Horrifying experience, I felt unsafe, and was forced to leave the property.

Safety. Whole is wall. Dirty fridge. Unkempt garden.

Came to this property no one greet to check in the room was not up to standard I requested two beds and only one the staff could not even supply extra bedding for my child with this I had to leave and find somewhere suitable this place was not value for money as I smelt cannabis being consumed from the garden from the tenants at no1 my child had to smell this I would steer well clear of this place

When we had problems the owner was sufficiently responsive and did their best to resolve the issues quickly. Beds were satisfactory but it wasn't clear while booking that a surcharge was required to get a second single bed in one of the rooms. Bedrooms are lockable, fortunately (see my comments about the front door in the "didn't like" section). Good wifi - once we were given the code.

We received no pre-arrival information, which meant I had to phone to get access details for the property and our rooms, and to get the wifi code. When we got into the kitchen the cooker was disconnected from the gas supply. Owner had to send someone round to reconnect it, which took best part of an hour to resolve. There were three plates and one bowl in the cupboard for a family of four (potentially plus other guests): seriously under provisioned. Also, although not strictly relevant to the property itself, another guest kept leaving the front door unlocked, even overnight. (Shut, but nevertheless unlocked.) No tea/coffee maker in the bedroom as advertised. No dining area in the bedroom for eating as advertised. No air conditioning in the bedroom as advertised.
