Super appartement facile à trouver.

Les literies , grille pain qui fait disjoncter, pas de bouilloire, pas de couteaux les oreillers étaient sales, toile ciré déchirée etc…

Bon emplacement
Oreillers et couettes, sales jaunis. Nappe de la table beaucoup déchirée rafistolée avec du scotch. Poubelle non vidée. Pas de sac poubelle. Et le stress de se voir reprocher le ménage mal fait à notre départ vu le mot d'accueil un peu sévère.

I sent to [email protected], my complaint which goes as below, sadly I did not obtain any response to-date.
."Good day -We booked three different apparments on this trip - "La quertia Fiorita" in Trivolzia in Italy - for 3 nights, "Oursons" in Morillon and "Tres belle appartment..." in Pfastatt both in France and both for 1 night. We expressed already our high satisfaction from the services in Trivolizia and Pfastatt, however the applauds go rather to the operators then to the Booking.com as we explain further below. At Morillon we experienced total disaster - the problem was the lack of communication with Booking.com!!! You provided us with no telephone number to the appartment operator, so we could not quickly get in touch with them. In your written messages sent to us after booking, you did not explain your practice of generating new passwords - unaware of this we continued entering old password which did not work. Your voice messages obtained from recording - when calling the contact number you sent us at the booking - gave no confirmation of receipt of our request, no instruction to await email with new code!!!, no instruction on what to do next. Finally your booking confirmation did not provide a situational map on where to find this appartment, as there were five identical building with no numbers illuminated at night so practicaly invisible, and in each building there were 5 staircases with random appartment numbers. So it took lot of time to find the building, lot of time to find correct staircase and lot of time to find correct appartment number - everything in the dark. When we finally found the appartment and the box, it turned out that the code did not work!! We called your emergency number only to hear nobody but some beeps and no help and no direction, and no confirmation, no information about new code.

Paying for to use bed linen is one thing (which is in itself ridiculous!), but having to bring your own toilet roll is crazy!
The place wasn't clean (which is weird given that they want to charge guests for cleaning), and the code we were given for the door was wrong. It's a no from me Susan.

We were really dissapointed. They cancelled our confirmed and fully paid reservation 1 hour before arrival and they didn´t return our money back till now - and it is more than 2 months!! We wrote at least 3 times to booking support but they didn´t send our money back. It is the most terrible experience we´ve ever had. We were on the road and they only wrote us that the aparment is not available, but we had the reservation confirmed and we already paid the whole amount of money. They caused us many problems with finding new accomodation last minute during that evening.

The area around this apartment and the village.
The owner wasn't honest and did not reply after took the money. The owner called the police to get us out of the apartment. The police apologised after the checked out booking and documents and they blame the owner. We understand later this is not first time. The apartment is very tiny, ol
d and bad smile.
Indeed we shouldn't advice anyone to book or deal this apartment.

Location was good for me
Apartment was filthy on arrival with food remains in the bin, washing up half done by the sink. Food remains on the table and floor. The whole apartment smelled stale and the duvet looked dirty. Had it not been so late when I arrived, I would have tried to find somewhere else to stay.

Great location, chalet a good fit for ourselves, size and beds etc.
Bedding getting a bit tired - soon be ready for a refresh. Kitchen utensils a bit random e.g. no bread knife.

The location is fantastic - a short walk from Morillon VIllage. There is plenty of parking.
We stayed here as a last minute stop off while driving from Southern Italy to the UK. The rate seemed cheap and seeing as we would be there less than 12 hours, we didn't really care about the apartment, as long as the 5 of us could sleep there. Although there was no mention of it on the listing, the owner contacted me immediately upon booking to remind me to bring our own bedding/toilet roll etc. This wasn't a problem as we had brought bedding with us, but should be made clear on the listing.
We arrived at the apartment late in the evening and although it was much smaller than expected, we put our sheets on the bed and set up the sofa bed and baby cot (covered in dust and cobwebs). We ate sandwiches and went to bed. The next morning, we were up and out early before moving on to our next stop. As the owner had reminded me several times, it was my responsibility to clean upon leaving. The apartment was not particularly clean when we arrived (lots of dust on the floor, cobwebs, some old cloths) but I made sure I cleaned the floor, made sure the bathroom, toilet and kitchen were clean and left it looking better than when we had arrived.
Later that day, I received a phone call and voicemail from the owner asking to call her. I responded by message as I do not speak French competently enough to speak on the phone. I asked if there was a problem - she told me the apartment was not cleaned - specifically, the fridge not emptied (we left it with the mini jam samples that were there when we arrived), the bathroom bin not emptied (didn't even know there was one!) and the microwave not cleaned (we didn't even use it). After several messages back and forth between us, it transpired that the owner had received a complaint from the next guests and wanted to charge us €60 for the cleaning company she had apparently employed. When the notice of a damage charge came through from booking.com I obviously declined it.

Highly disappointing and depressing
The entire apartment posting on Booking.com was in English and said nothing about there being no sheets, linens or towels, except in the one sentence written in French listed under info about the hosts, not info about the apartment. Also, we did not learn that in this tiny two room (one bedroom) apartment, that we were barred from adjusting the heat so we could be comfortable. We came back from skiing where it was -14 C outside and the heat system was locked at 17C! I took a photo of my daughter after two hours still in her ski gear. The almost empty toilet paper roll was on the dirty floor next to the toilet when we arrived, Included are photos of the soiled pillows, and some of the short black hair that was found in great volume all over the apartment. (Included photo shows one small area of hairs nestled next to the bed.) Two empty wine bottles were under the sink - with a broken faucet. We took a video but it's too large a file to upload here. A kitchen yes, but no dishwashing liquid, no rubbish bin liners, dirty dishes in cupboard (see photo), not even salt or pepper shakers. We carried out our rubbish in our hands, believing it unsanitary to leave in unlined bins.The plastic tablecloth has multiple rips in it. No sponge, only a dirty, ripped blue cloth to use to wipe the table. Food was left splashed on the wall by the sink. A raw wire hangs from the ceiling with a light bulb over the bed. No room in the closet to hang anything. Any positive review of this apartment is untrue. This place is a disrespectful offering to travelers for Booking.com to carry.
