Lovely hosts that met us and started a fireplace for us since we arrived on a frisky day. Fabulous yard with many activities for children. Convenient location in a quiet village but in the proximity of major roads.

We loved this authentic place. Location was excellent for us to explore Istria. Hosts are very nice people.

Very spacieous backyard, with plenty of activities and a barbecue place. Everything was wonderfull, definetly recommend!

First of all, the owners was very nice and kind! They welcomed us with some local wine and cheese, explained everything about the house and backyard. We had some work around and mostly, we went on job in morning and got back late evening. It was winter time,and owners called us and asked if we want them to keep the fire in fireplace! We appreciate that a lot! House is great! You have everything you need! Garage in backyard for your 4 wheels friend! We were very happy that we chose this house instead anything else! Looking forward to return in this beautiful place! I really recommend this place for stay!

We made a perfect choice by choosing Villa Roža for our holidays. The coast is definitely overrated when compared to a beautiful, spacious villa in a peaceful village with secluded backyard, big garage, two outdoor seating areas and a perfectly sized pool. For those who want to wake up with birds singing and lavender scent... Everything can be bought in nearby Zminj (3km)... Beds are comfortable and outdoor furniture nice and cozy... The hosts which live near the villa are the most helpful hosts we met so far... We are coming back soon...
