We had a great vacation and a great house. The house is very spacious and have room for all of our grown children and grandchildren to enjoy time together. The heated pool and hot tub were extremely clean and great places to relax and have fun. The finished basement was a great space for all of us to play games and have fun together. The enormous sofa in the living room was more than large enough for all 13 of us to sit and enjoy movie nights together.

Lovely house in a wooded setting for lots of privacy. Everything was clean and in good repair. The pool was awesome and the kids loved the basement game room. A+, would stay again!

My family and I had a great time at this location! Rooms were all great sizes, beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. The location was awesome and very secluded. We were able to use the hot tub, and sauna with no issues which was great. Only issues were the master bedroom bathtub did not have hot water as the handle was impossible to move which was such a bummer because it was a nice jetted tub. Also the master bedroom bath shower head wasn't working right either. Rest of the house no issues but there was a lot of ants but again were in the wilderness. Overall a good place.

Our family enjoyed this place. The rooms are big enough for all of use to be together, but there is plenty of rooms so we were not all on top of each other. The kids really enjoyed the game room as well.

Perfect fair a family getaway. Stayed with family and friends with plenty of room and the best game room I’ve ever seen. Pool was absolutely ideal for the little ones with a large shallow area before the steps. Grandson lost his fear of the water. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful house with us.

This is the second year my family has gathered here for a reunion and it was a great time, the house had everything we needed and was great for all ages. It could have been a bit cleaner but overall great house.

We had a great time at this house for a family reunion. It is near a lot of outdoor activities and the house was big enough to hold our large crew. Pictures are accurate.

Very nice place. The owner was very flexible for anything we needed. We enjoyed the private heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi. We didn’t use the fireplace outside because everyone was tired but very nice quiet place in the house back yard. We definitely recommend and only 1 tip is to get extra pool towels as it was limited.

This house is phenomenal. The perfect weekend away from the city. The house looks exactly like on the pictures. The bedrooms are big with huge beds and fits 16 people very comfortably. The amenities are amazing and the greatest plus of the house. The sauna and hot tub were used everyday and easily operational. The fire pit is a inviting space to sit outside and enjoy some warmth and conversation. The basement is fully equipped for any type of entertainment. Billiards, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, poker table, Xbox, so much to do and keep busy. The kitchen is huge but needs a few more utensils, not enough for 16 people but otherwise amazing. One of the best houses we have stayed at for a quick weekend. The host is responsive and allowed us ample time for early check-in and late check-out allowing us to enjoy the house to the fullest. Recommend this to any family looking to share a fun weekend with friends and family. 5/5 stars.

Kitchen was awsome with 2 fridges, kitchen isn't very well stocked tho! We were disappointed how dirty it was when arriving, the bathrooms weren't cleaned properly, the kitchen floors were sticky and had hair & crumbs, and we ended up washing some of the bedding since there was a huge spot of something on! After we cleaned up a bit we had a great time! Also the owner is very responsive and helpful! Great experience with the owner, just really needs a better cleaning crew!!!

This house was everything it says it is. Very clean and spacious, and fun for all ages. The property was well kept and the owner was extremely responsive to our needs. Love that all of the beds are kings . My family /friends and I had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return.

I have a group of friends and family we have a poconos trip atleast two times a year and when I say the houses look nothing like the pictures they don’t!. Great house! Wish there was a bigger yard to run around for the dogs. The pool and downstairs game room was a hit with the kids. Close to Poconos attractions and stores/supermarkets for convenience. Host was very responsive and helpful.
