In a nice space and close to eateries and stores. The breakfast was PHENOMENAL.

Only thing I did not like were the small towels at the pool.

Friendly staff, clean, smells good, ease of transporting luggage/ other items with pulling car up and putting on carrier and location of elevator is close. Digital key check in is super convenient feature along with being able to choose your room. Noise level is decent even during the day when I sleep when working night shifts.

Only issue I had was my 1 reservation was cancelled after an 8 hr drive from NC at a recent stay. It was a Friday night and there was no vacancy. I was forced to find a place to stay and ended up paying a lot for a few days last minute hotel stay at a run down hotel that reeked of smoke and was a smokeless hotel. The one staff member , young lady, didn’t seem to care that I was inconvenienced and I showed her the email confirming my stay that was booked for a couple of weeks at least. I got a text unbeknownst to me as I was driving that my room was cancelled at 309pm. I had to argue and escalate this issue and customer care finally emailed me yesterday 10/17.. stating I was being refunded the full price $1306 since I did not cancel my reservation but was made to feel I had to take ownership of this happening regardless of documentation. I had called a couple days prior besides I was not able to choose my room and digital key and was reassured my reservation from 10/11-10/17 was valid and to check in at the front desk when I get there for my key card. So even though I tried to rectify the situation prior to my arrival or confirm my stay and being told everything was good to go. I was perturbed as the courtyard also did not have any vacancy.. I picked this location because it was close and convenient to commute to my job and for a few days I had to Stay at a “run down”hotel and doubled my commute time but the facility itself is beautiful.

The location was good and peaceful. The breakfast was satisfying.

The gym is small sized . There weren’t towels or wipes at the time I used the gym.

Location was good. Newer building.

Multiple issues with room - door lock, missing blackout shades. Coffee was cold and weak in lobby.

Room was nice although not really clean.

Very poor breakfast. All coffee creamers were curdled, staff would not change.
