Clean nice rooms easy access

Basic juice and coffee breakfast. Fruit and yogurt would be great

Great place nice rooms newly built. There was huge party in room downstairs with very super loud music until after 10 pm really didn’t bother us. Would stay again.

Breakfast choices super limited. But fine

Nice facility. Easy access to Manassas. Comfy bed. Small bar in the lobby.

The pillows are awful. They are military-grade hard feather pillows, that are the wrong size for the beds. The toilet had a public toilet-style seat with no lid. The bathroom had only one bath towel, but the staff quickly brought more. Breakfast (eggs/sausage/potatoes) left a lot to be desired.

Very clean and new interior. Modern decor and design.

Difficult to get towels for the room - only provided 2 large and 1 washcloth upon arrival. Pool was tiny. Price charged for room was not what was originally emailed as invoice.

The assistant manager has a VERY, VERY bad attitude!! He was RUDE, hung up on me over the phone then deliberately didn't answer when we tried to call back. He was extremely nasty, & his customer service absolutely was the worst!!! Also when we got to our rooms, one room had a phone but there was no cure attached so we couldn't make a phone call. We had to ask them to bring up a phone cord, not to mention that the bathroom toiletries had not been restocked, & there was only half a roll of TT in the bathroom. I had to go downstairs to the desk at 1:30am to ask for TT.

Close to rhe venue I went. Very clean.

I was charged extra $30 aftet I left don't know why. Have been calling with no answer

The staff was kind.

The room had fur ball it hair under the desk and there was kibble left in the floor. There was also a precious key card left in the room, it looked like it wasn’t cleaned.

We didn't have breakfast. It was over by 10 am, which didn't work for us. The room was clean and the bed was relatively comfortable.

It would have been nice to have coffee available after breakfast was over. Breakfast ends a bit too early. The room was a bit small. Traffic around the hotel was a bit of a hassle.

Check in was great.

The location! A lot if traffic all day. The hotel is on the main strip, so you hear everything. The breakfast was good but better get your food early and fast. They sure mean come get your food before 10:00am! They will close the door 1 minute before. Terrible!!!

The hotel room was so clean and the front desk staff was so accommodating.

The decor is great.

Low water pressure in shower and sink. Only 2 bad towels, no hand towels, or wash cloths.
