Die Lage, die Ausstattung und die Ansprechpartner waren allesamt super! Es gab zusätzlich ein Willkommenskörbchen mit diversen Leckereien und wir durften mit unserem Zwergschnauer anreisen. Herrlich, beim Frühstück der Blick auf das glitzernde Meer.

The views from balcony outstanding. Foodstuff starter pack very good. Plenty of equipment. Beds very comfortable. A secure parking spot is with apartment, not huge but a BMW X3 managed and other pot luck free parking close by

More Toilet rolls were missing but just enough available to manage

Beautiful, homely and spacious apartment with all mod cons, and in a great location - a 5 minute walk from the Harbour, and with a LOOP bus stop right outside. The large, furnished balcony was a great place to sit and simply admire the direct sea view and we particularly enjoyed the vast communal living space on the 1st floor, which enabled us to socialise as a family in a way that we wouldn't ordinarily. The provision of board games, puzzles, DVDs e.t.c was a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated.

The photos of the bedrooms in particular were not an accurate reflection, though that's not to say they were not comfortable. It was also suggested that there was a TV in the family bedroom at the front of the property, but there wasn't. I'd suggest reviewing/updating both the photos and the description.

Very cool and well equipped property. Decor is fabulous. Spacious with a great layout.

No tin opener (that I could find anyway)

We picked the keys from the hotel reception just 2 minutes walk from the actual holiday home. Best part is the the view from the 1st floor, as the pictures show. Everyone was like 'WOW!!!". The house was clean and the linens and towels were really good to use. The house is so well equipped. They have made sure everything is provided for a family need. We were surprised with the amount of family board games were there which all of us enjoyed playing. There were simple but useful things in the kitchen, cooling bag with ice packs, loads of utensils, small packet of sugar, tea bags, coffee pods, pasta....welcome pack had a bottle of Presecco. We didn't use everything as we carried our own things. My husband loves cooking during holidays and he had loads of fun using the kitchen and made delicious dishes. The terrace has a beautiful view and a great sitting arrangement. The dinning area is spacious and for 6 people which is hard to find in some holiday homes. I went and got ourselves some Sunflowers to put in a beautiful vase they had. The sitting area is again great with a large smart TV ( which was not so great in loading Netflix or anything as it got stuck ). The rooms were good with nice linens and clean towels provided. We had CEILING FANS.... yeahhhh in the rooms and some extra table fans. It is a hot summer and we needed the extra. It was so needed. It has an insuit toilet with the double room which was nice. A spare toilet upstairs next to the hall, again convenient. The bathroom had a space to move around and a lovely shower. The whole house was clean and shinning. They had a dishwasher , washing machine, iron with board but NO AIRER for drying clothes ( we managed). The parking space is there, again so convenient and our 7 seater fits there perfectly. We could see our car from the hall window behind the flat. We enjoyed the beach so much. Kids enjoyed using the binoculars provided looking for fishing boats and curises.

There is nothing to not to like apart from the Smart TV being annoying to get stuck and not being helpful when tired kids want to just sit down and watch something to relax. There everything apart from an airer. The bins were full so we called on the number provided and they were very helpful in giving instructions what to do.That's it.

Amazing views out to sea, open plan living and dining room, great for the family and inviting friends over for evening drinks. Located a few minutes walk from the main ramsgate beaches, all amenities restaurants, fish and chips and entertainment just a few minutes walk. quiet area apart from the passing cars. Everything required already in the apartment, including cleaning products, a bottle of Prosecco and hot drinks. Our three kids are between 9 and 14 and enjoyed the location, the bedrooms are on the ground floor with the kitchen and living area on the first floor.

Nothing bad about the property really excellent. As a comment to the owners the balcony is excellent but during our stay I had to put some wooden planks under the outdoor sofa due to the sloping balcony to stop sliding off the chairs. I would recommend to put in a permanent solution for the chairs.

Painted floorboards very slippery upstairs. Couldn’t get hot water to come on upstairs. Bit annoying that I could only get top door to lock from outside.
