Check in was easy. We arrived at 11pm and Vanessa was genuinely happy to get us checked in. The room was immaculate! The pillows! Heaven! The bed! Super comfortable! The bathroom was roomy and I loved the extra towel hooks. The breakfast selections were great. And the dining area was spotless. Shaquita and Kevin really did a great job. Angela was at the desk as we checked out. I dropped off the room key and she said she hoped we had a great stay and was really friendly. Please let the staff know how awesome they were. We were there less than 24 hours and in that short amount of time, it was a great experience.

Just a suggestion. Put in a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom. You'd make a lot of women happy.

The hotel

The mattress was horrible, the ice machines didn't work and we needed extra towels. I asked 3x, and none were ever available.

The location was very convenient and minutes away from everything we needed.

The staff was not very knowledgeable when it came to concerns and there was no manager to contact. It didn’t seem like the typical 5-Star Marriott hotel.

The room was very small and the bed was so low. We will not stay there again.

We arrived and had a couple of issues with the room. We were told that maintenance left at 2pm, even though they were expecting a full house that night. The deadbolt on our door remained active when trying to close it. Had to swipe the room card to physically close and lock the door.

Breakfast wad very weak every food item was out and what was present was poor quality. Would not stay at this hotel again. Also the faucet in the sink was broken the handle was broken off and had no water coming out had to use the tube faucet for water. Requested to see manager was told by desk person she was busy on phone and not available. I said I would wait she said don't bother she's too busy!! Unbelievable management to guest relations. I worked for Marriott full service hotel for 23 years as and never experienced such poor food quality and lack of food and attention to food service. The attendant was never present and had to be told how to unclog the waffle machine due to no product coming out. A pure mess.

Huge room, overall a great place to stay and I would return. Great location. Diverse breakfast food.

We did notice drink stains on nightstand that we easily cleaned up. Hair was in shower and on bathroom floor. Need brighter lighting and bulb was out in room. We did not like having to go downstairs for extra linens/blankets that should have been in the room or staff available to bring to room.
