Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Ce condo de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains et 2e étage peut accueillir 10 personnes. Condo est situé à quelques centaines de mètres de Nottingham Lake / Amphitheatre, en face de l'Avon Rec Center, et dans le centre de la ville d'Avon qui sera parfait pour toutes vos activités d'été. La piscine, les bains à remous, les courts de tennis et tous les nouveaux tapis, meubles et draps ne sont que quelques-unes des choses incroyables de cette unité. Venez rester!

We were there for pre-Christmas weekend. Plenty of space for our large family and yet cozy and warm to make it feel like home away from home for the holidays! Had all supplies needed. The hot tub right out the door after a long, cold day of snowmobiling definitely a plus! Will look forward to staying here again whenever bringing our family back!

Loved the location and how many beds this property provided. Only critiques are that the fans in the bedroom closets didn’t work, oven let off a lot of smoke when we preheated it (ended up not using the oven because of this) and the refrigerator was not cold and our food was warm after being in there. Overall a good stay and would book again.

This was a great experience!!! The property was just as advertised. It is very clean, with nice furniture, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, and in close proximity of area attractions, including Vail.

Perfect Location and Accommodations
This was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and nicely decorated. It was within walking distance to the park, aquatic center, and lake. I appreciated the high quality toilet paper and hand soaps. Property management responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

So spacious and clean!
This property was very clean. It has very comfortable beds and bedding. Towels were soft and smelled so clean. The bedrooms, living area and kitchen fit our two families of 5 (10 people total) comfortable.

Great place for ski trip
Came here for Christmas ski vacation. We chose this place because it has the most number of beds which we needed for our family. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Convenient location, quick response, would definition stay here again.
