Cette nouvelle édition de Surf City Getaway est une escapade privée sur deux étages en bord de mer. Les vues sont SPECTACULAIRES. Nous proposons 2 niveaux de terrasse privée en bord de mer, des douches extérieures et une zone de divertissement en plein air en bord de mer qui comprend un nouveau bain à remous nordique de 6,75 x 6,75.
Notre emplacement est IDÉAL à Surf City sur Topsail Island. Nous sommes sur une partie calme de la plage entourée d'autres maisons mais à seulement 2 miles au sud de la jetée et de tous les magasins et restaurants.
Nous avons installé un nouveau revêtement de sol et acheté de nouveaux téléviseurs intelligents - un pour chaque chambre et un dans le salon.
L'intérieur de la maison a été fraîchement peint et a un nouveau décor, de nouveaux draps, de nouveaux matelas, de nouveaux meubles, de nouveaux draps et serviettes et des équipements entièrement rafraîchis.
Le balcon en bord de mer offre des chaises capitaines afin que vous puissiez voir par-dessus les rampes pour une vue imprenable sur l'océan.
L'allée peut accueillir au moins 5 voitures.
Nous fournissons 10 nouvelles chaises de plage, un parasol et des jouets de plage.
Nous offrons un détergent à lessive, une cuisine entièrement équipée comprenant des épices et des articles de garde-manger, des keurig et des K-cups, du savon pour les mains, un sèche-cheveux dans chaque salle de bain / shampooing / revitalisant, un nettoyant pour le corps et du papier toilette et des serviettes en papier pour vous aider à démarrer.
Nous considérerons les membres de votre famille à 4 pattes au cas par cas et des frais remboursables de 100 $ pour les animaux de compagnie. Veuillez nous parler de votre chiot. Nous considérerons jusqu'à 2 chiens et nous vous prions de bien vouloir interdire les chiens dans ou sur l'un des lits. Nous sommes désolés mais nous n'acceptons pas les chats.

We had the unfortunate experience of being here during a tropical storm, but enjoyed every moment regardless!! The house was PERFECT for our family group of 12 and everyone from the granparents to the teens had a blast. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surf City. The house was right on the ocean. The weather was a bit rainy and cold a few of our days but we just enjoyed the great beach house even more.

Very clean. Nice amenities: you don't have to bring soap (for kitchen, bathrooms, or laundry), hair dryer or any towels. There are plenty of towels. This makes life easy.The beds are made so you can walk or nap right into your vacation. The hot water tank is big enough to accommodate five-bedrooms worth of people. That's a big plus. The sound of the surf lulled us to sleep at night (and afternoon naps). The hot tub is wonderful! The owner and housekeeping contact are very responsive.
The living room looks much bigger in the photos than it actually is, so it can't really accommodate five-bedrooms worth of people. It would be nice to have a table on the deck for meals.
The kitchen doesn't have a pantry, just a few cabinets for groceries. And while I admire that the owner invites us to leave unopened food for the next guests, I think it gives guests an excuse not to remove items that should be disposed of. The cabinets were literally full when we arrived; some of the items were open, some bottles almost empty, and most were items we would never use. Consequently, we had to spend our first hour there removing food (storing it in other rooms or disposing it), to make room for our groceries. This was also the case for refrigerated items.
One way to make more room for groceries is to cull through and remove many of the multiple pots and pans that are stored underneath the counter tops (and remove the big ice machine that sits on the limited counter space).

We had an extended stay at this wonderful oceanfront home and it was awesome! The home had everything you could need or want to make your stay feel just like you are at home but with the most amazing views! The amenities are the best.
This home is in the perfect location, close to all things Surf City and only a short drive over the bridge to even more restaurants and stores.
A highly recommend this home! The owners and property manager are wonderful and attentive to anything you need while at the property. Quick response and so friendly!

2023 has been a tough year, but this VRBO was exactly what we needed. 4 bedrooms face the ocean with bunk beds in the 5th. We only had 4 of us, but our girls loved exploring the house and the beach. Sunrises are perfect, but evening brings the stars, including the milky way. The home could not have been more perfect for us. We hope to be back next year.

We had a wonderful stay. I loved the location of the property. It was private but also close to restaurants and shops. The house came with all the beach gear we needed. My husband and nephews enjoyed surfing every day. ( We brought our surfboards). We enjoyed the wonderful decks.

The property is great. The day we arrived was very windy, which made unlocking the door using a code more difficult. And that concludes the complaints section of this review.
Every aspect of the stay was wonderful. There are two nearby beach accesses, just far enough away that nobody sets up in front of the house. On weekdays it was almost like a private beach at times. The surf was very calm and blue during our stay, reminiscent of the Caribbean.

This was a fantastic home right on the beach. The beach was beautiful- white sand and turquoise water. This was one of the best stocked homes we have stayed in. They had all the beach gear you would need. A special touch was a bottle of white wine waiting for us. There was plenty of room for 9 of us. I would love to come back to this house next summer.

The description & photos were accurate…this was a fantastic home. It’s on a very quiet stretch of the beach and we loved it! Far enough away from the main Surf City shops to be quiet but not so far that you can’t quickly get to restaurants, etc. The owner and manager communicated easily & efficiently, the house is beautifully maintained and nicely decorated, very comfy and lots of amenities you don’t see at most places. The views and the chairs on both upstairs and downstairs decks were perfect. We loved it and would rent here again. Thank you!

This beautiful home not only provided everything we needed but it exceeded our expectations. The oceanfront location cannot be beat. The bulk of the interior has been refurbished and the owners put a lot of thoguht into stocking the home for guests (ex. Kcups, spices, shampoo, plenty of beach towels, etc.). We will visit again!

We are local to the area, had a septic issue (eek), and needed a place to stay while the repairs were made. We had to extend our stay, and since the home was available (lucky us), We were lucky enough to enjoy the beautiful quiet town of Surf City. This home had terrific ocean views, and it was nice to utilize the hot tub after a long day. It was even stocked full of games which were fun sitting down with our busy teens for some quality time. Communication with the property manager was excellent; this home was clean and conveniently located. I highly recommend staying here.

We spent Thanksgiving at Charm Getaway, and really enjoyed it. The view is beautiful, the hot tub is great, and the kitchen, though small, is really well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, good knives, and lots of spices. The manager responded immediately to our needs, and the owner was very helpful, as well. I would suggest some more seating, though. Thanks for a great time!
