There wasn’t a fan in the bathroom

The location was great. The room was very nice. I especially liked all the lights and big window. The shades on the window kept out the light and it is probably one of the better rooms we stayed in.

Even though breakfast had a lot of choices, the quality of the eggs were terrible.

Would have liked to see pool closure dates prior to booking, leading to a disappointed child

It was clean though out. The staff welcomed us with warm greetings. The breakfast was abundant with many offerings.

The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety to chose from.

The toilet paper was terrible!!

The cleaners did not even properly make the beds and actually just threw the blankets over my kids stuffed animals, just was shocked as I never have seen that. They do not keep extra blankets or pillows. They give you only two large towels, I could see that in a regular room but we had a family one

Service was very busy due to NWT evac and staff were doing their best.

Scrambled eggs were not fresh and seemed over-heated. Gluten-free options would be appreciated.

Loved the grassy area at the back of the Building for our dogs!

Quiet, comfortable and great staff. Breakfast included oatmeal, eggs, hashbrowns, sausages and fruit. Very dog friendly too.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, beds were very comfortable and good variety of choices for breakfast.

Would have been nice to have information available for local dining.

Worked well for our family size.

Wasn’t impressed with the food and dirty sheets in the pull out couch. Didn’t look like it was checked from the previous tenant.

Customer service was very poor I will not go there anymore and I will let all my friends know about my experience.

Pretty well everything as it is a fairly new facility. The breakfast was. Very good and keep warm. The front desk staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Yes I would stay again. I also like that it is pet friendly should I have to travel with my pet.

The fact that I don’t have any problems to relate to my stay with this facility should be your answer.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very polite and helpful! Kids loved using the pool and hot tub. Beds were clean and comfy. Breakfast was good but could use a little more selection

The location was a little out of our way. We went for a dance competition and if you arrived back after 9 there was absolutely no parking.

the ladies serving breakfast were rude and over obsessive with tidying cleaning wiping if you have kids you know things don’t stay clean in the moment wait till there done filling there plates then keep doing what you wanna do didn’t feel really welcoming at all!
