreciated. Salt and pepper and a few basic spices. We were able to check in 4 hours early which was really helpful.
The code for entry was not given with the check in details and the online chat person seemed to have no idea what I was asking about. The instructions give a variety of lock boxes you might have but they weren’t what was in the door and there was no code ever given until after we arrived . The door was unlocked.
One thing I thought was very odd. I called after we left, we thought we left a computer charger. I was told it would be a fee just to look for it. That made me feel not well taken care of as a customer.

The location was great, right across the street from the boardwalk to the beach. The pool was a nice amenity. The kitchen was nice and my children liked the twin beds in the loft area. That being said, the cleaning fee for one night was well over $200, which is absurd. Especially, given the fact that when we checked in the bedding was still in the wash. We have to dry the bedding and make own beds. Also, the batteries in the tv remotes where dead.

We had 6 girlfriends staying for a week. Though the total square footage is not like a house, it had everything to make your stay perfect. How much time do you spend in a condo at the beach? You're either enjoying the beach, riding around the island, having a drink or a meal at a local resturant. In October, the pool was a little cool, but some still enjoyed floating for hours. Thanks for a great stay!!

After driving 7 hours…the code given to get in the door was not correct. We did not have hot water the first night. Paid for late check out to have a cleaning person coming in early super rude and mad because no one told her. No offer of some money back or refund for the first night. 4 girls with no hot water is a big deal.

Great place to stay. 5/5. Place was clean and exactly what was described in the listing. Short walk to the beach. Golf cart ride to eating places. Only complaint was the grills. Had to clean one to use it. But still 5/5 would recommend to anyone.

I loved everything about this home. Well stocked with everything you need including beach towels. Very clean. Air was on when we arrived. Simple check in/check out.

The place was cozy. It was located across the street from a beach access walkover. There were plenty of towels for our group and dishes and cupwear. There was no cable only Roku tv, so make sure you know your passwords to your streaming apps 😁. Also the master bedroom bed was squeaky and the whole house heard everytime you moved. Will look to rebook in the future.

This was literally across the street from the ocean, had a perfect front area with rocking chairs and a pool with rocking chairs and lounge chairs. You couldn’t ask for more from a vacation house!
