Wonderful home!! Super nice and very comfortable home. Decor is super cute too. Plenty of room and wonderful kitchen and dining area to visit in, have a meal, just gather. Very close to everything, Magnolia, Baylor, shops, etc. We were there for events at Baylor and had a great time. Cannot say enough!

Absolutely loved our stay at Haven House, just wasn’t long enough! The house is super cute just like the pictures and the beds were super comfy. It’s so convenient to everything! We loved enjoying our coffee on the front porch every morning. Can’t wait to stay again!

Cozy, comfortable and spotlessly clean, Haven House is a lovely place to relax, visit, play games and prepare meals together. Delicious cookies were an added treat! I scrambled to find a place for Christmas as our traditional setting was suddenly unavailable. Robin, the manager/owner, was extremely communicative when I inquired about staying. No question was too dumb. For instance, "Is there a crockpot?" Yes, there was! We planned multiple meals for 7 people for our 3 night stay. The accommodations are so tasteful. We had modern security measures that made us feel extremely safe.The parking is extravagant. So many spaces, near and far, on a private lot. Great beds. We had access to a Smart TV where we played Jackbox.tv into the night. Washer and dryer helped us do laundry before our trips home. Labels on every drawer made finding items easily. Heat and AC worked flawlessly for the crazy variety of weather. We even had a decorated Christmas tree for our festive stay. The Princess Bride theme was creative and one of our favorite movies, too! This place was all kinds of perfect, including the price. We are fans. We highly recommend.

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient. 2 BR and bath upstairs. BR, bath, and 1/2 bath down. No problems checking in/out. Beautiful, simple, comfortable decor. Front porch. East parking in back. Host was great!

Stayed at this house for a Mother-Daughters’ weekend. The house is beautifully decorated and is very comfortable. It was convenient for all the places we wanted to visit. The owner was very responsive to our questions and also provided lots of helpful info & recommendations around activities and dining around Waco. We so appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home as well. (We so appreciated the coffee, cookies and sound machines). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything you see in the pictures is exactly what you'll get...beautiful home, wonderful thought out decor, extremely clean (and when I say this, understand I am very picky about cleanliness), very comfortable beds, conveniently located, easy checkout! This home is truly a treasure, and the host, Robin, was so easy to work with! Always messaged back within minutes when we messaged her! And gave great recommendations about the area. 6 minutes from the Silos. 8 minutes from Magnolia Table. 4 minutes from a park. 7 minutes from Baylor. If we ever come back to Waco, we would stay again without hesitation. (Many thanks for the cookies and bottle of wine!)

Very beautiful home and had everything we needed. Very close to downtown attractions. The only downside is the busy three lane one-way street out front, but with the security system and lighting around the house we never felt unsafe. Thanks Robin, we would definitely return to Haven House!

Haven house was spacious, cozy, beautiful and centrally located. The silos and other site seeing locations were all a quick easy drive. We had such a great time!

We had a wonderful short stay for the weekend. The house was clean with beautiful furnishings and decorations. Little surprises like the delicious cookies and bottle of wine made the stay even sweeter. My kids now require a stop at Milk Bottle Cookies every time we pass through Waco. We will definitely book this house again for future stays in Waco.

Perfect size and convenient location Tastefully decorated and clean!

Quick girls trip to Waco and couldn’t have been more pleased with the location and how cute the house is. Some of us were I’ll and couldn’t make the trip, but plan on returning to this location in the near future. Host very knowledgeable about area and provided great suggestions so we weren’t lost for what to do.

My husband I stayed here for a short trip to Waco. It was conveniently located, with restaurants and shopping within 6 minute drive. The house had everything we needed and we felt very comfortable. There was a little traffic out front but it didn’t bother us or dusty our stay. The house is very well maintained and clean.

Beautiful property and great location to get around Waco for the weekend. Everything is about a 10 or 12 minute drive at most. Recommend highly.

Had a Mother/ son trip in Waco and rented this property because of how centrally located it was to everything. This property exceeded our expectations! We had a brief problem getting in with the keycode and the property manager answered right away and we figured it out, walked in to a bottle of wine and the most delicious cookies (that we ended up having to go grab more of to take back home!), and home was warm and welcoming! Loved our stay!

The neighborhood is in transition but close to everything you want and need. We always felt safe. Robin is a very responsive and attentive host. The house is well curated and one can tell a lot of thought has gone into the needs of the guest. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was awesome for cooking or just hanging out. So nice to have two full bathrooms plus a half bath. Included is a binder of the home owners favorite things which we found hugely helpful. We had a great stay and throughly enjoyed our time in Waco. Can't wait to come again and we will forsure stay at the Haven House again. Thanks for everything.

The house was wonderful, had that “Magnolia” feel to it. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious chocolate chip cookies from a local bakery. It is located close to the Silos/Magnolia shopping area, Spice Village and Dr. Pepper Museum. The only thing I would suggest is putting a blind or curtain over the front door for nighttime use. Would definitely recommend Haven House!!

Haven House is the perfect location for anyone that loves Fixer Upper or Modern Farmhouse hospitality with a smile. So close to everything and so easy to use as a home base for a Fixer Upper getaway. Cookies were a special touch of sweet!

We three old and dear friends came to Waco from different directions and had a fabulous time catching up. The adorable house was roomy yet cozy for us three. The scrumptious cookies (and bottle of wine) were the perfect welcome to our time together. The house is immaculate and nicely appointed with many amenities and conveniences. The owner is very responsive. The location is ideal for a quick and easy trip to a great grocery store, restaurants, Baylor, the Silos, and Spice Village. It was perfect for us!
